Wonderful stay. I was there on business and it was an easy commute to the office location while still being fat enough away to be a nicer area and quiet. Gym is well appointed. Having water available in the gym would be a plus. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Configuring plates and utensils differently at breakfast would be a good idea as the current configuration with storage under the buffet makes access difficult when people are there loading their plates.

The room was very spacious for my family and I. My two toddlers had a lot of room in the sofa couch area and the tv allowed us to use our Disney+ and Netflix accounts so we were able to have them occupied in between outings. The indoor pool was only 4ft so we all were able to swim without worry. The suite was super clean and the housekeeper (I didn’t catch her name) was such a sweetheart. I would definitely stay again the next time I’m in town

Property charges for valet 75.00 per day, that is non negotiable. We stayed there 2 nights, on our last night, strangers walked into our room. It seems the hotel moved us to another room on computer, but never told us. The next morning I spoke to manager, and she claimed no accountability for transfer room? She then said she would take away our charge for Valet for compensation but did not. When we went to check out, she ignored us. Hotel also advertised bar and restaurant, but only was open 5-10pm with very limited appetizers to purchase. Waitress was rude, said we could not order chicken tenders because they were frozen, so we ordered other items. it took over an hour to get pretzel bites. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Unfortunately the indoor pool isn't heating right now, and it was one of the reasons we booked this place! The breakfast for this hotel level is also absolutely subpar, no hot food offered. What kind of breakfast is this? Absolutely not acceptable

Clean and relatively new property in an area surrounded by business parks and offices. Stayed on weekend so was quiet. Don’t know how it would be on weekdays given the surrounding business parks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t cheap when you add up all the fees, taxes, and valet parking cost, but I guess it would be the same at other hospitality establishments. One thing was super annoying - one of the elevators broke (there are only 2) and it was unusable the last day and a half I was there. Wasn’t the staff’s fault. Good thing I was on 2nd floor! Bottom line - I would stay here again.

In general, excellent. One glaring problem, which management apparently is aware, is the parking situation. There is no self parking, nor any available space for self parking. All parking is via valet which causes delays.

This hotel was so nice!! Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, and we loved the fact that they have a bar downstairs. We took full advantage of the gym and indoor pool. Very nice, would definitely stay here again

The breakfast buffet was terrible - worst that we have ever experienced...cold food, not enough food, not very appetizing... Also need to know that you must pay daily valet parking fee ($31) because of the small space this hotel is located on. The room however, was well done, super clean and comfortable.

The bathroom in the suite had an intense urine odor from first entering the room until checkout; the breakfast was not great but other than that the stay was very pleasant large suite with a separate bedroom televisions in living space and bedroom hotel is kept super clean and the staff is polite and friendly

Had to pay $30 extra for parking. The booking description didn't specify the extra charge. I came dressed in traditional clothing from an event & I felt that the front desk spoke in rude tone to me. The front desk staff didn't greet me at check in. The shower is unclean.

I loved how clean it was and the breakfast was wonderful. I did not like that you could not get a travel agent rate once again as this was my third time trying in a yr. Our first room smelled like urine. We moved rooms, the next room was ok, but we could hear the person above us walking the entire night. There was a party in another room that we could hear all night and there was no bedspread or blankets, they had fitted sheets as the blanket on the bed.

I have no complaints about this hotel. We stayed as a family for 4 nights. Every employee was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the daily housekeeping! That isn't something you find so much anymore. Yes the mandatory valet in this part of town kind of stinks, but the valet workers were friendly and I never had to wait long for my car. The bar is fun for a night cap and Rocky is a great bartender. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting LA.

The floors are paper thin. We were expected to tip toe around to keep from disturbing the people below us. I got a call when we checked in at 5pm and again at 930pm...we were only getting ready for bed. We ultimately got an apology and a new room but the whole situation was ridiculous. But all in all, the FIVE DAILY fees are more than enough for me never to return.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. During our weekend stay, the weather was hot, so staying indoors in a nice and cool room was excellent! The only downside was access to the WiFi. We had such a difficult time trying to connect that we got frustrated and just used our hotspot on our phones.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Great for families. Suite we chose had two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was spacious for our group of 5. Valet parking so beware of extra costs on top of what you already paid for, but the valets were quick and efficient, very convenient for a large group of people wanting to just rest after a long day. However, swimming pool is most likely for children, it only goes up to 4.5 feet and is a bit small. Fitness gym was clean. Continental breakfast was nice, simple and you can make your own waffles. Overall, great stay.

Overall clean and quiet. Small room. Parking is only valet and expensive. Breakfast area is crowded. The breakfast is fair in quality. Check in and check out was convenient. Large fridge. No stove top in room but they gave us a small stove top and pans.

It was a great stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean but very tiny. The only problem; there is no water pressure what so ever. I mean it was dead. It felt that you were taking a shower in the light rain. Also there was no shower handle so you can't wash small kids at all. Overall, If you have no kids and don't care about water pressure, this is a very nice place to stay.

Valet attendant was watching videos instead of helping me park or valet. Wasn't aware that I had to pay an additional $31 in parking or where to park,. No one was in front to check me in for 20 mins. Spoke to security, valet, and bartender, and not one knew when there front counter receptionist was. There was another man waiting as well for someone to be able to check us into a room. Restaurant closed early according to hrs posted online hrs and so did the bar. I didn't get to eat dinner as a result. I made my trip based on your hours of operations and reviiews. Today was certainly not what I expected from this company.

Because I booked thru Expedia, the check in staff (including the manager on duty) thought it was ok to put me in a connecting room(door between rooms). When I explained I was traveling alone, did NOT want an adjoining room, they said I HAD to accept it because I booked thru Expedia. After a 2nd conversation with the manager, she begrudgingly gave me a room with no connecting door. She and the front desk employee would never speak to me again (even after I greeted them each day while walking past). Very immature and unprofessional. Also, the “pool & gym” advertised were minuscule & located up against the outer ALL GLASS wall facing the street. The entire 5 days there, didn’t see 1x person using either pool or gym as machines were way too complicated to operate, & employees were not around to assist or offer help. Pool was like being in a bathtub & goldfish bowl at the same time, right next to street & breakfast buffet. Parking was outsourced (as there is no parking lot) and is $31 PER DAY! They built this hotel on the cheap.

No housekeeping service throughout the entire 4 day stay. Asked for extra pillows after surgery on 7/18. I was told I could only have two. I was told the hotel had a wheelchair and when I arrived back to hotel following a 9 1/2 hours OP Surgery, no wheelchair was found. Surgery center also called and was told wheelchair would be available. I could not get into hotel as I could not walk. I was told I could use the luggage cart, I had no strength to hold on to a luggage cart, I was weak and groggy, I would have fallen and injured myself. The hotel security guard, Oscar, was the only helpful person in the hotel. I was given an office chair and he pushed me in the chair to my room. Otherwise, I don't know how I would have made it to my room. I spoke to a "director of rooms". I explained my situation, he said he would look into it and get back to me. He appeared concerned and promised to get back to me immediately. I never heard back. I'm very disappointed. We have stayed in your hotel many times for work and vacation. This was by far the worst stay ever. I really needed some assistance with clean towels, extra pillows, a clean bathroom, etc. but you did not come through.

Awful, Awful I’ve had my employees for my stay here for multiple days throughout the year this time the front desk turned one of my employees away after driving to his establishment for two hours she was rude. She would not be helpful or make any effort which led my employee to drive two hours back home Taryn, has just you lost my business and I literally spend thousands of dollars throughout the year for my employees to stay here

I stayed at this Home2 suites off and on for 4 weeks. I learned the hotel allows for parties in guest rooms during the weekend. I was here on business and complained about a party thrown in the room next to me with at least 15 people and the music shaking the walls. I called several times and the front desk staff would do nothing to curb the noise. The staff said they have no manager on duty and there isn't anything they can do.The hotel charges 14 dollars a day for the maid service protection act tax of Los Angeles, but I never received maid service during my last stay of the last 2 weeks, so it’s basically a fraudulent charge. I worked late at night at the local hospital and had my DND sign up until 10am every morning, but the rest of the day was free for the maids to enter. Trash stacked up in the room to the point I had to use the elevator trash can. The staff never address that complaint either. The breakfast area was a letdown as well. The hotel nickel and dimes you with charges but doesn’t provides the level of service to justify the charges. I still had 3 more weeks on business in the area, but decided to move myself and my employees to another hotel in Calabases. I checked with 4 other hotels in the area when deciding to move and they did not charge the maid service tax. This is not a business friend hotel.

The pillows are not very good, I suggest you bring your own. The bed is average, The restaurant advertised as lunch and dinner, however it doesn't open until 5:00 PM, just average food. I choose a hotel that has food available at least by lunch. Nothing walkable in the area. The breakfast was not very good

Very nice facilities, brand new appearance. Room was very comfortable and accommodated our family of 5 without needing a second room. Gym and pool were clean and very nice. Breakfast was good, including a few hot items. Safe area, easy walk to coffee and (if you’re a good walker) to the malls nearby. Safe neighborhood in a business park. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall a very nice hotel in a nice area with a lot around. The only things I didn’t like was breakfast and valet parking. Breakfast area is very small with few options and my kids left hungry. Breakfast on the weekend was crowded and chaotic. The poor lady couldn’t replace things fast enough and she was nonstop. Valet parking is the only option but there can be a wait to get your car back
