Its a very private, self contained resort. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, the amenities including the gym, spa and all the restaurants are top notch. whether you're in the main building or not, its easy to get around , either walking or there are always golf carts to whisk you to your next destination. the adult beach and pool is terrific for relaxing, and you'll always find a great place to lounge.

Amazing property and architectural design located on ocean front private beach. Beautiful setting and choice of dining on site with variety of styles from around the world. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The lodging at the resort is spread out in several buildings and property is well manicured, you don’t feel crowded. Adult and family pool and beaches. Golf carts running between facilities any time for your convenience. The spa was amazing and recommend the hydro experience there. The price is matched with excellent quality and service.

Beautiful property and excellent fresh food. Very nice staff. Gym was very nice but a bit small and there was very little programmed activities. Tennis was really only open for private lessons.

A beautiful property with fantastic restaurants on site. The resort has a large family pool with a swim up bar where you could spend the entire day. Rooms are well proportioned and most have an ocean facing room. A great gym on-site however it did get busy in the mornings and at times, it was difficult to find an available treadmill. Overall, a great resort with friendly staff.

Absolutely stunning property. The spa was one of the best experiences of my life. Jennifer was the key player at the spa and her attention to detail was incredible. It’s not a booze all inclusive resort. Views and property was over the top amazing. Service was 5 star across the board. Beautiful caring employees. I will definitely go back.

Loved our 2 nights at this luxury resort. It’s a beautiful facility. The VIP perk was a free hydrotherapy session which was fantastic. The food was the highlight for us. The meals are very expensive but so delicious. We also went snorkeling on-site. They provide all the gear. My suggestion to them is to do a better job at telling guest what’s going on. We didn’t know for example that there was yoga at 8 am, which I would have gone to. Maybe our checkin person forgot to tell us. I’m not sure.

The spa was very relaxing and personal. I think we both looked 10 years younger after our spa and facia treatment. The staff, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Staff. But one person in particular. Hector was amazing! If anybody gets the meet Hector at the Havana lounge, you will not be disappointed! The live music at the Havana was also perfect!

Nizuc Resort and Spa was a truly luxurious experience food. The suites were beautiful. Service from staff was excellent. There was paddle-boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling that was included for free. Everything was very clean. I would definitely return for another getaway

We stayed at the resort at the end of March. When we arrive at the resort was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we had water dripping onto our belongings in our bathroom at 1 AM from the ceiling. We called and eventually after two hours, the situation was revolved in the meantime our clothes were soaking wet and we were exhausted. We were told the situation would be resolved the next day and the manager will contact us as clearly we didn’t feel appropriate that we should pay $1200 for the night and we had hoped that they would clean our what clothing. The next day no one contacted us. No one mentioned a thing later on our way out for dinner. We stopped by the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. A supervisor came out and told us he was aware of the situation and the manager would contact us the next day before we checked out. We heard absolutely nothing. I sent some of my clothes to the laundry as I needed to wear them on the plane assuming that that would be covered by the hotel. I check out we had not heard from anyone in regards to the situation. I asked at that point to speak to somebody as we were fully charged for the laundry, and there was no adjustment on the price whatsoever. The lovely girl at the front desk said there was a manager in the back and she would speak to him. He refused to come out and talk to us after she gave us a $20 discount on our food bill. We were shocked. The management at this hotel was horrible. We will never return

We loved our stay. Beautiful grounds, wonderful waiters and housekeeping staff, and excellent restaurants. Our only disappointment was that the gym had a very strong smell of mold. We did not return to the gym again. The yoga studio did not have this issue and had a few small hand weights.

Pros - Buen diseño y layout de habitaciones - La atención por parte de housekeeping fue muy buena (salvo dos circunstancias: nos quedamos sin Body Wash y al llegar nos topamos que los huéspedes anteriores dejaron un agua de coco abierta dentro del minibar) - Las playas son espectaculares - Todo el personal siempre fue muy atento Cons - Ruido exterior excesivo en habitación (puerta sin sello de piso) - En la mayoría de las visitas a los baños comunes (hombre y mujer), siempre nos topamos con al menos un sanitario sucio. - El restaurante Ramona, el mismo chef nos confirmo que el menú esta ajustado para extranjeros (poco sazón). - Solamente en La Punta se escuchaba adecuadamente la musica de ambientación. - Hay problemas de coordinación/comunicación entre el staff Caso 1: Impuntualidad de bellboy para recoger maletas. Caso 2: Me hicieron ir a la habitación por mi TC creyendo que había un problema con mi cuenta, cuando desde Concierge pudieron haberme dicho que no lo había. Caso 3: En una visita a la playa en La Punta, nadie nos recibió. En resumen, es un lugar exclusivo y cómodo sin embargo no te da el factor wow (como dicen "El diablo esta en los detalles") que otros lugares si nos han dado (Ej. Vidanta/Celebrity), ocasionando que inviertas (Gastes) más con gusto porque estás teniendo una experiencia fenomenal. The resort is close to the airport, beautifully designed, quiet, and clean. The staff is exceptionally warm and friendly. The food is chef prepared and phenomenal! Not the place to go if you want a crazy, party atmosphere, but perfect if you want to relax and unwind.

Rooms are very nice and property is nice. It is just so far away from the action. Beach is nice but pool is situated far away and very boring. Service is good but can be better, either something was wrong but our room would not get cold enough and no one knew how to fix it. Service was good but you could tell from the way people react that they’re only doing it for a tip and not because they actually care. Last year we stayed at Solaz in Cabo and its much more advance and well layer out, and more tech friendly. Butler service had there own WhatsApp to reach out to. Getting a simple coffee here was hard, at least have a coffee stand or shop which is easily accessible for those not hungry in the morning. Overall it’s a good resort but hard to go anywhere from it since it’s so far away from everything.

I loved my stay at Nizuc. Wonderful 6 stars experience. Huge room and bathroom. Wonderful bedding. Nespresso machine. Twice per day cleaning service and the turn down service with the treats <3 I look forward to that. The amenities are great, and the workers are good. I loved the two pools and the two areas of the beach. My only pitfalls would be the availability of golfcarts and the shallowness of the beach

Terrible service! I ordered and paid for a round trip car service. On our way back - they ordered us a taxi - why? We had to pay again out of pocket so a total of $315 just for transportation. They’ll claim misunderstanding etc but this is unacceptable. Don’t stay here - book at a place where they have their logistics intact

We stayed at the resort at the end of March. When we arrive at the resort was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we had water dripping onto our belongings in our bathroom at 1 AM from the ceiling. We called and eventually after two hours, the situation was revolved in the meantime our clothes were soaking wet and we were exhausted. We were told the situation would be resolved the next day and the manager will contact us as clearly we didn’t feel appropriate that we should pay $1200 for the night and we had hoped that they would clean our what clothing. The next day no one contacted us. No one mentioned a thing later on our way out for dinner. We stopped by the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. A supervisor came out and told us he was aware of the situation and the manager would contact us the next day before we checked out. We heard absolutely nothing. I sent some of my clothes to the laundry as I needed to wear them on the plane assuming that that would be covered by the hotel. I check out we had not heard from anyone in regards to the situation. I asked at that point to speak to somebody as we were fully charged for the laundry, and there was no adjustment on the price whatsoever. The lovely girl at the front desk said there was a manager in the back and she would speak to him. He refused to come out and talk to us after she gave us a $20 discount on our food bill. We were shocked. The management at this hotel was horrible. We will never return

Everything was great except the check in…. I met my wife in Cancun for a vacation. She flew in from Bulgaria and was on a plane for 17hours non stop. We landed and got to the hotel at 2pm. That’s the back story So prior to this I had been in contact with the hotel to make sure all arrangements would be handled and the room would be ready. I paid $300 USD for flowers and a chocolate to be waiting in the room and was told it would be ready at noon. (I have email to prove this) We got to the hotel at 2 and when checking in the woman behind the counter was cold and rude(unlike the rest of the staff) she told me my room was not ready. I explained maybe it’s a mistake I paid extra for it to be ready and I have an email to prove it. She didn’t care and told us to go sit down and wait until 3. We instead walked around the property and looked at everything to kill time. We came back at the and she said it is still not ready and it would be another 30minutes. At 3:30 still not ready. We did not get our room until 3:50pm. This really was not great and the woman’s attitude made it even worse. If she was nice that would be one thing but she was so rude. I probably would not stay here again solely based on her and the room situation.

We had the best experience at NIZUC. We enjoyed every part of the resort, every day and every activity. Staff is very courteous, and they greet guests every single time with no failure. NIZUC resort was maintained very well. It is a very well thought through resort with private beach, activities and restaurants. Suite was very spacious and well designed. It got very good selection of restaurants. Wish there are a few more Vegetarian options for my wife.

The room was amazing, the staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed and part of the family. There were personal touches that made the stay feel like paradise and an experience we'll never forget. Luis and Hector are amazingly good at making guest feel comfortable and help with getting acclimated with the resort. We had a wonderful stay and plan to revist when we can.

Rooms are very nice and property is nice. It is just so far away from the action. Beach is nice but pool is situated far away and very boring. Service is good but can be better, either something was wrong but our room would not get cold enough and no one knew how to fix it. Service was good but you could tell from the way people react that they’re only doing it for a tip and not because they actually care. Last year we stayed at Solaz in Cabo and its much more advance and well layer out, and more tech friendly. Butler service had there own WhatsApp to reach out to. Getting a simple coffee here was hard, at least have a coffee stand or shop which is easily accessible for those not hungry in the morning. Overall it’s a good resort but hard to go anywhere from it since it’s so far away from everything.

Nizuc is a modern property set back in a private location. Perfect if you are looking to recharge. Staff is very attentive, rooms are excellent with great beds. Short drive to the upper peninsula as well as downtown Cancun. Would stay again.

Beautiful and elegant property at the very southern tip of the Hotel Zone. It’s the most beautiful property in Cancun that accepts children so be prepared- most of the guests have kids which was fine for us. The service was exceptional. The beach was not the prettiest because it is in the bay and not the open ocean but the concierge arranged for us a day at a nearby beach club which was wonderful. Really loved this resort. Thank you again!

Missing hot water each night before 4pm. They overprice 8 times the price for the wine. Unpleasant if you are a wine lover. 4 times might be ok but 8 times this is unbelievable. Price of food is high but nothing more higher then the hotel restaurant like fourseason by example. So the price is fair for the high culinary experience. Compare to the wine, we can say price/value for foo d is good. Extraordinary service and facilities, rooms are majectics (all of them). This is a true paradise on earth!. This is a top five stars hotel perfect for top celebrities. Children are allowed but this is not an hotel for children at all. So you have the same feeling as an adult hotel. The pool for adult is terrific!!!! :D

I was extremely impressed with Nizuc Report and Spa. The views and the design aesthetics were absolutely stunning. Pictures couldn’t possibly do it justice. Every detail was thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly and was eager to assist us with anything we could possibly need. The culinary experience was incredible. We tried the 12 course tasting menu at the Ramona which included some of the best food I have ever tasted. I literally didn’t know food could be that good, and we’re from New York City. Nizuc was not cheap, but it was worth every penny. It was heavenly.

Nizuc Resort and Spa was excellent. My family and I enjoyed it very much, if your looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay this is the hotel to go.

They need to do better with maintenance Air con didn’t work right and we had no hot water. They were understaffed and made us wait for golf carts too long. They need benches there if they are going to make guests wait that long. They need coffee and tea (free) for guests that leave before 7am in the lobby. Also why do their swimming pool bars close an hour or two before the sun goes down!? People want to see the sunset at their infinity pool but they stop serving drinks at 6pm and stop giving you towels to use the pool literally in broad daylight. Make it make sense!? Are they they thinking about what is convenient for them and things that make their jobs easier or are they wanting to provide great service to their guests? Very disappointing for a hotel I used to love.
