口コミに盗難があったと書いてあり、警戒していましたが、無料でロッカーと鍵を借りる事ができ何も問題はありませんでした。ミラノで最も安いホステルだったので多少の設備が整っていないことは許容する事ができます。そして、何より1番良かったのはスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで優しく気持ちよく接してくれました。彼らの愛に感謝します。

No me gustó el espacio de la cocina. Al ser viajero, uno no tiene tazas platos cubiertos vasos. No había nada de éso. El microondas no tenía el plato de vidrio.

Me gustó mucho su sala común, tenía juegos y actividades. Las habitaciones bastante cómodas y con baño. Su personal bastante amigable y educado No me gustó que no tuviese lockers en la habitación, la cocina en pésimo estado.

I didn’t expect much due to the previous reviews, + there is a bed and clean linens + there is a luggage room available after check out + close to bus and metro stations + you Will get on pretty quickly with your day in Milan, because you don’t want to spend too much time at your hostel. - sketchy area. Got there pretty late and I did not feel safe on my way from Lampugnano bus station - one electric outlet for six people. Bring a power bank. - the bunk beds make sounds as soon as you move - the ac had no remote in our room, thus no ac was used - the lights did not work properly in the shower room, so you will have to wave your hand outside the shower every tenth second to turn them on. - it feels a little bit like a prison

Los trabajadores son muy majos y atentos, pero el sitio es bastante mediocre. El "desayuno" que ofrecen no tiene ni fiambre, solo pan (sin tostar, no hay tostadora), cereales y mermelada, ni siquiera hay leche vegetal. La cama te la tienes que hacer tú y solo limpian 1 vez por estancia, así que no se entiende que la hora de llegada sea a las 14 y salida a las 10. Encima las terrazas de las habitaciones estan llenas de hojas y en nuestro baño había 3 telarañas grandes. No hay aire acondicionado, es un horno en verano y si abres las ventanas te comen los mosquitos. La luz del baño no se puede apagar ni entender, así que lo de "eco" no sé muy bien donde está. La ducha funciona con tramos de agua de 30 segundos, que hace que sea bastante difícil ducharse tranquilamente. No lo recomiendo, la verdad, creo que por lo que nos costó (para nada barato) no vale la pena.

Very very run down smelt very bad. Everything is broken and very old. The shower is like a campground have to press for water every minute. The pressure is very weak. I stayed only 1 night i could not stay the second night i booked so went for another hotel. If your getting it for free it is still overpriced.

Great location for going to San Siro Stadium. Probably one of the most affordable type of accommodations in Milan. There was no lock on the toilet door but there was paper. Staff were efficient and helpful. The quality of security is very low, and I heard that someone vandalized the luggage in the male dormitory and had it stolen.

It’s infested by bed bugs and when this was brought to the staff’s attention by myself and multiple other guests, the staff was very dismissive and refused to treat it like the serious health concern that it is. All we were told is that they couldn’t do much about it and refused to contact management. There were no attempts made to reach a resolution. The room I stayed in had no fans either so it was incredibly hot and stuffy.

Lo único es que que hace mucho calor y no tiene aire acondicionado pero pues ya lo sabía, el personal súper amable y hasta te hacen mapas para llegar a los lugares lo único malo es que no había wifi en la habitación solo en áreas comunes de ahí todo perfecto

Loved this place! The front desk representative was very kind and welcoming. Our private suite had a lot of room a bathroom and it’s own balcony! Location was a bit of a walk to the train for us.

If you just need a bed to sleep in, youre in luck, thats all this place really offers. No kitchen, just a fridge where other guests help themselves to your food. Microwave was rusted inside, didnt look safe to use. No heat the first two nights (was low 30s, freezing!) Staff were no help. Couldnt get refunded to go somewhere else. Seems most guests are locals, almost like a flop or halfway house. Would not book this place ever again.

Eneste gode ved hostelet er at rengøringen var god. Resten var meget skuffende. Vi blev en dag forsinket, da vores fly blev udsat til dagen efter. Jeg selv og hotel.com forsøgte og ringe til jer uden I besvarede telefonen. Da vi kom frem kl. 10 kunne vi ikke få vores værelse, da der først var indtjekning fra kl. 14. Hvorfor I ikke allerede have gjort vores værelse klar dagen før forstår jeg ikke. Jeg have bestilt et værelse til 4 personer og eget badeværelse. Vi fik dog et 6 mands værelse dog med eget badeværelse, så vi måtte sove med 3 fremmede personer i stedet for 1 fremmede. Var vi ikke tilfredse, fik vi og vide, ville vi blive delt ud på enkelte 4 mands værelser. Hold dig langt væk fra dette sted. Ingen god service og bygningen og rummede er meget faldefærdige ligesom området det ligger i.

Para começar pedimos um cobertor ao rececionista disse-nos inicialmente que não tinha mas depois lá nos deu. Depois no último dia que lá estive houve falha de água, fomos falar novamente com o rececionista e não quis saber! Deu-nos mais meia hora para podermos sair. Em relação ao quarto para o preço que foi não posso queixar muito mas podia ter melhores condições.

Siamo arrivati in quattro dopo un concerto a San Siro, eravamo stanchissimi perché con gli orari non siamo riusciti ad accedere prima alla struttura, quindi siamo arrivati a mezzanotte circa e ci hanno detto che la camera che noi avevamo prenotato non era disponibile e ci volevano sistemare in un corridoio con dei letti in comune con altre persone e anche i bagni in comune quando io avevo chiesto, O meglio avevo pagato una camera per quattro persone chiamata Luxory con bagno in camera, alla fine dopo vari tentativi e richieste di rimborso che ci hanno negato, siamo stati sistemati in una camera per tre persone….. L’indomani il titolare ci ha fatto capire che per il disguido ci offriva la colazione quando invece era incluso nel prezzo della prenotazione… Comunque sconsiglio a chiunque questa struttura e io personalmente non ci andrò mai più

Camas sucias, entre a la habitación y todo el piso tenia una grasa negra, tuve que limpiarlo yo misma. El baño la mitad del tiempo está limpio y la otra mitad no. Entras por una calle angosta que de noche no lo recomiendo si vas solo(a). Lo único es que el personal fue super amable y atento. La estación de metro no queda lejos.

I didn’t expect much due to the previous reviews, + there is a bed and clean linens + there is a luggage room available after check out + close to bus and metro stations + you Will get on pretty quickly with your day in Milan, because you don’t want to spend too much time at your hostel. - sketchy area. Great location for going to San Siro Stadium. Probably one of the most affordable type of accommodations in Milan. There was no lock on the toilet door but there was paper. Staff were efficient and helpful. The quality of security is very low, and I heard that someone vandalized the luggage in the male dormitory and had it stolen.

j'ai passé une nuit à l'auberge "Ostelleo Milano" avec une amie dans une chambre pour 6 femmes. l'Ostello est très bien placée (pour nous juste à côté de l'alliance cloud où nous intervenions en tant que bénévoles le lendemain pour la venue de Sadhguru), à 10 minutes du métro, dans un quartier où il y a de la verdure et des restaurants pas loin. L'accueil a été très cordial, le petit déjeuner bon et suffisant. Je recommande

El hostal es arrendado a gente en situacion de calle, por lo tanto es un ambiente bastante hostil, sobretodo para mujeres. Si viajas sola reserva habitación femenina ya que mixta puede ser muy creepy. MUY sucio, no hay nisiquiera papel higienico en los baños. Ni vale la pena mencionar que en el aviso decia que incluia desayuno pero no es asi.

Commentando la nostra esperienza in questo ostello si ha solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa raccontare prima. Partiamo dalle note positive (o meglio, dalle uniche note non pessime): 1) Il check in è stato veloce e il personale abbastanza cortese; 2) La biancheria da letto è (sembra) pulita. Passiamo quindi a tutto il resto: 1) Appena saliamo in camera, prima di entrare, notiamo che la porta è tutta rotta ai lati, con un buco non insignificante in corrispondenza della serratura, che quindi lascia qualche dubbio sulla sua utilità; 2) La camera è incredibilmente sporca con polvere che supera il centimetro sotto i letti; 3) Due letti su 6 hanno buona parte delle doghe rotte o mancanti; 5) La pulizia nei bagni è direttamente proporzionale a quella in camera, ovvero inesistente; 6) La carta igienica è come il punto 4 di questa recensione... assente; 7) I lavandini, oltre ad essere pieni di calcare, non fanno la loro funzione principe, ovvero non riescono a buttare fuori acqua. Il massimo che si può ottenere è un rivoletto che permette a fatica di lavarsi le mani. Ovviamente del sapone c'è solo il dosatore, vuoto; 8) Colazione compresa? Forse si sono sbagliati a scrivere, però ci sono delle macchinette dove si possono comprare merendine e dei tramezzini. Vista l'esperienza generale non assicuro che non siano scaduti. p.s.: è stato molto apprezzato l'omaggio di un barattolo di olive lasciatoci in camera. Speriamo non si siano offesi dopo che le abbiamo lasciate dov'erano.

Que el agua de la ducha saliera caliente tan rápido y que el personal de recepción fuera tan amable. No me gustó que la cocina oliera fatal y el baño tenía algunos hongos en el techo q daban mal olor a la habitación

Los trabajadores son muy majos y atentos, pero el sitio es bastante mediocre. El "desayuno" que ofrecen no tiene ni fiambre, solo pan (sin tostar, no hay tostadora), cereales y mermelada, ni siquiera hay leche vegetal. La cama te la tienes que hacer tú y solo limpian 1 vez por estancia, así que no se entiende que la hora de llegada sea a las 14 y salida a las 10. Encima las terrazas de las habitaciones estan llenas de hojas y en nuestro baño había 3 telarañas grandes. No hay aire acondicionado, es un horno en verano y si abres las ventanas te comen los mosquitos. La luz del baño no se puede apagar ni entender, así que lo de "eco" no sé muy bien donde está. La ducha funciona con tramos de agua de 30 segundos, que hace que sea bastante difícil ducharse tranquilamente. No lo recomiendo, la verdad, creo que por lo que nos costó (para nada barato) no vale la pena.
