Lifts spoil this hotel. Nice spot but I and all people with me spent 10 minutes waiting for lifts. The automatic system just does not work. Apparently a common thing. Wouldn’t stay again unless that was fixed.

Tolle große Zimmer mit moderner und guter Ausstattung. Mini Bar , viele Steckdosen, gutes Lichtsystem usw. Pool mit SPA im zimmerpreis Inbegriffen. Toller Empfang durch die Rezeption. Wir waren mit Hund und Kindern (8 &14) unterwegs. Unterkunft in der 16. Etage. Einfach wow! Gepflegte Suite (bis auf den Kühlschrank der Minibar. Der gehört gesäubert) mit Küchennische, Ausziehsofa für die Kinder und TV, separates Boxspring für die Eltern mit angrenzenden Badbereich. Aus den grossen Fenster sieht man über die Straßen und Dächer 😍. Für den Indoorpool mit Jacuzzi und Saunabereich bekommt man an der Rezeption eine eigene Schlüsselkarte. Der Fitnessbereich sieht durch ein Fenster vom Laufband in den Poolbereich. Für meine Kinder und mich in Ordnung so. Die Räume sind sehr hoch und die Zimmer gut temperiert. Auch die Klimaanlage ist optimal platziert. Noch in keinem Hotel habe ich das so gut erlebt! Das ganze System mit den Keycards ist sehr gut durchdacht. Danke! Vom Personal bis zu den Räumlichkeiten alles top! Ich könnte noch so viel mehr schreiben, aber ich sage nur: DANKE wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Det levede ikke op til forventningerne eller billederne. Mange lappeløsninger og skønhedsfejl ved panel og vægge på værelser og et meget slidt “spa” og poolområde. Vi tjekkede ind lørdag aften og området virkede hverken trygt eller indbydende.

The key cards are extremely annoying. You need a seperate key card to go to gym and pool, the first two key cards they gave me didn’t work. The staff was friendly, but they didn’t seem to be able to communicate well with the language barrier. The breakfast was amazing and they have a sauna , and that is the only thing that saved this place as far as rating. It is not a convenient location to get anywhere and there are very very limited dining in the area. I would not stay here again. I’d recommend somewhere more central.

If you’re going to Milan this is out of the way where all the attractions are. We wish we would have stayed more downtown. The property and lobby is beautiful…and that’s it. Our room was small and the bathroom was terrible! The shower flooded constantly and there was mildew within the crevices. Housekeeping was very subpar here! The hot tub at the so called spa was freezing and figuring out how to get in and out of it is laughable. The pool was also cold and not very clean at all, same for the hot tub. The breakfast is not worth it not one bit! Disgusting! Runny eggs and just not very high quality food. The best thing about this property is how pretty it looks outside and the lobby!

Hotel davvero bello, addette alla reception gentilissime e disponibili, con quel "qualcosa in più" come riconoscerti e chiamarti per cognome dal check in in poi, roba che molti 5 stelle se la sognano. Ristorante dell'hotel che da solo vale la visita e colazione davvero ottima. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio, solo il servizio piscina/spa forse è migliorabile, quando siamo andati io e mio figlio non c'era nessun addetto, e pure la sauna non era chiaro se fosse utilizzabile. The area around the property is not very safe nor clean (lots of garbage, graffiti, slums, unhoused) and is about 15 mins cab ride away from downtown/center. The room was wonderful, with a spectacular view! The only issue was the floor hadn’t been cleaned (hardwood) and lots of dirt and grime/stains. I put towels down from my bed to the bathroom so it was fine. Also, the tv kept glitching in and out. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly — great people! The dining for dinner was delicious; however, the breakfast and room service food (same food) was cold and bland. The dinner time restaurant was very tasty, and completely different than the breakfast/room service buffet. I wanted to try the pool and sauna but you need reservations in advance, and you won’t even be able to look at it because your key they give you takes you directly to your floor after scanning, no other floors. All in all, I rate this experience as a 4 because of poor location, subpar buffet, but excellent and kind staff! I would come here again. :)

This was by far one of the dirtiest properties, from the tables at the bedside to the bathroom & floor it simply was disgusting. There are bed bugs in the bed as our little child was full of bites. The room smelt like smoke, even though they are supposed to be smoke free. Lots of soap scum in the shower & the basin that did not drain. Even the fridge smelt. There is no real place to hang towels and the towels are kept by a rubbish bin. Only good thing was complementary water. The pool area was a disappointing as they do not ever have enough towels & when they do they only provide hand towels, the pool flooring is uneven and all of the lockers are locked even at 7am in the morning. Also to use the pool you need to fetch a key which is very inconvenient & not relaxing at all. The breakfast is really not worth it with cheap ham and not a good selection. Serving exactly he same thing everyday & the only vegan options were fruit & vegan yogurt. The croissants tasted stale with a funny taste and even the bread offered was not good. It’s a shame about the food options. Also the servers just clear your stuff while you are eating and do not even consider if you are finished. Had to replace toast 4 times in one sitting due to it being cleared. This is also far from public transport and the cab/ taxi drivers really rip you off. Although it looks modern they do not have the service to match. Really disappointing.

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere so unless you have a car or are willing to pay €35 euros to get into the city you feel quite trapped. There is a bus that you can take to the metro station but the journey into town this way is over 50 minutes. The rooms are very quirky with the shower pod in the middle of the room, if you are not sharing with a close partner then that can be very awkward. The hotel also lacked a vibe, there were a few people but it seemed to be quite lifeless. The included breakfast was not very appealing and you had to pay extra for pancakes and other items. There was a lot of pastries and cakes which were nice but healthy fruits etc were limited.

The staff of the Hotel is very friendly and helpful. Not so well is the Hotel lift, sometimes you have to a couple of minutes until a lift will pick up you. Especially if you have a handicap, it is not so nice because there is nothing to seat down. Internet is free and fast, TV has App function (you tube, etc.) The bathroom is hugh, including the cabin for to take a shower. Negative is only, you have only 2 little holder for all your towels.

The hotel is great except that the air conditioning doesn’t work. We had them come and reset it, it was still terribly hot. Sometimes the room was hotter than outside, because the air conditioner seemed to blow hotter air inside. The shower is completely open to the room and so steam makes this worse. We ended up taking cold showers to keep it from getting hot and slept with the window open. We tried looking up the airvent HCS manual (moon panel), had them reset it— they sent a handsome repair guy, he declared it fixed and checked the vent, but hours later — hotter than hades. Otherwise, fine! Also I burned my hand in the sauna steam room… they should probably cover the steam converter, but nothing a bit of cold water didn’t fix. To sum up — hot waiters, hot bartenders, hot repair men, hot rooms.

The stay was good, rooms are clean, well ventilated and A/C system is working perfect. The only issue - bathroom is without door, this might be an issue if you are travellimg with family. Breakfast was the worst part of the hotel, they could and probably must offer a decent breakfast for the price they charge for rooms.

I didn’t know what to expect but I must say I greatly enjoyed my stay. Miguel at the bar was so nice. The staff was great and I will definitely stay again. I do recommend renting a car since it is about 20 minutes outside of Duomo and 30-40 minutes away from the airport. The Ubers can get a little pricey

Such a weird place....trying way too hard to be different/futuristic and stuff just doesn't make sense in the present. They couldn't even control the air properly in the room. The hallways smelled bad. The staff was not good. We checked out early because it was so bad and they did not refund.

The area around the hotel is a bit derelict so don't expect to walk out and find nice streets and cafes. The location however is very convenient for the Fiere Milan exhibition centre and it is only a short taxi journey away. The staff were very helpful in the hotel. The room was very hot at night due to an issue with the a/c but nothing an open window couldn't fix. We didn't wat at the hotel as the review of the food wasn't very good and breakfast was a bit disappointing. All round, however, the hotel was comfortable, modern and convenient for the exhibition hall.
