The property was well kept, friendly staff and clean. I do have a major complaint that is the maintenance of the jacuzzi. I have been suffering a very bad rash all over my body. Diagnosed with PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA. which is commonly known as hottub folliculitis. Three doctors later, antibiotics oral medicine and topical cream,2weeks later I am slowly getting better. Where are the cleaning and maintenance records? How often are they disinfected? Chlorine DOES NOT kill this bacteria.

First room we were given had a strong smell of mold, we immediately asked for a new room & it was a much better situation. Noticed the first room was on a low level Felipe which seemed like a downgrade. Coffee maker broken in room, took 3 people to come to the room to get it replaced but once that was done we were good

I have a lot of choices when I stay in Somerset, NJ to see my parents. There's no less than 30 hotels within easy driving distance but I always stay at Delta because the atmosphere is just so chill and welcoming. There's a great breakfast and if I wanted a nightcap, there's a friendly bar. Rooms are clean and hats off to housekeeping. I love it there.

The cost of hotel per night vs the amenities and looks of the hotel were really not up to par. Also, the clean towels had a very not pleasant odor, and even worse when wet. My wife and I definitely didn't have a pleasant stay, but the hotel was already paid and there was nothing we could do.

This property was modern and very clean. Staff was quick to respond to requests and needs. What we found very disappointing was the comfort of the bed. The mattress was hard and even though we requested changing rooms to see if another bed would be better, the lack of comfort was the same. The mattresses actually hurt our hips and neither my husband or me had even a hint of a restful sleep for the entire 4 nights that we stayed at the hotel. Whoever was responsible for purchasing the mattresses clearly has never slept on a quality mattress and simply chose a cheap manufacturer's deal. It will stop us from ever staying at the hotel again and that's unfortunate because the location was extremely convenient for our needs and we would have used this hotel approximately 4-5 times per year.

I checked in and the room I got was basically falling apart. The moment I entered room to use bathroom, toilet got clogged, while partner was showering. Shower was also clogged. Maintainance came to unclog toilet and said shower should be fine. Next day, shower still clogged, instead of switching our rooms, we waited while maintenance came to put harsh chemicals while we were in room. Electric outlet came entirely out of socket when I charged to charge my phone. Had to ask to switch rooms when that should have been done originally. Terrible experience and booked for two nights, regret it.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The staff was rude and unprofessional. In particular, the manager—a Hispanic woman—seemed visibly upset and was overheard speaking angrily, even cursing, apparently directed at customers. It felt like she was taking out personal frustration on guests, which made the environment very uncomfortable. I don’t believe someone in that state of mind should be managing a customer-facing role. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

Check out time listed on Expedia is noon. The hotel staff did not want to acknowledge a noon check out and insisted it was 11:00. They finally granted a "late" checkout but it took a lot of effort.

The indoor pool was very unbalanced the smell of chlorine was intense. Outdoor was not available to be used. Hot tub was worse. It should be properly maintained.
