Room did not have closets, you hung your clothes on a hook on the bathroom entry door.My wife was not able to hang all here clothes on the door. And I thew my clothes over a chair. The refrigerator did not work and the lighting in the room was subpar.

The person working the front desk was distracted and no help when a dog on the fourth floor barked at 5:35 am on Saturday and then again that afternoon. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom fixtures were leaky and rusty. The kitchen staff was very friendly and diligently working during breakfast.

Management was top notch! We arrived late and had 2 pets with us. There was an issue with overcharge on pet fee and Management corrected this promptly! Very family friendly environment and exceptional staff here.

I’ve stayed here twice now and both times the check in process was just odd. Either this hotel or Hampton Inn needs to streamline their checkin processes. Most hotels these days it takes about 2 minutes or less and you’re on your way. Otherwise, the stay was good and the room was clean and not terribly dated. However I do wish all hotels would spend just a tad more money on their shower heads.

Had to get the front desk employee to come and clean the bathroom. The whole room was poorly cleaned. Such as Urine left under the toilet seat. Trash on the shower drain. Drink Can rings on the Bed side tables. The Hot water in the shower and sink was Luke warm at best.

It was a large wad of hair on one of the pillows that was in the middle of the pillows on one of the beds. Im not sure how housekeeping missed that unless they didnt change the pillow cases at all. There were also pieces of hair scattered in the bed as well. The room had water damage in the ceiling/wall. The room was old. The air did work and it was comfortable, but the overall cleanliness was subpar. The breakfast was really good and all of the staff were friendly.

Room was dirty. Took out a Lysol wipe to wipe down surfaces and it came up filthy. Walls were dirty. Room was next to the Mexican restaurant next door and they had loud music until after 10:00. Won’t be staying here again, which is sad because it was a convenient location.

The front desk staff was WONDERFUL and very helpful. The room was set up ok but needed a lot of cleaning. There were strange stains all over the curtains and something sticky one of the bedspreads. Dining area was clean and staff very sweet.

I placed a reservation with the Hampton Inn and suites on Viking Dr. in Bossier City LA for 5/19/25to5/21/25. I flew in from out state.. after getting my rental car drove to the Hampton Inn and suites where I had my reservations it was around 9 PM to check in. The lady at the front desk for check-in told me oh we’re sorry we had to canceled your room. Expedia should’ve called you but will have your room for tomorrow..the same lady told me next day “ you are a gold member with us so always book thur hotel only so this won’t happen again” . that told me a lot about this hotel.. the next morning I spoke with the general manager, Jackie Thompson and she told me that she was refunding my night through Expedia the room that they had to cancel on me well that’s two weeks later and she never did it. She lied to me.. I just spoke with Expedia. She never ever put in for expedia refund so be very careful with Hampton inn n suites.. actually to be safe I would find a different hotel…

I appreciate the ease of booking the room, even after a few adjustments prior to the visit. Everything during our stay was great. I appreciate the welcoming demeanor of the staff from the front desk to the room staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable, you can’t go wrong with hot showers and soft beds! We will be back!

Overall very good. One thing that I noticed was the breakfast prep lady (who was very nice) had gloves on touching everything including luggage carts, then right back to handling the food items. Same gloves.. Ive seen this happen in other places. Are the gloves to protect them or us???
