The staff doing the breakfast was a horrible staff..stared as we ate, commented on what my son ate to other guests, made rude comments while sitting on her phone..was very rude, will not go back due to the disrespect

There was an old rag from the last person who stayed in the room and it smelt like old food and cologne, definitely will NOT be staying here again, also a courtesy call after booking about the pool being out of service would have been nice, that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel thinking we would be able to swim in an indoor pool

The room was clean but the carpet is in very bad shape. It needs a very deep steam clean or replaced. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so the smell of mildew is very bad. The door closes automatically so to get air in you have to prop the door open. The carpet is a tripping hazard getting off the elevator on the third floor. It could be a great hotel with some updates.
