This location was terrible! As soon as we arrived in the parking lot, it was clear this property was not maintained. The signage lights were not working, the lobby was filthy, and the check-in desk had a hand-written sign informing customers with no ID and paying cash that they must spend at least $100. This really set off alarm bells. There were also a few men just hanging out in the lobby that seemed to be friends of the check-in clerk. As I was given my room key, the clerk loudly stated my room number so that his buddies could hear it. Again, alarm bells. As we walked up the stairs to our room, the lights in the stairwell were out, the carpet was covered in some sort of black sludge and the drywall had holes in it. Once in our room we discovered there was no toilet paper, hand soap or towels in the bathroom. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned as there were sticky puddles on the nightstand and the beds were unmade. We ended up checking out 30 minutes after checking in. This place was a nightmare. For $125 I would at least expect toilet paper and cleanliness.

I don’t think the entire hotel has been cleaned in years. My room was not vacuumed, bugs everywhere, no towels, no toilet paper, a huge mold spot on the ceiling that looked like it was going to collapse, no trash can, tv didn’t work, and the bed looked like someone was just laying there. I had to use a hand towel to dry off after a shower the first night but was able to get a bath towel the second night. Still itching from the bugs and still have a headache from the mold.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The front door/window was dirty and a huge bag of thrash was left next to it. The reception desk area had not been swept nor mopped in days! The sheets in the room were stained and we had to ask for new ones. The room did not have a small frigde, just a whole in the furniture wher eit suppsedly once was. A broken hanger was left in the clothes' bar. There was no soap (just small samples of shampoo and conditioner) nor towels! When we requested towels we were given 2 hand towels, a very small shower towel, a regular shower towel and the towel for the floor (we were 2). The water was shut off in the bathroom and we had to turn it on. Then the sink started leaking in two different places but we only had a small trash bucket to collect the water dripping. The shower filled up to my ankles while I showered and took 20 minutes to empty. It's ok to have a. modest hotel. It's not ok to be unclean and charge money. This hotel is a disgrace. DO NOT GO. It should be unlisted from Hotels.com The photos on the site must be from the hotel first open very misleading

We’re from Chicago and husband and I decided on the last minute to travel to Cleveland to watch the evening game of White Sox vs Guardians game. Booked this hotel because it is 4mi from the ballpark. We checked in after the game , the booked King size room, was not available and was given 2 queensize bed. Too tired to argue and as soon as we enter the bedroom we were greeted by a musty filthy carpet, bed poorly made, sagging and bunched up bed skirts no soap, towels and no toilet paper! I asked for toilet paper, soap and towels from the front desk. The guy on the front desk gave me the toilet paper but NO SOAP and NO TOWELS. He said their washing machine broke! How could you run a hotel by Wyndham and NO SOAP and NO TOWELS for the customer?! I did not trust the bed sheets. I slept on my street clothes that night and husband and I left this awful, dirty place as early as 8am. Their website says Free Breakfast, not that I will eat there knowing how raggedy this place is, the free breakfast was a lie NO BREAKFAST - not even coffee for their guests. TERRIBLE PLACE! The only good thing with this experience was that the White Sox won that day. Other than that, stay away from this place!
