Holiday Inn Express & Suites Las Cruces North

We come to Las Cruces several times a year but have never stayed at this property. Due to a couple of big concerts in the area everywhere was sold out and the prices were extremely high. We were pleasantly surprised at how pleasant and accommodating the front desk was, getting us into another room since ours wasn’t ready. I was also happy with the room since it looked like everything had been recently renovated. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall we were very satisfied.

NO COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM. I couldn't believe it when I started looking for a coffee maker in the room and instead there is a sign that says you have to go to the lobby for your coffee. I can't function till I have had one cup of coffee so at 5 am I had to get up and trudge down to the lobby to get a cup. This is unacceptable in my opinion. We have stayed in this hotel before but will not be staying again.

Very clean. Hot tub was cold so that was disappointing

Property is well-lit and in a convenient location. Room was in good condition though a couple of minor items needing repairs were notice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It seemed fine, the only issue was the noise from the ice machine and elevator that located next to our room. The breakfast was tasty. The room was clean.
