No tengo idea por qué yo había reservado un hotel con estacionamiento y expedía me lo cambio por este y al llegar a Cancún y buscarlo resulta que está en una calle peatonal a mediación y terminé buscando otro hotel por mi cuenta.

The price is cheap and easy walk from Ado bus. Pool is not in operation. Room floor was not clean. No soap or shampoo. Very noisy with local bars. Music was still going when we left at 5:15 AM!

I give 0 out of 5 stars to this property. Horrible WIFI, worn out towels, low quality bath soap, hallway smells like poop, swimming pool not maintained, not in a safe location. I stayed there for 4 days !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Don't be fooled by the pictures and good reviews please.

Decent place considering the budget friendly prices, dont expect quiet on this place, they have music until 3 or 4 am and no parking alot available, must park outside and find your own spot, dont expect luxury but again is good for the price

The only positive that can be said about this property is the location. The taxi dropped us off on the main highway and then carried our suitcases over the grass & sidewalks as he was unable to drive to the front of the hotel. The room and courtyard did not match the pictures on the website. It felt as though I was in a dungeon. The two other rooms I checked out were equally disgusting, one smelled musty and the other was as old and run down as the first one. It was difficult to manuever to the door of my room because of an abundance of patio furniture around the "fountain". The fountain appeared in disrepair although water was flowing. Many tiles were broken and the fountain was only half full. The internet DID NOT work. The television worked but the resolution of the picture was very poor. There was hot water in the shower, but took about 4 minutes to come out. The 2 bath towels provided were old and well used. I asked the front desk for some glasses but they didn't have any. The one positive was the room was extremely quiet and we did sleep well.

Esta será la última vez que vaya, ya no es lo que era antes. El INTERNET pésimo, nunca funciona. Me dieron una habitación con humedad y diario se hacian CIENTOS de larvas de algún insecto en el lavabo. La ducha olía a orines. Dejé mis calcetines cerca de la alberca y desaparecieron, cuando los solicité de muy mala gana solo me entregaron UNO, el otro lo perdieron. Las almohadas estaban apestosas y llenas de manchas amarillas y rojas (posiblemente sangre). Pedí una habitación alejada del ruido y la recepcionista me dijo que había ruido por todas partes.

写真で見るよう部屋ではなく、特にシャワールームとトイレが汚い。 シャワールームはトイレから扉一枚隔てたように設置されてあるが、上部に灯りがなく暗い。そしてお湯と言うよりはぬるま湯程度の暑さにしかならない。 アメニティも乏しくシャンプーなのか、ボディ用なのかよく分からないものが1個設置しているだけである。 ドライヤーは完備されていた。 コンセントか殆どなく、ベッド横の照明用のコンセントにもう1個余りがあったので、それを使った。 カンクン市内ではなかり安い部類のホテルなので、兎に角期待しないで利用してほしい。

Lugar en pleno corazón del centro de Cancún, frente al palacio de gobierno,a unos pasos de un supermercado y de las palapas para comer un poco más económico, lo que no me gustó, fue el exceso de humedad en la habitación, el cable de la secadora y del teléfono estaban llenos de moho, también llamé a recepción en la noche porque había una pequeña rana en mi baño y nunca contestaron, la puerta de baño estaba colgada y se caía a pedazos y la alberca creo que nunca la limpiaron, xq había una línea negra de mugre todo al rededor...

The bed was not a real bed but a concrete slab with a mattress on it. El hotel está bien ubicado, muy económico y es fácil llegar al zona hotelera desde el hotel. Está bien para pasar la noche. Cuenta con tele, aire acondicionado pero nosotros nos bañamos en la mañana y no había agua caliente.

Pésimo internet, pésima señal de red en general. Habitaciones con arena, sin limpiar correctamente. Tuve que cambiar dos veces de habitación porque la señal de los celulares se bloqueaba. La tele cuenta con cable sin embargo NO tiene canales activos!

Mesmo pedindo um quarto silencioso e longe da rua, nos colocaram em um quarto de frente para uma boate com som altíssimo até 6 da manhã. A janela estava emperrada e não fechava o vidro. A recepcionista até conseguiu nos realocar num quarto mais silencioso, mas quando já estávamos reacomodados, despidos e na cama ela pediu para gente retornar para o primeiro quarto, informando que era ordem da gerência, que não poderíamos trocar de quarto e a culpa do barulho não era do hotel. Uma atitude deplorável... conseguiram até fechar a janela mas o som era tão alto que pouco mudou no incômodo auditivo... Estava cheio de quarto disponível no hotel e por falta de cortesia humana nos deixaram "de castigo" nesse quarto barulhento, que além disso era apertado e sem água quente no chuveiro. Pelo valor que pagamos, poderíamos ter ficado no Xbalamque Resort que fica do outro lado da praça e é muito melhor. No Colonial nunca mais.

Solo habia una sola empleada en recepción, no sabe como tratar a los huespedes, no pudo solucionar nanda y que esperara al siguiente empleado en turno a ver que podia hacer. La caja de seguridad no funcionaba y no me podia dar otro cuarto. Me sali y ahora necesito solocitar mi reembolso

Me gustó que está céntrico y esta a buen precio, lo que no me gustó es que el servicio del personal por parte del recepcionista no te ayuda o apoya a solucionar problemas con tu habitación y su teléfono no sirve... dicen tener 2 teléfonos pero ninguno entra la llamada estando enfrente de ellos.

I did have a nice stay. Its location is very convenient since dining options are everywhere nearby, as well.as banks and travel agencies. Other public services like transportation are also available within a walking distance.

The only positive that can be said about this property is the location. The taxi dropped us off on the main highway and then carried our suitcases over the grass & sidewalks as he was unable to drive to the front of the hotel. The room and courtyard did not match the pictures on the website. It felt as though I was in a dungeon. The two other rooms I checked out were equally disgusting, one smelled musty and the other was as old and run down as the first one. It was difficult to manuever to the door of my room because of an abundance of patio furniture around the "fountain". The fountain appeared in disrepair although water was flowing. Many tiles were broken and the fountain was only half full. The internet DID NOT work. The television worked but the resolution of the picture was very poor. There was hot water in the shower, but took about 4 minutes to come out. The 2 bath towels provided were old and well used. I asked the front desk for some glasses but they didn't have any. The one positive was the room was extremely quiet and we did sleep well.

Es un lugar céntrico, tiene lo básico en el cuarto, lo que me gustó mucho es el wifi que funciona excelente y que la TV tiene Roku entonces puedes ver tv abierta. Si piensas pasear e ir a los bares alrededor como parque las palapas es excelente.

I like that has many food options around in a very good walking distance. The staff was supper friendly and thats always a plus... I dint like that the water on the shower took a while to have strength to go through the pipe . Other than that was ok.

Lovely clean hotel , staff so friendly on reception . Our double room had two beds and en suite bathroom . Added bonus of lovely smelling individual shampoo and skin lotion for use. There was air conditioning we used during the day but didn't need it overnight . Very close to "El Parque de las Palapas " that featured last night local children singing and dancing on the huge stage! We will return here now each time we fly into and out of Cancun. 5 mins walk to Cancun bus station for onward travel

After a while the air conditioning became overly efficient and had to ask for blankets. There is no hot water so showers were very brief. Overall a decent stay.

This it was my third stay at his place, With the exception of your front desk personnel, that seem you replace them with the worst available in the Market ,your hotel in general for the price in the area is the best option, shame, because next time in Cancun I’ll be looking for another option , Gracia
