The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It is within easy walking distance of the University of Pittsburgh. Otherwise it is old and run down. The wood moulding is scratched and chipped, the linens on the bed were frayed. While our room was reasonably clean, it smelled musty. The whole place needs to be renovated. Plus, it was expensive for the level of quality.

Beware: Valet Parking Only — $40/Night We stayed for 3 days, and each time we returned around 10–11 PM, the parking lot was full. The only other option was a parking garage about two blocks away. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and other eating establishments. However the area is very busy, with a lot of sirens and car honking at night, so it can be noisy. Our room was clean overall, the comforter has definitely seen better days. Overall, the location is convenient, but be prepared for valet parking, limited parking availability, and nighttime noise. Would not stay there again
