Amazing Staff! The guy at the reception went above and beyond to create a remarkable experience for me during my stay. Location is amazing and the rooms are very clean modern and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pictures paint a picture of a decent stay thats far from the truth. The room was burning up hot with one AC unit that blew low just in the room, we also had a dining and living room. The beds are spring mattresses. The walls have water stains (not that this matters) the pretty frames in the pictures weren’t there. Our welcome water was boiling hot. The guy at the front desk was nice but didn’t give up much info, we had to ask about the WiFi, very slow internet. It was in an unsafe area (we found out from multiple people). We didn’t stay, saw the place and left. Before arriving I called and emailed I had questions but no one ever returned my call nor emailed me back. This place gives false advertisements. .

There was nothing presidential about the presidential suite. The chair seats weren’t secured, the couch was dirty, the towels were dingy, etc.

This hotel wasn’t amazing like a resort but you can’t beat the price for a hotel right on the beach!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that you can walk right on Bávaro Beach, this beach was great! You also get made-to-order breakfast for free and you can eat it overlooking the beach. The beach was overly crowded, clean, soft sand and beautiful water, get a Piña colada from the guy on the cart he makes it delish with lots of rum! The shop next door is the only place I found good souvenirs for cheap. And it was next to Captain Cooks which is absolutely amazing, shared the grilled seafood platter with my friend and it was soooo delish!! But all the food I had in Punta Cana especially the seafood was amazing and fresh!! But Captain Cooks and Jelly Fish were my faves!! The room isn’t good looking but you get not just a room with a bed but also a living area with a couch and desk. Overall I would rate 4⭐️
