This was a great hotel to stay at as a family of 5. The room was large with a separate bed and a kitchen. Staff were attentive and promptly took care of our questions. The pool was not in service so, they had already made convenient arrangements for us to use either of their neighboring hotels’ lovely pools.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing it even had a waffle bar. Having a full kitchen was perfect for our stay. The hot tub and pool were clean, although we didn't spend as much time in it as we'd like as there was a children's softball league staying in the hotel and we were on our honeymoon so we kind of steered clear of that area lol. The kids all seemed to love it! They even have an outdoor area with a bbq grill.

This is in a group of 3 hotels and this property is huge with many rooms.There is a lot of parking, which is charged at 21 dollars a night. We had a suite with a separate bedroom from the living area and kitchenette. The kitchenette included a fridge freezer, dishwasher,hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Crockery and kitchenware are included although we only had one fork. The hotel provided washing up facilities as well as an option for a dishwasher. The bathroom was large with a good shower. The beds were very comfortable as well. And there were TVs in the bedroom and living rooms. I found the staff to be not as welcoming as they could be. The check in was the worst we experienced in our2 week stay. The chap mumbled and took a phone call during serving us. Staff at breakfast also seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of people and didn’t always seem to be happy to be there. They ran out of some items for breakfast on one day of our stays. If you wanted waffles you had to get there whilst there was batter. We enjoyed the pool with pool towels, but the jacuzzi was cold and didn’t often work. There was a fire pit and a large BBQ for anyone to use, which on one day was used by a family of guests to invite their wider family over for a bbq party.

Very nice hotel! Kept clean and well managed. It had an outdoor pool and a basketball court. The rooms were large and had a nice living area. Only downside is the hard water stains on shower head. Definitely would come back here next time in LA

Property and staff very good! Problems. Both pool and hot tub not heated? Had to use hiltons pool and tub. Rooms need abit of attention, bulbs burnt out, doors don’t lock, doors beaten up. Again very beautiful hotel would definitely stay again!

Property is in a great central location to the beach and downtown LA. Thought the $25 per day parking fee was excessive and not necessary. Pool was awesome with a hot tub. Not sure if pool was cleaned and chorinated enough.

the room has a musty smell. the hallways were dirty leading towards the emergency exit and it's also where the houskeeping have their carts. the carpet there is so dirty and smelly

Our first room had black water filling in the bathtub and we found a cockroach. They moved us to another room full of fruit flies, but it was better than the first room. I felt sick thinking about eating in the rooms to be honest and felt first sleeping and showering. Staff were helpful and kind. The gym was great at least!

Walked in to a semi clean room with stains on mattress headboard and furniture. Had to switch room due to a broken A/C, clogged up bathroom sink and shower faucet falling apart. Did not receive housekeeping on any of our 2 rooms even after requesting it. Lack of hospitality and no proper customer service. Do not stay here, not worth it.

Although I have a dog, I will never stay in a pet-friendly hotel unless it is necessary Fleas bit my son and me. We found fleas in the bed and on the sofa. The front desk moved us to another room, and I got bitten again.

Staff was friendly, we booked two rooms and both rooms were in pretty good shape, there were knicks here and there but honestly didn’t really affect our stay. Rooms were pretty quiet even though the freeway is right next to the hotel so that’s really nice. Overall pretty good stay for the family. Nice fire pit outside and small basketball court

My experience was nice. Most importantly it was clean and it felt very comfortable for my toddler to play with his toys on the floor. The only complaint was the tv quality. This is the only Marriott I stayed at with no greeting by name on the tv, no Netflix and YouTube and the tv was static

We booked a 1 bedroom plus sofa bed for 3 adults. The bed was ok but the sofa bed was terrible! It was very squeaky. The mattress was very uneven, too thin and just horrible to sleep on. The blanket that they provide was also very itchy! We begged every night to help us feel more comfortable by asking for a duvet or a better blanket and mattress or anything to put on the mattress really but they just gave us another itchy blanket and said basically that’s all they can do. They said they couldn’t give us a duvet from another empty room because they have a policy to keep the room ready but shouldn’t they also have a policy to make their guests comfortable? Very disappointing especially that this was a Marriott hotel and we stay at Marriott every time but this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We definitely will not be coming back to this hotel.

I slept 3 hours in total, even though I went to bed at 11 pm. The highway noise was terrible. It was almost like it had no windows at all. It kept me and my father up all night. A huge disappointment!! Never stay there again.

When we arrived the computer system was down and we weren't given a room key and someone had to let us in. There was damage to various parts of the room. The refrigerator handle was broken off, the bathroom mirror was cracked, the dishwasher didn't open, and a light fixture was broken. I called ahead of time and asked if the room included an oven and was told that it did, but it only included a stove top. Altogether the room was very clean, the staff friendly, and the included breakfast was very good.

Overall good property. Hot tub was not working. Both TV in our suite were not working ( one didnt turn on, other the antenna connection was loose). Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The only feedback I would have is we had a room facing the freeway. The windows were fine but the air intake in the room from the air conditioning. You could hear the traffic like it was in your room.

Drissa and her manager were wonderful at check in. The ladies making breakfast and cleaning were also amazing! Wonderful breakfast. There were 2 guys the last day we were there that were super unhelpful (can’t remember their names or I would put it here). He wouldn’t give us enough towels for the 4 people staying in our room. The other guy told us we could get a late checkout and when we got back to our room (early) we were locked out.

The lady on the front desk has a real attitude towards guest service. I added one night to my original stay, no one told me I should check out and check in again. She called me to my cell when I was at an event treating me as if I did something wrong. Then when I got to the front desk her attitude was terrible. A HOTEL SHOULD NEVER HAVE A RUDE PERSON WITH NO PEOPLE SKILLS ON A GUEST FACING POSITION. Real bad experience. Will never be back to this property. I have been in many Fairfield Hotels, never had a bad experience before.

Had to wait very long for checkin and front desk persons reaction was cold. We stayed 2 days in the room and the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. The room and stay was not worth the price. One positive thing was we missed our wallet during stay and realized it after checked out and traveled for sometime. We called frintdesk and he and staff help find the wallet and we came back and collected it. This staff was not the person who checked us in during friday night.

Person who checked me in lacked customer etiquette deferring my questions to the end, “I’ll get there” and not explaining just handing me a card at the end for hotel hours. I could also barely understand him. Not welcoming or courteous. Bad first impression. During our 3 day 2 night stay we were never greeted by staff. One of the breakfast workers was extremely rude to my husband telling him what to do with our daughter “but first you need to go help her with her cereal” had an attitude and seemed bothered to be doing her job. I told from desk staff that there was no coffee no Oj and that the staff member had been rude, front desk person stepped away but didn’t acknowledge my issue instead was in disbelief that I was speaking about her friend of colleague. I cancelled my reservation to extend my stay another day due to the unfriendly and inappropriate staff running this hotel.

I asked for a roll away bed day 1 and they said they would call me and let me know if it was available, day 2 i inquired again, the lady at the dest said they had one and would have housekeeping bring it by, day 3 which is the only day we did not need it someone came to the door with it. My reservation was for 2 adults and 4 kids, also the bathroom sink had no running water, it was basically a slow drip, we had to brush our teeth and wash our face in the kitchen sink and down the hall

We were here for 4 nights to go to concerts in BMO and Intuit. We appreciated the location that it was right by the freeway which made it easy to access. Parking was also accessible and had plenty of spaces even after we returned from our shows. Staff was very friendly and breakfast options were pretty good too.

Great size rooms, especially for a longer stay. There were a couple of little things that could be improved on to make it even better but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative way. Very convenient for freeways in all directions, shops/conveniences located close by. We didn't use the train system as we had a car but that couldn't have been closer if that's how you'd get around. Clean and tidy, good breakfast, nice pool area. Would stay again if in LA.

This Hotel is a fair way off what you would expect from Marriott-and dont think you are anywhere near Redondo Beach -this is as close to Lawndale as possible. The room was dark, and the sofa was uncomfortable. The bed was quite comfortable and the aircond works but is noisy. Would I stay there again.. Probably Not!

Breakfast was so so but things ran out and they were not quick to refill and kicked you out right at 10 am. You get room service every other say and when they came they did the bare minimum and did not clean the kitchen or wipe down mirror in bathroom. Torn shower curtain. Needs updating in

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and it was convenient to have a kitchenette in the room. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. The complimentary breakfast was also good. Location is near a major highway, not loud at all, and easy access to other stores. Would recommend this hotel!

I try to stay at this property whenever possible because it's always clean, convenient, and the staff is helpful. All of that was true during this stay as well. My only displeasure was the breakfast. I was not pleased with the packaged breakfast sandwiches, etc.
