This is a fantastic property. Check in was fast and easy with a very friendly staff. They have awesome amenities like a Starbucks and a bar and they don’t charge for parking. Very friendly staff. Will stay here here again.

the hotel surprised us by charging for parking which was not mention at the Expedia site or for that matter the Hyatt website . Housekeeping was very unpredictable . Sometimes they would leave supplies such as glasses and soap.

There were a lot of spots on the artwork glass in the bathroom. Looks like it never gets cleaned. View was completely obstructed from the south facing 2nd floor room I was provided. Only one elevator was working during my stay. Otherwise the property and stay were excellent

Overall, everything was good except for the cleanliness. If you stayed more tha. a day, if you didn’t stay on them to clean the room, they didnt clean. There was trash everywhere in the hallways by elevators & in corridoors. Breakfast food was good but cold. Had to microwave it to get it to a decent temperature. Also, the gym was out of stock of towels, water & cleanj g supplies.

I was very disappointed that the laundry room was out of order all week, with no idea when it would be back on-line. The breakfasts were very sub-par. On top of that there were bagels available only one day during the week.

The hotel and staff itself was nice. Only one elevator was working and it was a busy weekend with concerts, weddings, etc. So the hotel was full. The ice machine on our floor was not working.

The floral spray in the room when we arrived was overwhelming. We had to put the AC full blast to try to get some of it out. Shower doors needed cleaning and drain cover was loose and dirty. I stepped on it and hurt my foot. I’d requested that the comforter be replaced with a blanket, as we get way too hot under comforters. This was not done, so I don’t know if you will read this.

It was great until we realized the door handle and lock was broken. The room locked from the inside but not the outside. They said no one could fix it that night and didn't over to switch our room since it locked from the inside... otherwise it was clean, but horrible service for the money we paid

The shower has a plastic curtain, it is uncomfortable. The sink faucet is very far back, it could be two inches forward and it would be much more comfortable to wash your hands. The blinds, although they are blackout, do not block the light coming in, the top part is very open, a lot of light comes through.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful! Check in was quick and easy. The location is great, very close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms and facility were clean and updated. I will definitely stay here again!

Front desk employee was friendly and courteous at check-in. He explained all the amenities, including breakfast. The room was spotless and very nice for the price. We really liked the extra sofa sleeper with the ottoman. A great place to stay overall.

Not once did housekeeping stop at our room to offer new towels and Kleenex and toilet paper. We had dogs but it would have been nice to have our garbage taken out and at least see if we needed anything. We were there for 4 nights. For the rate we payed we should have had frequent housekeepers checking in.

The staff here is amazing. So polite, professional and helpful. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed it which is rare. Location is near all the shopping and restaurants you could need. Parks nearby for kids to play. Wonderful stay and highly recommend.

The hotel was clean when we got there, and the price had been reasonable when we booked it; and the location was nice. When I arrived with my family, I asked for a crib, and the guy who seemed pretty nice went to look for it. I was parking my vehicle while my wife waited for the crib, and when I got back, was surprised to hear from my wife that there were no sheets or mattress for the crib. I went back to the guy, who now turned into a grumpy old man, and said that the crib "comes as is"... I told him to bring me regular bed sheets, and he seemed "surprised" by my ask, saying that they were not going to fit. I pushed him to bring them, and finally got them, not in a nice way. I was surprised by the $15 dll per day fee on parking (why would they do this if there is plenty of parking and it is only hotel-parking?? just add the amount to the weekly hotel booking!), but that was not the major disappointment. The major disappointment after the terrible experience with the grumpy man, was that they did not clean our room for 3 consecutive days even though we asked for cleaning every day, and were out of our room every day by around 10:30am. First they told us that hotels don't clean rooms every day now a days unless you explicitly ask for it (which we were doing!), and then they just said that they were asking to get it cleaned, but someone was just not making it happen... will I go back to this hotel in Houston? Of course not... will try something else next time.

We asked for a quiet room. The front desk supervisor put us in a room next door and also across the hall from members of a wedding group. We found out later the groups had been very rowdy the night before. We barely slept all night. We went out twice (11:30pm & 3:30 am) to talk to them. We also called the front desk 4x to complain. The next morning the supervisor said the only thing she could do was move us to a different room. So we had to pack up and move. Why hotels punish the people who’ve been wronged in this way baffles us. We were being penalized by having to pack up rather than the parties making noise and disturbing everyone. Those people should have been moved to the worst rooms possible or kicked out of the hotel. The second night was no better than the first. We had what sounded like a family of elephants above us. When they walked we could hear every step. There seemed to be at least 2-3 young kids up there who kept jumping off the bed & hitting the floor with a loud boom well past midnight. So began our second night, no better than the first. We could hear the adults talking up there so they had to be aware of all the noise the kids were making. I called the front desk 4x again. The upstairs guests never stopped making noise. My husband was kept awake for over 2 hours. Then at 5:30am the bed jumping started up again. We were up because we had an early flight.The front desk did nothing to compensate us for the awful experience. Hyatt Hotels has lost our business.

Nice hotel, but... The glass sliding door for the bathroom is a stupid idea - lights up a dark bedroom at night and noisy when the bathroom is in use, and The breakfast ends at 9:00 am thru the weekdays. It should run until 10:00 am for late sleepers.

Overall the hotel was nice and pretty clean. We took our granddaughter for her first stay in a hotel while we visited family. We chose this one for it's location and breakfast (since we were traveling with a 4 yr old). Breakfast was from 7-10 am. We got there about 9 am and I was shocked at the condition of the breakfast area. It was extremely messy and dirty. But honestly there was nothing there I could even give my granddaughter except a bowl of Cheerios. The fruit bowl was a bag of frozen berries that were still frozen or the older ones that had turned to MUSH. I wish now I would have taken pictures because I can't even put into words how bad this was. Never have I experienced a breakfast like this, especially at a Hyatt. We had to drive about 10 miles to find a breakfast place. Very very disappointed.

Great location- lots of food options within a mile of the hotel. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Only con is the air conditioner - while it was cool at night the thermostat would auto reset itself during the day to 75… the room felt stuffy and humid during the day when coming in from the Texas heat

Overall stay was good. Breakfast needs a proper attention. The fruits served were almost over, didn't get replenished. Whatever was left, were still frozen. Variety was there but could have been presented well e.g. eggs... boiled eggs were frozen... never seen... this before.
