Nice place for the price. No air conditioning so it was a bit stuffy, they have portable fans in the room. But its right on the beach and limited to 21+, I really think this would be a good place to stay on the off season.

One of the best views in Seaside. Literally on the beach. Nice that the rooms have a seperate bedroom. Top floor rooms get pretty warm in the summer. No A/C, so its gets uncomfortable. They do provide a fan, but the window does not open very far to create good circulation. Motel is centrally located which is wonderful.

Right front of ocean. one block away from turn around. Building looks little old from outside but clean and nice deco in room. I love the color of the wall and furnitures. Second floor (need able to walk to stairs) but better view with privacy.

The property was easy to find and very close to everything. It was easy to check in and the atmosphere was very friendly. The room was very clean, excellent view of the beach and ocean, even though close the boardwalk, it was quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, coffee was very good. All in all, 5 out of 5 stars.

Love the service it was provided, the atmosphere, it would have been even amazing if it was a little more clean, however it was not. We found lots of hair around, the bathroom was clogged, the sheets were a bit dirty and the fridge had some sticky black surface inside.

The hotel was fine. I paid for an upgraded corner room where on line it looked like you had a better view of the ocean. We were given a corner room with a view of a sand dune. That was disappointing. The room was adequate and the bed very comfortable.

The beds were a little firm for me. We booked a room with an ocean front view (ad showed full view) and we had a very small portion of a view because of the massive sand dune in front. I honestly felt a little duped for what we paid. The Promenade sweeper went by at 8:30 in the morning and it was very loud, as were the people walking by. I highly suggest an upstairs room. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The view was a joke on me. You live and you learn. Parking was ample and out was very walkable. We enjoyed a fire of the beach.

Great location! I would stay here again just for the proximity to the beach and dinning downtown Seaside. The place has been recently renovated but my girls hated the bathroom, it is tiny. No where to really put anything, combs toothbrush, etc. Finally the walls are paperthin so you can hear a lot of what is happening next door if you have a loud neighbor.

Rooms are nice, clean, and recently refurbished. Location is great, but the view from the single queen oceanfront room is not as advertised. The listing for this room type has a photo with an unobstructed ocean view. However, that photo must have been taken from either the corner room on the first floor or a room on the second floor, both of which have a higher price. There's a sand dune that extends almost to the south end of the property, severely impeding the ocean view from almost all of the rooms on the first floor. This should be reflected more accurately in the description and photos for the single queen "oceanfront" room type.

The location really doesn’t get better in Seaside. A lot of properties are beachfront, but on a section of it where tall grasses grow so you can’t see down to the water. This property is on the section where the water view is unobstructed. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe at this property because of its prime location. I was on the ground floor and the window faced the beach. Only a smaller section on the upper part of the window opens, so I wasn’t worried about someone trying to climb in or anything. It is directly next to the beach front promenade, so expect quite a few people walking right past your window. It did quiet down after sunset. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing. There was a fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Ice machine is located in parking lot. Things that I would have appreciated that I’ve seen other beach properties offer would be free bikes to check out for riding around town & on promenade and also beach chairs. I’m sure families would like sand toys to check out as well.

This is our fourth stay at this facility. We have never had any issue with anything. The staff is incredibly helpful. It’s located right on the boardwalk!! We always plan to stay here!

They were very helpful. I asked to stay on an extra day on the day I was supposed to be checking out and had no problem making that happen. There is always someone there 9am-10pm to help, answer questions, suggest things to do, and places to eat. People working there were very friendly and accommodating.

This is our second time staying here. The location of this hotel is the reason we came back. Its right in front of the volleyball nets and two different beach access points. After a long day and night on the 4th of July it was so nice to have our room so close. Once we arrive we are able to park our cars and walk to all the shops and restaurants. The office staff as well as the grounds folks and cleaning staff are all helpful and attentive. There is a box fan in each room which I love to help with noise.We will be back!

We loved our night at the Ocean Front! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the beach view, the area and location, and being able to easily walk to restaurants for dinner. What a lovely little town and a really pleasant place to stay!
