Very up to date clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is in a great location. Parking is plenty. About 20 mins to Acrisure Stadium. Lots to do around hotel. Directly beside Texas Road House. Hotel has a pool, outside seating and fire pit, gym, snacks, laundry. Our room had a full kitchen minus a stove. Overall excellent hotel.

These Home2 Suites were in a great location for me - close to where I needed to get to, access to stores and restaurants and main streets as well. I used the gym several times, and it was always clean, picked up and organized, and quiet, with a number of different work out options. I also liked the look of the front of the building and the fire pit, although it was too cool and rainy to be able to use it :-)

Staff was delightful! Toilet ran constantly the week we were there. The pool was shut down 1 full day we were there, & when they finally opened it, my small children & I were disgusted by the grey/green coloring & smell of the water! Plus they got a small amount in their mouths which was absolute filth!

Room was pretty dirty—- old food left on the silverware in the kitchen, mildew around faucets and drain in bathroom sink (I myself cleaned), hair in shower, sticky bathroom floor, etc. the beds were clean though and the surfaces seemed clean. The pool was absolutely filthy. We weren’t picky people so I hate to mention these things because the front staff were AMAZING—- super friendly and helpful. They rooms had everything you needed the blackout shades were honestly heavenly. Room was quiet and AC worked great.

This place is showing a bit of wear, and was not very clean. They really need to do a deep cleaning, at least in the room I had. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not - very flat. As an extended stay place--I was there six days--they need to have more than just the bare minimum of kitchen utensils. There was nothing resembling a cutting board nor was there a sharp knife. Fortunately I had a pocket knife with me. There was a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. I think you could get a hot plate, though I didn't request that. Hotel had laundry facility but one of two washing machines was broken and neither dryer worked very well. Took forever to dry clothes. Breakfast was run-of-the-mill. Staff was great!

While the breakfast and coffee was good for adults. There weren’t a lot of options for kids. Like just eggs, sausage, bacon, etc… it was close to all the places we needed to go and a lot of places to eat though! I didn’t like that you had to request a room cleaning, towels, garbage bags, etc… we were there a whole week and they never once came to clean the room, change sheets, replace towels, remove garbage. I had to do that and place it all out in the hall. It does say in the documentation that room cleaning is by request only or on the 5th day of your stay. We requested cleaning and they never did it. And they came by on the 5th day and asked if we were checking out, but were not. So they just left. Didn’t ask when they could come back for a cleaning. The pool was nice and the washer/dryer on the property was helpful. The last day of our stay, something went wrong with the water. They told us we would have hot water, but not cold. It needed up being the opposite of that. Lastly, and I can’t be sure, we thought we smelled weed through the vents on Friday and Saturday night. The girl at the front desk, Lisa I think, was extremely nice and helpful though. And got us towels and garbage bags on request and handled our questions with patience and kindness.

My wife and I along with other friends and family stay there on a regular basis. Grew up in the area, so it very convenient. Hotal room are always clean and the staff is wonderful.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating for late arrival and check out. The bedding was stained, and no additional blankets were provided in the room. The shower was very out dated with visible mold on the caulking. The hotel itself was well run and the pool area was pleasant.

Room had not been swept, ear plug laying under desk looked like it had been there for quite sometime. Dust ontop of the fridge was inches thick, etc... I could write a book but instead I know to not stay there again.....

All the common areas were extremely dirty and rundown. The couches were ripped and had stains. The coffee station was sticky, the container full of trash. It looked like it hadn’t been emptied out all day as it was overflowing. We skipped breakfast as it look just as dirty or worse. Our floor was under construction and the carpet was full of debris, construction workers walking everywhere. They started construction with loud noises early in the morning. The staff was friendly hence their 3 stars but the entire hotel looks like it has not been maintained for awhile. Our room seemed like it was one of the “renovated” ones as it had a new kitchen but the walls and bathroom seemed pretty outdated

Our room was not clean at all, a huge bag of garbage is lying on the table. So we asked to switch to another room, it turns out the bathroom door is broken again. The front desk stuff was so rude the entire time. THERE IS NO FREE WIFI, completely false advertisement, please avoid this place at all cost.

Home2Suites is a nice hotel, but the room / bathroom weren't as clean as they should have been. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, there was mold in the shower and the floor by the air conditioner was moist. The hotel was pretty nice otherwise and the front desk staff was pleasant. Hopefully they will improve, but I think all hotels are struggling to get good staff these days.

Called to ask for early check in, told it wasn't available, which isn't a big deal. Not knowing I called already, my wife called as well hours later and received a very rude response from morning desk staff, saying she'd already called (she hadn't) and that we'd have to wait for 3 p.m. check in. Arrived at 3:15, told room not available. When eventually checked in it was to a room WITHOUT the separate bedroom I'd reserved and paid for. Lisa, the evening desk clerk, was professional and kind. Cleaning crew respectful and ever present. Room clean(ish) enough, but furniture in an absolutely dilapidated state. Not worth the price I paid, will stay elsewhere in the future.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful at all times. The room was clean and a nice place to spend our time. My only drawbacks at this property were that sound traveled very well between rooms. Heard toilets flush and it sounded like a heard of elephants were in the room above.

Being summer time, at 1am we found out A/C was not giving cold air; we were kindly transferred to the only available room that was a smoking room with some cosmetic issues in the bathroom and sticky floor tiles.

Your staff was pleasant and went above and beyond to make our experience the best! I got text messages from Isatu and Shayona asking how our stay was going. I appreciate the check in. John was also very accommodating and making sure all of our needs were met during our stay. Even though there was construction happening and the water was turned off the day we arrived, the staff communicated it so we at least knew what was happening.

We usually love the home 2/tru hotels. Never had an issue until staying here. Few hairs on the pillows/towels (happens, not a huge issue). Jump in the shower and realize there is no shampoo or shower gel left in the bottles on the wall. Gf goes down to the front desk to get more and they said that only housekeeping is authorized, here’s a bar soap. How do you not have shampoo available for an instance like this?? In the morning they refused to discount the room at all or even apologize.

My mom was in UPMC Passavant hospital and we decided to stay since she was not doing well. I booked a 1 bed non smoking room. We got to the hotel around 10 pm. We were told that the manager gave our room to someone else. We were very tired from being at the hospital all day and wanted to go to sleep. Not only did we not have a room they charged us 2x’s on our credit card. I know you would like to fill up all you rooms but at least someone should have called or sent an email to the person that booked this reservation to see if they are still arriving before giving it to someone else!

Great location to many shops & restaurants. Easy 15 min ride to downtown. Great service and clean place. Really like having a little kitchenette. Only problem was the TV remote. Tried 4 different ones. They would only change channels or volume. Could not get information or a guide. Staff tried helping. They were all very nice

We were in town for the Steelers game . The hotel was in the perfect location . Just a 15 minute Uber ride to the stadium . The hotel was quiet , comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.

Although the hotel provides breakfast, it was the same every morning. Also, the breakfast staff did not keep up with the guests, ran out of food in which guests had to wait, and did not keep up with supplies..forks, spoons,knifes, OJ cups, etc.. Otherwise the stay was good.

We stay here often and always have a good experience. The only thing that is lagging is that the breakfast options are extremely hit or miss. Some days everything is fresh and tasty and others. It’s barely edible. Would love to have a more consistent breakfast experience given that one of the reasons we like to book here is the included breakfast.

this is obviously an older hotel that has been redone by Hilton. it was clean and the room suited our needs perfectly. didn't really need the kitchenette but was well-stocked and functional. staff was friendly and efficient. breakfast was ok. the person working in the breakfast area was extremely nice and helpful but food was pretty bland. good variety though. convenient to restaurants and shops.
