Rooms are nice and spacious. It is under some remodel construction, so was a little dissapointed with the outdoor "hot tub" not working and there was some early morning noise. Sounded like someone was about to come through my ceiling each morning starting around 6:30.

It was an excellent place to stay. Lighted parking, with security who made rounds I felt we were safe. All of the staff were nice and helpful. The beds were super comfortable. Clean, safe, 10 out of 10! Will stay there again.

The rooms were nice and very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. Granddaughters were very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs and the mini golf that is listed to be on the property is very very small area.

The service was above average but there were some minor issues in the room with cleanliness in the bedroom and misguided signage for the fitness area. The more frustrating part was insufficient number of elevators for a hospitality establishment of this size and there were issues with the elevator doors opening before the car was level with the platform.

The price was excellent. Different food options within a 5 mile radius of the hotel as well as the casinos are within 5 miles. The shuttle will take and pick you up anywhere as long it is within a 5 mile radius of the hotel till 2am, even the casinos!

I went to get coffee in morning and the coffee maker had several roaches that came out and went on counter and sink. They did compensate 1/2 of my stay but for a hotel 200 a night this really is unacceptable. I can’t stop thinking about how gross that was.

Room was not ready for 3pm check in. It wasn’t ready until after 4pm. The room was not cleaned well. The toilet bowl in the king size room was dirty. The floor was sticky in kitchen/living room area. The ac unit in living has some kind of red food splatter on the front of it. The water in the coffee maker was dirty and had film and mold, so that has not been tended too in quite some time. The suite was beautiful, but just not cleaned well. Very dusty throughout. King bedroom had a white substance splattered on the night stand and the closet had a musty smell. Suite 107 definitely needs a detailed cleaning!!!

We entered the hotel later due to my son’s baseball game. The hallways smelled terrible, when entering the room it looked like someone had just came and made the bed. In the morning after waking up I went to take a shower and a cockroach crawled across the floor and there was mold all over the shower. I will not be staying there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities here. First, the floor was sticky, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Walking barefoot was out of the question. When I went to check the bed, I was horrified to find hair all over the sheets, including what appeared to be dog hair. It was absolutely disgusting and made me question whether the linens had even been changed after the last guest. The hair dryer provided in the bathroom was extremely old and covered in grime, making it practically unusable. It looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. The table in the room was coated with dust, which indicated a lack of basic housekeeping. To make matters worse, the refrigerator smelled awful, like something had spoiled inside and was never properly cleaned. I didn’t even want to put my drinks or snacks in it. Overall, the room was in such poor condition that I felt uncomfortable touching anything. This place desperately needs a deep cleaning and better maintenance. I would not recommend staying here to anyone unless they improve their standards significantly.

Internet never did work. Reported it twice. Was told they'd look into it but never got a response. Water took FOREVER to get hot in shower. I mean it was ridiculous how long it took. We have stayed here for years and always enjoyed it. But things are slipping. Everything else was fine.

First off do not stay in room 433..the air conditioner does not work at all. It was so hot none of us slept, also there is a huge yellow stain on the pull out couch mattress, it was disgusting. We travel frequently and this has to be the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. Even the floor in the entry into the hotel was gross.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that I think has been newly renovated. It was so NICE. It was so clean. So up to date. So well thought out. Three TV’s. The kitchen was great. Our breakfast downstairs was really good. This is a great place to stay particular for families. I’ve stayed here before and it was good but the renovations make it even better! AND, we had a beautiful dove sitting on her nest just outside our window. It was gorgeous!

★★☆☆☆ I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton for two nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room was not working. Before we could even unpack, maintenance had to be called to address the issue, which was an inconvenient way to start the stay. More concerning, however, was the lack of hot water. On both mornings, the hot water was not functioning, resulting in cold showers for everyone in our party. This is a basic amenity that should be reliable, especially at a Hilton-branded property. While the staff did respond to the maintenance issues, the repeated failures with essential room comforts made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. For the price and brand standard, I expected much better.

We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described by hotel nor did it match any pictures on the website. So disappointed!

The hotel in and of itself was nice. When we got to our room and tried to make out our sofa bed it was broken. It took me forever to get through to the front desk and when I did, they did offer to bring up a rollaway bed immediately, which was great, but it only slept one. Next while in the bedroom, there was a light on the outside of the building and you could not block it out to the inside of the bedroom so half the bedroom was lit up.

Was there for the weekend. Check in staff was great. Jay was the one who checked me in and he was so friendly and nice, let me know about the bar and grill what time it closes and about breakfast hours. He sing a song cause I was there for a concert. We had a running toilet and they had it fix less then 5 minutes after I reported it. Room was clean the hotel it self was clean inside and outside. All the staff was very nice when you saw them. This will be my stay whenever I'm in town.

These staff here are horrible. I asked them a couple times to clean our room and they NEVER came we stayed 5 days. We started using grocery bags as garbage bags to dump out our garbage. Had to go to front desk and keep asking for towels. The 4th floor has a leak in ceiling and they have 2 buckets and the huge laundry bin in center of hallway that looks very unsafe and hazardous for anyone with children. Donna is very rude and nasty. Asked her if they had any pepto for sale. She never gives me any eye contact starts drinking her cup and says no and never turns her head to give me any contact. Remind you I said hello good morning before asking her. She didn’t want to speak because and says “morn-in” and rolls her. She clearly hates her job and disgusting. There’s another one that’s a cleaning lady and she was smacking her gum and rolling her eyes. She has fingerwaves and hair really short. They obviously have issues. We had no idea they had a restaurant or anything. Our room wasn’t ready by 3. We had to wait until they cleaned a room and we drove 12 hours to get there. Disgusting miserable employees.

We stay there 3 to 4 times a year. It's our go to for the Shreveport Bossier area. Everyone is pleasant and always willing to help. Miranda, the Manager, is running that hotel like it should be.

The property itself is amazing check in was smooth and easy. My issues arise with the suite we stayed in. The cups were filthy and still had food in and on them. My remote did not have batteries I went to the front desk to ask. I was told maintenance would bring them up but make sure I do not have the dnd sign up and this was 5 mins after checking in. After about an hour I called the front desk and was told the same thing. The batteries still never came. I would have liked for the floors to be mopped there was a lot of dirt and debris stuck to the floor and walls. All in all the stay was nice but I do recommend checking the rooms for cleanliness.

I always stay at this hotel when I go home but this time was so stressful. Jac/Zac at the front desk is a very nice guy but like all humans we make mistakes. I was told I didn't pay for my room, I told him I prepaid on line showed him my receipts I still was told to call hotels.com because they didn't process the payment and it's better to book with the hotel. I ask why what is the price difference by booking with hotels.com I got a better rate he agreed, hotels.com called him that was fixed. But a hour later I'm billed 503.90 from the htl, come on went back to front desk had to go thru everything again to get my money back took 2 days and I traveled to La, smh well that was fixed. Now day 2 my room didn't get cleaned Jac tells me again it's their fault because he made modifications to my stay. I had to go buy broom and things to clean the room now I have to wash our towels because he said they were out of towels I told him one of the light bulbs was out and no cold water in the bathroom sink. I got so many excuses from the front desk it just made me more upset because they were blaming me for their mistakes Overall Housekeeping done their job with excellent no fault of theirs at all. I'm so happy to be home, slept for 9 hours

The property was great. Very close and convenient to Centenary College where my oldest daughter attends school. The construction on I20 sucks right now, but that is not the hotels fault! Being on the 1st floor with our kids was also great; right down the hall from breakfast and the outdoor pool. Our room was very spacious for the 6 of us (2 adults 4 kids). The kids loved to pool; the outdoor area is very nice with tons of sitting areas for adults. The breakfast was good also.

We had a pleasant weekend stay at this hotel with while visiting my father-in-law. Overall, it’s a nice establishment, though we did notice some areas with mildew odors that could benefit from refreshing the carpets. The breakfast provided was fairly basic. It's worth noting that housekeeping only cleaned our rooms on the last day, so guests may want to keep that in mind if they plan to stay for more than one night. Homewood suites is connected to another Hilton hotel. Both are great. The Suites was just renovated and has new carpet and updated rooms. Everything looked great. The breakfast was good with lots of options. TV in the room is big and suites are spacious. Only problem with our particular room was hot water took about 3 minutes to warm up. Maintenance came and said the pilot light was out. They fixed the issue. Other than that 1 cold shower everything was great.

Hotel lobby was beautiful and our room was nice, but there was dog hair all over the room We did not travel with a dog. I brought this up to the staff and they didn't seem to care. Breakfast was decent but was missing lots of food. Grits, waffles and eggs were empty on multiple attempts
