This was a great place, especially since we had to book last minute. We were traveling with our puppy so we needed a pet friendly place to stay. The staff were welcoming and hospitable. The accommodations were just right for what we needed—a clean place to sleep with a fitness center and pet friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also really good, especially in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed in.

The lady that assisted us with checking in was very friendly & the process was seamless. The lobby was very clean with beautiful seating areas, there is a store in the lobby to purchase snacks & there is a bar & pool table in the lobby. The elevator was clean & didn’t smell & was easy to access from the lobby. The rooms are clean, updated, spacious with great water pressure from the shower. The cost of the room was very reasonable & they also have a hot breakfast buffet. The hotel is conveniently situated near the freeway, near various dining options & retail stores. We will definitely be back in the future.

Nice and clean, convenient location. Poolside rooms will enjoy quite a lot of noise before 10p. Hallway noise, combined with AC noise, makes for a rough night sleep the rest of the night. Breakfast was pretty bad, cold scrambled (powdered) eggs and stale bagels. And that was right when they opened up for breakfast. Won’t be going back for seconds.

Nice and clean hotel. I appreciate the rooms having tile/laminate flooring and not dirty, stinky carpet. Hotel is very modern and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overnight. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool but I did walk outside and check it out. Nice pool area and lounge with pool table.

Who likes a 12P check out with breakfast included hotel/rooms/bathrooms were clean check in was quick my only issue was that Wifi was spotty trying to stream a movie on Netflix because the channels were limited. I’ve stayed here prior to this stay and would definitely stay here again

Rooms were clean but extremely cramped. There are 2 elevators. One only one working when we arrived later that day the second elevator broke. They claimed service was working on it but was never repaired during our stay. We asked several time about the repairs but no one at the front desk could tell us anything, there seemed to be no sense of urgency about getting it fixed only apologies. Lugging suitcases and garmet bags down 3 floors was dangerous for seniors. Thus us our second bad experience in a Hilton property. Will NEVER stay in a Hilton property again.

The hotel was super clean. I am very picky and i really have no complaints about anything in regard to cleanliness. The breakfast was good, pancakes, eggs, grits, bagels ect. Coffee offered all day. I did ask the front desk for an extra pillow and they said they didn't have any. The bed was pretty comfortable and there wasn't much noise. I would return here if we go back.

The property itself is good. Clean, staff was very friendly. The bathtub didnt drain well so taking a shower was standing in ankle deep water. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. Could clearly hear people talking the next room over and whoever was upstairs was stomping back and forth and it was very loud and could hear them talking as well. Great property just not good if you are a light sleeper.

It's decent. The room has plenty of outlets and charging ports. Good lighting. Everything was clean. Very surprised that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan/ fart fan. Seems like a lot of money for this particular location.

The hotel was very nice and staff were excellent. It is a good place for one night. Room above us was noisy and had to call the reception. Did get better. AC unit was very noisy. When it came on it made a grinding noise but not every time it came on. It woke me up several times during the night.

I took my mom to Charleston on a mother- daughter trip. We stayed 3 days at Tru by Hilton. THANK YOU to Tiara and Cheryl at the front desk who were super professional and kind! They recommended great places to eat which were amazing. Ms. V was super kind at breakfast and made our breakfast experience great! Thanks for making our stay great. We will stay again!

The room and bathroom were nice - clean, up to date, well maintained. The check in process was slow as there was only one person working the hotel when I arrived and she had been called to help with a TV not working. She was nice, polite and apologetic - she was not the problem! There should have been someone at the front desk (it was no later than 9 pm) - I waited at least 10 minutes to check in and the lobby was unattended.

Only problem was they sent us to the room and the maid hadn’t been there and she was nowhere to be found. Once she was found, the girl did a phenomenal job handling the situation !!!! She was able to let the maid know what she did wrong in a very professional way - even though she had to use an app to communicate ( which I think they should hire people who SPEAK ENGLISH) !!!!

One of the worst hotel stays we've ever experienced. The rooms were very sterile and cold feeling. The hotel had kids running day and night unattended by adults and they were very rude, noisy, and messy in the lobby area. Both nights of our stay we hardly got any sleep because of the excessive noise in the room above us. I tried to call the front desk and no answer. Finally at 5am had to go down to front desk and ask that they deal with them. We only got 2 hours of sleep that night and maybe 3 or 4 the night before. There was not much food left for breakfast because of all of these kids and also they were playing hockey in our hallway and screaming and hitting the walls and doors with their hockey sticks and pucks. I will never be back or recommend to anyone.

Location was good to area. Only problem I had was my room was not cleaned the day it was supposed too.(rooms are supposed to be cleaned every 2 days ) I checked in on a Thursday which meant the room was to be cleaned on Saturday AM . When returned Saturday PM. it had not been cleaned. This was reported to the front desk and the office staff there did get me new towels and emptied trash cans and apologized for the oversight . The front desk staff were very helpful

Facility seemed to be in generally good condition. Rooms are extremely small, with very little space to lounge. The lobby was very nice with activities for entertainment, such as board games and pool table. When something was needed in the room, there was insufficient staff to deliver. We always had to go to the front desk to pick it up.

This Property is a Great Property and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is right next to the major Highway that connects you to everything in the city. Not an area where I would necessarily take a walk but if you have transportation that would not be an issue. You feel secure at night with the lighting in the parking lot.

My first time staying at a Tru by Hilton and I would stay again. The staff and management were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. What could use some improvement was the breakfast. The juice was more of a flavored water, had only one pancake making machine which you had to wait in a line for and at times it was a long line, also there was not a variety of options to choose from and each day the breakfast was the same. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
