The staff at Eden Roc Cap Cana went above and beyond to take incredible care of us. We had a magical experience & would highly recommend this resort.

The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms. The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time there each day.

Service was terrible in the hotel . Food was not good as well despite having Michelin key restaurants . After leaving the hotel, we have been charged around 50 Gbp . I asked the reason but no response . Definitely, it doesn’t worth the money we paid, compared to our previous experiences .

The whole experience was magical! The rooms, the people and their hospitality was unimaginable. We will definitely be going back there! A special mention of Ryan and Abby who do exceptional work in making each and every guest feel more than welcomed and acoomade all their requests.
