The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport so very convenient. Breakfast was good. I would go back. We wanted to take the shuttle from the airport and I had provided the info about the flight and the time of arrival. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle and called the hotel, they told us the next one was another hour away. The shuttle is every 2 hours (5:30, 7:30…). They did not tell us. The person at the hotel says the info is incorrect on the website.

Faltó algo de limpieza en el baño. La ducha no tenía las puertas de vidrio y salpica toda el agua al exterior. El elevador lleva mucho tiempo dañado y no dan razón de cuando estará arreglado, si te hospedan en el cuarto piso, debes subir las maletas por las escaleras.

This property says it offers transportation from the Airport to Hotel, Hotel to airport, NOT TRUE. A week before our stay they message me saying no transportation from the airport to the hotel, at that point it was to late for me to cancel, the day of pick up at the airport they called me to say their Van had mechanical issues and no transportation was going to happen. Front desk offered no solution, nothing! No ice machine! Would definitely not recommend!

Comfort Inn sent me instructions on how to schedule my airport transfer with a link to a form. I filled out the form. Called them, sent them WhatsApp’s and messaged their Expedia inbox with my flight details etc. They left me stranded at the airport alone waiting for a shuttle that never came. Called them repeatedly with no answer, ended up paying $1000 pesos for a cab - and then when I got to the hotel they said - “It’s Expedia’s fault’ so I called Expedia and they said “the hotel is refusing to compensate you for your costs, we have to abide by their policy”. Unreal. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn OR use Expedia EVER again. Zero accountability. Shocking customer service. 6 hours lost to be told I am being punished because neither of them think it’s their fault. All I wanted was to be compensated for my cab fare…since they decided to just not send the shuttle. Brutal.

Room was ok. The toilet seat broken. Shuttle service terrible. Not for the driver. He was great. I spent 3 hours at the airport waiting for the van. And not shuttle service from hotel to airport. Uber charge $500.

For me, this hotel was the closest to the airport and very economical. For the price it was perfect. The property is in need of updating, but everything I needed was there. Elevator not operating. Shower door off track(broken). And a few other age issues. Again, it was a great deal for the price I paid. The staff was friendly and helpful I would stay there again.

First of all before going up to my room I was booked to a room that was booked already . I get to my room and it had a broken bed that was so noisy . I was moved to another room and I woke up with bed bugs. I was traveling with my 2 year old and I approached the staff and they offered no resolution or support . Never staying here again and don’t recommend

This hotel is terrible. They had no soap so they tome me to use shampoo. The tv in the room did not work. The breakfast was watered down yogurt. They are not friendly unless they want u to buy something. Sheets were stained and towels were dingier than ever. I will never stay there again.

Do not trust their pictures ... The lobby and the dining room are in really poor shape... the couches are worn out and ripped. We went into the room, and everything was also in poor shape. The shower had mold... we left as soon as we saw the room... as you suppose, they did not refund the money...

We stayed on the first floor and the rooms are next to the front desk. That means that you don't sleep until the last guest arrives and you wake up in the middle of the night because of the voices of guest that have to fly early. We were staying in Tulum and the main reason to rent a room in this hotel was so we could get a proper rest to fly in the morning. It was a nightmare. Breakfast was also not good quality.

Terrible area. No food within walking distance. I had a car but the hotel is situated on a major road that you can't turn around on for miles because of concrete barriers or road blocks. Was so frustrating. Room was ok. Clean. But there was no mini fridge or microwave. For over $100 a night I'd expect a mini fridge. No towels in the bathroom to take a shower. Only 2 small towels barely larger than face cloths. Bed was hard as well so not comfortable. Overall, I'd pass on staying here again. And no English soeaking which is obvious because it's Mexivo. Juat saying the language barrier made it difficult to communicate.

Das Bild im Internet schaut besser aus als der Gemeinzustand. Kleine Zimmer, kleiner TV mit 1 Programm, Bad renovierungsbedürftig, Frühstück eine Katastophe, unsauber. Personal demotiviert. Tiefgarage fast nicht befahrbar (sehr eng). Dieses Hotel hat sich für mich erledigt.

The sheets were dirty, both days I stayed with my family. After asking the receptionist to exchange the bed sheets, it never got done. The TV was not working. Only one channel was working and it did not have any volume at all. The receptionist was told about the issue and I was advised they would provide new controls. They never provided the controls and never attempted to fix the issue.

Comme d’habitude, on a eu la chambre la plus éloignée, conséquence le wifi était médiocre. Pas d eau chaude dans la douche, après 11h de vol, cela réveille. La chambre ne ressemblait en rien aux photos du site, l hôtel est vétuste. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Bref ce n est pas un 3 étoiles. Pour une nuit c est tout juste acceptable. Quand au parking, attention c est compliqué pour y rentrer et pour en sortir avec peu de places.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la navette qui venait nous chercher directement à l'aéroport. Je l'ai réservé en ligne, elle n' est jamais venue. Quand nous sommes enfin arrivé, le monsieur à l'accueil n'était pas très sympathique et nous a simplement répondu qu' il n' y avait pas de navette ce soir, sans plus d'explications. Le Wifi ne fonctionne vraiment pas bien dans les chambres. Par contre, le déjeuner était bien et le personnel de la cuisine très accueillant et poli.

Mi experiencia fue mala, inició con que no encontraban la reservación hecha en hoteles.com, había un gerente muy estresado que no dudaba en regañar a los inquilinos y no tenia ningún tipo de amabilidad o sonrisa alguna. No había disposición a hielos al preguntar por hielos este gerente simplemente dijo "No hay hielo en el hotel", que yo necesitaba para una jeringa de insulina, los cuartos no contaban con refrigerador. La cama nefasta muy ruidosa y las sabanas tenian un olor desagradable, las toallas sucias y deshilachadas, muy incomodo... Lo único bueno fue que el servicio de taxi solicitado llego a tiempo para salir de ahí. No es recomendable en ningun sentido

I booked the hotel last minute and did not know how to go to the hotel. I called them and the front desk person made all arrangements necessary to provide me a shuttle. Big shout or to him and the Manager who did the trip for me and another family since the shuttle driver was out that night. Amazing service at the check in. The only thing is that you could hear the noise from other rooms and hall, but nothing that a long day and a comfortable bed couldn’t solve. They provide breakfast, which due to my short trip couldn’t taste.

Horrible estancia desde la reservación. Al tratar de marcar al hotel, nadie contesta el teléfono. Llegando al hotel, el trato de recepción es deplorable. La habitación se encontraba sucia y con arena en las sabanas. El desayuno al siguiente día deplorable. El staff no tiene la capacitación para poder atenderte. El desayuno que se brindo fue mínimo y frio. Al momento de solicitar transportación, esta es forzada con tarifas excesivas. No recomendaría a nadie hospedarse en este hotel.

No hay elevador funcionando El servicio de recolección al aeropuerto es muy deficiente, la camioneta sin rótulos ni identificación, llegó mucho después de la hora programada. Para regresarnos al aeropuerto, el personal del hotel, coludido con taxistas informaron que la tarifa definida era de $500 mxn, trataron de cobrarle $35 usd a otro huésped extranjero. The property was ok, but nothing around is great. It’s unsafe location. Tiny lobby, staffs are terrible 😞 except the guy helped us checking in. But the two ladies were there, when we checked out, they were chatting & on the phone and we waited there to check out. Rooms are so small

Clean, cheap hotel close to the airport in an industrial area. Hotel is fine, it is Expedia that you have to watch out for. I got sick on our last trip and Expedia wouldn't stand by me even though I notified the property within the time for a refund.

We stayed because it was closest to airport. Plane late so missed the last shuttle. Complained about $40.00 taxi ride so they lowered it to $30.00. Still to much but free shuttle in the owning to airport so made up for it. The Internet was not good. Breakfast great and people very friendly. Easy Check in.
