Bad : Loud. Lots of college kids/teams. I love em but not up til 4am. Parking set up is illegal. Had cars parked behind us perpendicular when leaving. Don't park in front of hotel at all. Buses and inconsiderate people that mess up parking near front door. There is a reason you are so fat and don't want to walk 50 feet to the door. Pro tip: Park in back. Showers get a 4 as far as pressure. Good: Super friendly. Fresh cookies. Great breakfast for my 18 yr old (3 helpings and healthy choices). Spa and pool are amazing. Rooms big enough we could both work for a couple hours. Good internet. Good location. Super nice front staff 24 hours-one nice lady lets us borrow a pencil for some calculus work late night.

Our stay was incredible. The facility was clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind and helpful. We LOVED the fact that they had board games to play in the dining room and outside. There was plenty of room in the lobby/dining area to spend time with family, and everything was comfortable. The pool area was great. It was an excellent experience.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In door pool was a plus traveling with our children. We enjoyed the quiet courtyard conversation by the firepit after dark. It was an all around amazing. TJ the kitchen staff was very helpful and super nice! She was knowledgeable in directing us to the "must see" sites! We wouldnt of gotten to see as many places if it wasnt for her!! We are extremely grateful to have met her. And the Hotel should be very honored to have her apart of their team(family). She definitely immediately puts a smile on your face! The front desk ladies Jodie, Vanessa and I cant remember the other ladys name. But they where all very sweet, helpful and one even stopped what she was doing to bring me a trash bag! She insisted bringing it to my room. She was so kind! I feel terrible I cant remember her name! But if you get the chance to stay here, i absolutely recommend this hotel! I will be visiting again with my family soon! Thank you all again so much!

Safe, convenient. I liked the refillable soap, shampoo and conditioners in the showers. Reduced plastic waste and the soaps all smelled good, while being good for the environment. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Enjoyed the hot tub and gym too. I was upgraded to a suite which I really loved and it was clean and comfortable. Great experience

This is an excellent hotel! The heated pool and hot tub is awesome and CLEAN! Always stocked with pool towels. This hotel has big rooms with kitchens and living rooms and separate bedroom. Very roomy. Lots of staff everywhere, very kind, and working hard. Free cookies, good ice machine, board games set out to play. Hotel smells good. Everything was clean and on point. Fair price. We will definitely stay here again. Very close to Rangeline which is very convenient. The breakfast had a lot of choices, healthy ones included! Loved it!

Best options for continental breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. Lots of options for everyone, clean, staffed well with friendly faces. Great coffee too. Very happy with our stay.

When we arrived I spilt water on the floor. Cleaned it up with a towel & the towel was very dirty. Kitchen floor was not mopped. Kitchen cupboards had something splashed on them & the microwave was sticky.

This hotels allows pets...I saw one patron with 3 dogs going in and out of hotel/elevator. Another with a large basset hound/ hunting dog. When I asked for a pet free room and they gave me one that they said had not had an animal in it for 6 months. None of the rooms are pet free. My room smelled like a filthy dog. It felt dirty because it smelled dirty. The room is worn and I didn't like sitting on the furniture due to odor. My husband also said the air coming from the A.C. unit smelled sour...too many bad smells.

Very nice hotel and well maintained with great service. Have to say Joplin, Missouri is one of the friendliest cities I’ve been in. Everywhere we went people of all ages were kind, smiled and said hello. The only “complaint” I’d say is not really having a place to hang your towels and washcloths in the bathroom, but other than that the property was great. Very homey, well-kept and comfortable. We had 2 joined rooms that very much felt like a little apartment.

Hotel was really clean and well maintained. The room was super clean and really comfortable, large shower with a fabulous shower head. Comfortable bed and a large TV that swivels so you can watch it in bed. Kitchen was well appointed and I used it to make a light breakfast before the breakfast area was open. I would definitely stay here again.

I paid extra money on this app for two beds. When I got to the hotel, I was given a king one bed when I explained that I had paid $197 for two beds instead of paying the 176 for a king I was told by the hotel staff that they had nothing to do with Hotels.com and I needed to call them. They then proceeded to tell me I could pay 25 more dollars on top of my $197 to get to queen beds. Also, they put us next to a birthday party of teenagers that were up all night knocking on the wall I had to physically go downstairs at 1 AM because when I called the front desk worker, Leah, said there was nothing she could do.

Our stay was incredible. The facility was clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind and helpful. We LOVED the fact that they had board games to play in the dining room and outside. There was plenty of room in the lobby/dining area to spend time with family, and everything was comfortable. The pool area was great. It was an excellent experience.

I have stayed at a lot of Homewood Suites and this one in Joplin is by far the nicest one I’ve ever stayed at. Not only is it clean and well decorated but the staff is amazing! Thanks Brian

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In door pool was a plus traveling with our children. We enjoyed the quiet courtyard conversation by the firepit after dark. It was an all around amazing. TJ the kitchen staff was very helpful and super nice! She was knowledgeable in directing us to the "must see" sites! We wouldnt of gotten to see as many places if it wasnt for her!! We are extremely grateful to have met her. And the Hotel should be very honored to have her apart of their team(family). She definitely immediately puts a smile on your face! The front desk ladies Jodie, Vanessa and I cant remember the other ladys name. But they where all very sweet, helpful and one even stopped what she was doing to bring me a trash bag! She insisted bringing it to my room. She was so kind! I feel terrible I cant remember her name! But if you get the chance to stay here, i absolutely recommend this hotel! I will be visiting again with my family soon! Thank you all again so much!

I paid extra money on this app for two beds. When I got to the hotel, I was given a king one bed when I explained that I had paid $197 for two beds instead of paying the 176 for a king I was told by the hotel staff that they had nothing to do with Hotels.com and I needed to call them. They then proceeded to tell me I could pay 25 more dollars on top of my $197 to get to queen beds. Also, they put us next to a birthday party of teenagers that were up all night knocking on the wall I had to physically go downstairs at 1 AM because when I called the front desk worker, Leah, said there was nothing she could do.

We’ve stayed at several hotels in Joplin and this is our favorite. It’s clean and the staff is very friendly. It’s in a good location with easy access to historic downtown, restaurants and I44 without the noise and traffic of the other hotels we’ve visited.

Super friendly staff, quick and easy check-in, quiet and comfortable. The bed was nice and everything was clean. Great location, as we were stopping for the night on our way back from vacation. We didn't go far out of the way and was able to get right back on the road quickly. Lots of food options around also (as well as Door Dash/Gub Hub). Highly recommend!

Safe, convenient. I liked the refillable soap, shampoo and conditioners in the showers. Reduced plastic waste and the soaps all smelled good, while being good for the environment. The breakfast spread was wonderful. Enjoyed the hot tub and gym too. I was upgraded to a suite which I really loved and it was clean and comfortable. Great experience

This is an excellent hotel! The heated pool and hot tub is awesome and CLEAN! Always stocked with pool towels. This hotel has big rooms with kitchens and living rooms and separate bedroom. Very roomy. Lots of staff everywhere, very kind, and working hard. Free cookies, good ice machine, board games set out to play. Hotel smells good. Everything was clean and on point. Fair price. We will definitely stay here again. Very close to Rangeline which is very convenient. The breakfast had a lot of choices, healthy ones included! Loved it!

Bad : Loud. Lots of college kids/teams. I love em but not up til 4am. Parking set up is illegal. Had cars parked behind us perpendicular when leaving. Don't park in front of hotel at all. Buses and inconsiderate people that mess up parking near front door. There is a reason you are so fat and don't want to walk 50 feet to the door. Pro tip: Park in back. Showers get a 4 as far as pressure. Good: Super friendly. Fresh cookies. Great breakfast for my 18 yr old (3 helpings and healthy choices). Spa and pool are amazing. Rooms big enough we could both work for a couple hours. Good internet. Good location. Super nice front staff 24 hours-one nice lady lets us borrow a pencil for some calculus work late night.

The room was lovely, had everything we could need in it ammenity wise. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash were great quality. The breakfast was great, we stayed there 2 nights, and each breakfast had differences. I was very appreciative of that. The lobby is beautiful also.

This is our go to hotel in Joplin for many reasons. First and foremost our room is always clean. The staff, to a person, is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is the best breakfast in any hotel we’ve ever been.

Our flight was cancelled in Springfield and rebooked in Joplin the next day (yes, I know!). We needed a last minute hotel and this worked out well. My expectations were low but this was very nice. The breakfast was much better than most “breakfast included” places. Updated decor and thoughtful touches.

Clean room, well stocked with basic toiletries, extra linen, an iron and full sized ironing board. Kitchen basics stocked as well for light cooking, full sized fridge. Updated. Little extras like delicious cookies and popcorn at the front desk were very nice. Outside grounds with fire pit and well maintained plantings enjoyable. Pool and hut tub clean, well maintained. My purse was stolen just prior to my arrival at the property; even though I had pre-paid on-line, the check in clerk would not allow me to stay without a driver's license. I had to sleep in the parking lot and still was charged almost $300 for the stay; which I am objecting to on my credit card.
