The lady who provided the shuttle service to the steelers game was outstanding and a great person!!! I would highly recommend this hotel and their shuttle service to and from the game!!! Best of all the shuttle service was outstanding and free of charge besides a tip for her service!!!

Aside from the mouse roaming around our room it was not a bad hotel. It appeared clean and smelled nice. The chlorine smell in the pool area was very strong and the water was cold but it was clean. Before going to bed for the night I noticed movement out of the corner of my eye, only to realize it was a mouse running back and forth between the beds. We had no food or crumbs on the floor. My kids were already asleep to I chose not to ask to be moved but I did let the front desk attendant now when I left. I also have a video of the mouse running around the floor. I was told I would be contacted later in the day and I would most likely recieve some compensation. It's been over a week with no contact from the hotel.

While the rooms were clean, the pool had a sign it was closed for cleaning,but the door was unlocked and the lights were on... the front desk told me that the pool was not open... my grandson has autism and jumped in. I definitely wasn't getting him out... They had gaming machines that when I got the bonus, it didn't go into the actual bonus... wasted my money playing a game that is a rip-off. Charged me twice for parking and Heather is supposed to be resolving the issue. Won't know for several days, if this issue is resolved. I did not receive a call back regarding this matter. Pros - breakfast was available if you would have been on the property when it was served. The building was clean. It was close to the facility where we had to go in the morning and not fight traffic. It was quiet at bedtime.

Every door passed on the way to the room was visibly dirty. My door included. I had to wipe it and that bathroom door. I don’t drink coffee but there was dried coffee on the wall. The phone doesn’t reach the front desk. No WiFi info in room. Beds were maid but had hair and spots. I’m so glad I bought my own sheets to cover the bed. Payed for two nights. Stayed for one. Will not be returning.

Upon check-in received keys at front desk around 6pm. Went to room in 6th floor only to find that the room was not made up / cleaned. Went back to front desk and received keys to another room - same thing - not made up or cleaned. Then two maids approached us and asked which room we were in and then reassigned us to another room (not a city view as the other two were), and then gave us the keys. Ugh.

Front desk employee was very helpful at check-in, even when I returned to advise a mouse was running around the room (had picture on my cell phone)! Clerk advised would comp the parking fee & move me to another room. The room "looked" clean (fresh towels/toiletries, beds made), but there was feces in the commode & trash in the can in the bedroom. I went back to to the front desk (with more pictures) & asked that I be given a significant discount upon checkout the next day (was running late for a meeting). Clerk said he would document my file with the reason for the discount. I was charged the parking fee & something else that I didn't recognize, & given what I think was a minimal discount for the room rate. I called on 2 separate days to speak with a manager but had to leaves messages. Still no call back.

The room was decent but you can tell they did not clean the restroom too greatly. When you walked in it was the appearance of a very clean bathroom but as you look around the knobs of the sink in the corners of the floors and around the edges that were hidden it was dirty. A male housekeeper knocked on our door in the morning when we were trying to get ready we could have been sleep. He wanted to answer to clean the room but we had a do not disturb sign on our doorknob and he still Disturbed. Not saying that this company is not on their game but maybe we just had a bad choice of knock in the bathroom could have been better and a little more comfortable. Front desk was very nice. Everywhere that I seen in the hotel look pretty clean. I have pictures but why post them? A manager can speak to me if he wants any clarification. But yes I do have photos. The room look nice in the beds were super comfortable. The biggest problem of this trip is after we paid $45 for early check-in through another card they tried to still charge the original card that was on file after we clearly paid it with a different one in person. So basically they try to get us for another $45 smh not good looking ...

We were woken at 3:30 am to move in our room. Literally chewing through a bag we had travel snacks in. When I saw up and turned phone phone light on I saw them scatter. At 4 am they did move us to a different room however after a long day of travel having to wake my sons up and pack myself, husband and two kids to switch rooms all while shaking everything out was extremely stressful. The next morning in lobby I was filling out a refund request and noticed someone else was doing the same. She was on the 5th floor which is where we had just been moved to and had the same issue . The lady at front desk told us there was an abandoned property next door which was causing the issue, my husband said put out some mouse traps and you’ll get them, her response was there were far too many to catch. I’ve been trying to get a refund since we checked out Monday. Horrible. We didn’t even want to eat the breakfast due to an obvious mouse infestation!

This hotel was fine for the price. However, the WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there (the front desk guy that checked us in credited our parking fee, which was super nice of him), the headboard wasn’t attached to the wall and made ridiculous noises/banging when we tried to sleep, the shower was terrible all-around, and the bathroom fan didn’t work. The staff were very nice and helpful though, so it wasn’t a horrible experience. Just so-so.

The staff was super wonderful and attentive! The public areas were a bit dirty, especially the high touch areas; when the staff was alerted it seemed like were quick to let the cleaning staff know. My only real complaint is thay the curtains on the 2nd floor are completely sheer, and the black out drapes are for decoration with half panels. This is the parking lot area, so everyone could see into our room very clearly! It was hard to have any semblance of privacy.

The hotel was good for the price. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Downfall Is that the area it is located in is run down and did not feel like a safe area to be walking around at night. The internet did not work at all. It is convenient if you are going to PNC park or Acrisure Stadium. Would only recommend because the price was good and other hotels were sold out.

Decent stay, although for the price I did expect more. The doors need more sound proofing and/or staff needs to make loud people leave the hallways and common areas and go outside instead. A group of people thought they could be as loud as they wanted on the landing area above the lobby until at least 11 PM. Nobody did anything about it. Unacceptable. I recommend avoiding rooms on Floor 2 for the lack of soundproofing.

When we checked in and went to our room, we walked in on people already staying there which was very uncomfortable. Got a second room and keys didn’t work. Got a room for third time and was ok but did not feel secure after all that. Bad experience. Won’t be going back!

The front desk person, Chuck is the only thing I would recommend about this property. Parking was full due to a party on the top floor, which is where we got a room since we didn’t check in until 8pm. The party went until at least 11pm and the catering took up most of the area outside the elevator making going to and from the room with bags difficult. The room needed a vaccine and a trash was still between the bed and nightstand, including tissues an old room key and a bag of chips. The walls were scuffed and dented, showing signs that it needs a refresh badly. No towels or water in the cooler in the fitness area. No area shuttle as is listed on your website, which we booked the hotel thinking we could get a shuttle to and from the conference center and save on parking fees.

pleasantly surprised...was expecting a decent 2 night stay, but found this little gem to be exceptional! From the comfort of the room and bed to the cleanliness of the whole place. Very helpful, friendly staff (especially front desk April and staff member Deena). Two very good breweries within walking distance AND free shuttle offered to main events at PPG Arena! Would definitely stay again when back in Pittsburg!

I called before my stay to confirm if I needed a physical card or if I could pay with Apple Pay. I was told I needed a physical card, but that it would not be charged until checkout. When we arrived, the front desk stated that only the card on file would be charged at checkout, and that the physical card would not be used at all. Despite this, the physical card was charged multiple times during the stay. On top of the billing issues, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Policies were inconsistent, and each employee gave a different answer while blaming others. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms or provide towels even when requested. Their carts were often left blocking hallways while staff spoke loudly on the phone using vulgar language. The hotel itself was poorly maintained. The bathtub spigot was loose and unstable, the only luggage cart was broken, the hallways (other than the first floor) were dirty, bed frames had holes, duvets were missing covers, and there were crumbs on the beds. This was an unacceptable stay. I will not return to Comfort Inn and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy. Abandoned buildings and such. Dark streets. Highways. I didn’t feel particularly unsafe, but it wasn’t inviting. Hotel is very nice, affordable, very clean. Breakfast is included, and convenient parking is very $reasonable. Rooms are nicely decorated and the bathroom is very modern and pleasant. We’ll probably stay here again on subsequent trips to see our daughter, who just moved here.

The Hotel itself was clean, not overly noisy. We were on the 5th floor. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast fare. Stayed 2 nights. Neighborhood is not the best area. Many homeless, some hanging around the immediate area of the hotel. No one bothered us, though. Found a couple of places to eat nearby that were OK. (Taco place reasonable and good!) One other restaurant had a 3 hour wait list. (Nah!) Paid to park at the hotel ($16 per day) Driving in Pittsburgh is insane. Hotel not too far from sports arenas, but I would not try walking through that neighborhood. saw a couple of folks having "disputes" openly on the sidewalks nearby.

The property itself was not too bad the area around it a little scary walking to PNC Park was okay but a lot of homeless and scary people on the way and not really any place close by to eat had to have a pizza delivered to 45 minutes and the pizza is not very good and extremely expensive which is not the hotels fault but just thought I'd mention it

The hotel itself was great and within walking distance to attractions, however, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy. We walked to PNC Park and didn’t feel super safe, so we Ubered back after the game.

The staff in the breakfast area were very very nice and attentive to my needs as a guest ! I can’t recall The young lady’s name , it starts with an “S” but she was very nice and polite and professional and if she had anything to do with the bacon & potatoes on the bfast line PROMOTE HER !!!!

Booked multiple rooms here for our group attending a wedding. The hotel is centrally located and not too far from places in the Pittsbburgh area. Hotel lobby was well maintained and staff very professional. We did have a few comments which could help the management from our experience here: 1) when we checked in, we received a paper parking sheet which we left in the car window (we assumed this was to verify that the owner was renting with the hotel). When we checked out - we were charged $15 (w/ taxes) daily for parking. We were not notified when we checked in that there was a parking charge per day. 2) our hotel room was clean, but there needs to be better checks on the maintanance for the rooms. (a) Our hot water in the bathroom was running in the sink continuously for 3 days - it was obvious for anyone doing cleaning that it would not stop (we tried!). (b) the right side light in the bathroom mirror was burned out - obvious again in any cleaning process - never was repaired. (c) The room was supposed to have a hair dryer (ours did not; assumed the previous guests walked away with it); we borrowed one from the one of the other rooms we rented - but checking these during cleaning would help. (d) Breakfast is listed to be available until 10am. I went down with my brother at 9:45 and everything had already been removed (we ended up going down earlier the remaining mornings).

We stayed there for a Steelers game. Staff was friendly, room was very clean. Street front view is a little sketchy looking. Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were not cooked, some kind of weird sausage links, but did have waffles, cereal and bagels.

The bed, pillows, bathroom, towels and room were really good. The area was really close to the highway so great for getting to where we wanted to go, but nothing was in a walkable distance. They failed with the breakfast. There was no coffee or orange juice available. The eggs, bacon and sausage were the last dregs with an hour to go til the end of breakfast. The butter was totally depleted and I had to ask for some.
