The place was difficult to find since the gps took us to an unmarked ally behind the guest house. Parking was fairly expensive for the location and somewhat inconvenient. The guest house was pleasant and the staff was very helpful with an outstanding breakfast.

Great rooms, a bit hard to find public parking but once we did it was convenient. Lovely English breakfast served the next day, very happy with it! Would recommend this place to families visiting Bath!

This was in an ideal location - easy to walk to the centre of bath. It was a perfect family room with it containing a twin room for the kids and a double room. The breakfast was cooked really well. Car parking at the Charlotte street car park was close and easy too.

very clean and friendly.we had a family room which was fine but view was of a 15 foot high brick wall 2 feet away which was a bit disappointing,breakfast was a little hit and miss.a word of warning using the charlotte st car park having to use their app (unless you have a mountain of change) is a complete rip-off - it doesn't give you an option of a start time but starts from the time you begin putting in details!Also if you need to extend your stay (even if for a few hours it will charge you for the whole extra day)!!

What a wonderful stay! Great location, spacious, clean and even had a separate bedroom for our adult daughter who really enjoyed having her own private spot. Fantastic living room space too. Communication with the owner was great and parking (paid lot) was nearby and convenient. We regretted missing breakfast which sounded great because we had to depart early. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

B and B grand in very good location Parking was only available in local car park at cost of €17.10 per day….were informed we could park outside city and used park and ride Nobody lives in the house so it is very impersonal it’s just a business! Breakfast was very nice first morning but next day was awful Clearly the man cooking didn’t have a clue how to cook as the lady on day one was gone on holidays

Very nice room, spacious, quiet and nice bathroom. Had to use the provided radiator for heating since heater was off, so no towel warmer/heat in bathroom. Only minus but should be an easy fix - windows need cleaning- got allergies from mold.

2Crescent gardens is delightful. Lovely building- everywhere was spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. Bedroom had everything we could need. Breakfast was excellent

The reality of the room was not quite as the images might suggest, our room was dark, very small, and there was a very bad odour which wouldn't go away from the bathroom... overall we were disappointed by our room and didn't enjoy our stay as it wasn't what we had expected. The quality didn't quite match what we were paying to stay there. Nonetheless, the breakfast both days was delicious and the owners/staff were perfectly nice people.

We were spoiled! What an amazing find. We were able to check in early which was so helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Giacomo stayed in contact with us, giving information about check in, breakfast and the area. She was amazing!!! The breakfast was beautiful. There were many options to suit different tastes. We truly hope to go back again soon.

This is an old house. We had the top room, so a bit of a climb. Its was modernized not very long ago. Nice breakfast. The bathroom could use some more laydown space. There's enough room for a small table by the shower.

This has to be one of the best bed and breakfasts we have stayed in . Our room, no2 on the first floor was huge, immaculate and comfortable. That goes for the bed also..Breakfast was delicious. Cooked to order and plentiful. I would say that this accomodation would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Even if there are rooms on the ground floor there are steps to the entrancesnd the dining room is on the lower ground floor. For us though, we will definitely stay here again

This was a lovely guesthouse with a massive public car park directly behind it. The car park isn’t free, but a very reasonable price. The owner came to greet us at the door and was very friendly. Our room was clean, very comfortable and had extra things I didn’t expect like shampoo and shower gel. There is a bus stop just outside which is convenient if you need to travel but a little noisy especially as we had windows open as it was very hot when we stayed. I would suggest ear plugs if you think you might need to have windows open a lot. The noise didn’t stop us sleeping. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cannot be faulted. There’s also a small buffet with cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. We were very well fed. The guesthouse is about 15 min walk from the town centre so very convenient to all the main sites and we felt safe walking in the dark. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

A wonderful property that was great to stay in. My room was lovely and big, and well decorated. Easily walkable to central Bath with all its attractions and dining options, and about 15 mins walk from Bath Spa railway station. Breakfast is cooked to order and was great. Be aware that the property is not staffed at all times, so you will need to make arrangements to check in so someone can be there to meet you. Overall this is a property I would be happy to stay in again.

Not the most welcoming hosts. We came for breakfast at 940 (advertised until 10) and he’d already started shutting down and it just became super awkward to ask for an egg on toast and a yoghurt. Said that 10 was only on weekends. Nice place though and the rooms were good. Just felt a bit uncomfortable with someone who clearly didn’t want to be there running it.

Comfortable for winter however not for a summer stay. Breakfast was lovely & very nice to have it cooked fresh. Only disappointment was that over 2 mornings we had 2 different cooks so the standard varied. Perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere.

This was in an ideal location - easy to walk to the centre of bath. It was a perfect family room with it containing a twin room for the kids and a double room. The breakfast was cooked really well. Car parking at the Charlotte street car park was close and easy too.

Property was easy to locate, large long stay public carpark to rear of property. Accommodation comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Walking distance to Bath Town centre.Would definitely recommend

This was a great home-base for my solo trip to Bath. The room was clean and well-furnished and the neighborhood was quiet. This guest house is right near a giant park and a bus stop, but it's also within easy walking distance of the city center. Clean and fresh room! Plenty of hot water!

2Crescent gardens is delightful. Lovely building- everywhere was spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. Bedroom had everything we could need. Breakfast was excellent

This has to be one of the best bed and breakfasts we have stayed in . Our room, no2 on the first floor was huge, immaculate and comfortable. That goes for the bed also..Breakfast was delicious. Cooked to order and plentiful. I would say that this accomodation would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Even if there are rooms on the ground floor there are steps to the entrancesnd the dining room is on the lower ground floor. For us though, we will definitely stay here again

This was a lovely guesthouse with a massive public car park directly behind it. The car park isn’t free, but a very reasonable price. The owner came to greet us at the door and was very friendly. Our room was clean, very comfortable and had extra things I didn’t expect like shampoo and shower gel. There is a bus stop just outside which is convenient if you need to travel but a little noisy especially as we had windows open as it was very hot when we stayed. I would suggest ear plugs if you think you might need to have windows open a lot. The noise didn’t stop us sleeping. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cannot be faulted. There’s also a small buffet with cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. We were very well fed. The guesthouse is about 15 min walk from the town centre so very convenient to all the main sites and we felt safe walking in the dark. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

We were spoiled! What an amazing find. We were able to check in early which was so helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Giacomo stayed in contact with us, giving information about check in, breakfast and the area. She was amazing!!! The breakfast was beautiful. There were many options to suit different tastes. We truly hope to go back again soon.

Not the most welcoming hosts. We came for breakfast at 940 (advertised until 10) and he’d already started shutting down and it just became super awkward to ask for an egg on toast and a yoghurt. Said that 10 was only on weekends. Nice place though and the rooms were good. Just felt a bit uncomfortable with someone who clearly didn’t want to be there running it.

The room was spotless and spacious. Nice amenities. Friendly owner. Breakfast was really nice. We all had the English breakfast that did not disappoint. The owner was a good communicator and gave excellent guidance about the paid lot behind the property.

B and B grand in very good location Parking was only available in local car park at cost of €17.10 per day….were informed we could park outside city and used park and ride Nobody lives in the house so it is very impersonal it’s just a business! Breakfast was very nice first morning but next day was awful Clearly the man cooking didn’t have a clue how to cook as the lady on day one was gone on holidays
