Amazing property, even better restaurant at the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and chatty. Everything is walkable distance. Huge rooftop pool with a bar. Great gym. Will be definitely going back. I was double charged on a transaction with the restaurant, unfortunately a month later I am still waiting for a refund, no response from the property. Other than that would recommend.

All of the hotel, valet , housekeeping and restaurant staff were great. I had a few minor gripes that would make me second guess another stay here however. There is no self parking at all, which gets pretty expensive. The restaurant is extremely noisy but i guess it’s a popular place, but make sure to request a room on a higher floor. The pool was not heated during our stay which was a real bummer. It is in the shade too so pretty impossible to use. Not a family friendly hotel for this reason. The biggest complaint of all was the lack of hot coffee in the lobby. In our 8 day stay not once was the coffee hot , often it was empty and the urn they use is not insulted. Insane….. also the cups they give you are wax coated cups not meant for hot drinks. Call me crazy but after complaining every single morning this would literally stop me from staying here again. It shows that they are not interested in giving guests what they want. I spoke to several other guests in the lobby and elevator who all had the same complaint ! Bummer because a lot of features were really nice. Please do better !!

Hotel was very nice. Parking in the covered parking was $40. It was over 110 when we were there, did not want to leave the car in the sun - and street parking is limited. Went to the restaurant for dinner - were there at 6pm. Many open seats, but hostess asked if we had a reservation. We did not. Offered us two different seats, one right in the entrance to the restaurant, and one in the sun (inside, but not shaded). We waited. Amazing better seats opened up. Our wait staff was very nice, she redeemed our visit. The location is listed as in Old town, but it was a bit less than a mile to walk to areas of interest. Too far to walk in the heat.

2 things they don’t tell you if you have a rental car it’s 40$ a night for parking and limited parking on the street. Our room had a pool view the music was so loud until 11pm a couple nights they gave me a drown sound thing but it don’t work lol other then that it was great even gave me late check out!!!

Pull out couch was broken in the suite & the hotel stuffed pillows in the couch to try to keep it from collapsing. Valet parking only. Loud neighborhood. No business center.

We found blood on our sheets our first night staying there, we informed the staff and they came to change and clean the whole room up but upon examine the bed to make sure it was safe to sleep in we found blood the second time again on the comforter

The property was in a nice area not too far from dining and shopping and Old Town Scottsdale. The lobby, dining room and pool areas were nice and clean. The rooms were on the small side but adequate and felt clean except for a covering of dust in the bathroom which was most like due to renovations right outside of our door. We were awakened both mornings at 6 am by workers stomping and making noise outside of our room. I would suggest that they stay quiet until at least 7am. We had plastic covering our door on the first morning.

Senna House was in a great area within Scottsdale. We enjoyed our stay expect for a few issues. The overall cleanliness of the room was an issue we experienced. The overall upkeep wasn’t to our standards for the cost of the hotel, we had higher expectations. They staff seemed friendly. We would appreciated better communication when issues were addressed. Overall a good hotel if staying in the area.

Wow, the staff at this hotel was so nice and incredibly helpful. Facilities were stylish and room was impeccably clean. Area was not as walkable as I had hoped, but was centrally located. Cala restaurant was great.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Senna House and will definitely look into staying here when I come to Scottsdale again! Everything about the hotel was so aesthetically pleasing and they kept every part clean- from the lobby, to our room and all the amenities. The popular Scottsdale restaurant, Cala, was just downstairs and was a great option for brunch or happy hour. The hotel itself was super close to the Old Town clubs/bars, literally right behind it, so we were able to walk there and back with no problem. We would also walk ~5 mins to the Sprouts nearby to grab quick snacks or groceries when needed. Lastly, every single staff member we interacted with was so friendly! They made sure we had everything we need and made checking in early/checking out late an easy process.

New hotel with lovely decor and clean rooms. We were given a room next to the pool. We could hear the music and ppl talking plus we weren’t sure if they could see inside our room so we closed the curtains which made the room super dark. Felt like we had no privacy. Noisy hotel. Seems like it’s the trendy place to go so be ready for a crowd and music playing through the night which can be heard in the room. Restaurant food overpriced for quality and taste. The food was over seasoned and the pasta was hard. Waitress was nice and provided good table service. Bar service sucked! Bar tenders not friendly and service was taking so long we decided to get a table. Total Miami Vibe😆 Nice looking place with clean rooms, no privacy if by pool, and loud music playing throughout the night most def will be spending my $ elsewhere less noisy with a more private and peaceful environment.

Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice.

I’ve stayed here a few times and favor the hotel for it being newer and quiet. This stay there was again, a continued issue with the valet. When there’s a hand off between the day and night staff there’s always an issue with misplacing keys or the vehicles. So weird; it’s happened twice now. The room’s shower had a leak on the bottom right of the seal so water crept out onto the floor. I can see how that would be an issue and someone could fall from a slip.

In all honesty - check in was a mess, house keeping was surprised when I wanted my room cleaned the next day (were they not going to?), the restaurant got my order wrong EVERY single time and only once made an effort to fix it without me asking them, even one server admitting they didn’t want to do their job, when I’d make a request from the front desk on any level (like grabbing some ketchup from the kitchen late night) it would seem like I was asking for them to give me a kidney and their first response was hesitation. Just, disappointed.

My second time staying here! Okay, everything's was great from the Restaurant to the hotel property. But it was quite alarming that my car rental I valeted was given to someone else the morning I checked out. Still not sure how that happened and the inconvenience of it put me behind schedule for my visit to Phoenix. I want to stay here again the next time I visit but they need to assess valet vehicle hand offs.

Stunning property! The ambience and decor give boho chic which is very relaxing. There are many photo opportunities around the property which is a plus! Upon arrival we were given a room that was already taken which was the only reason the hotel was not 5 stars. Other than that we had such a wonderful stay, the rooms were cleaned, the pool & DJ were phenomenal. Definitely would recommend and stay again if ever visiting again.

This is an excellent hotel right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. It is easily walkable to many great restaurants and bars. It has a nice pool area that overlooks Camelback Mountain. It also is easily accessible to the interstate so it makes trips to Sedona or Phoenix very easy. The hotel is extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the Senna House for my birthday. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located in the perfect location. When visiting Scottsdale, I definitely recommend staying here.

Great boutique hotel close to everything! Amazing restaurant but beware it turns into a club on the weekends and it is LOUD. We had a cute room on the 4th floor and the amenities are great for a quick overnight stay
