Very clean and friendly service. We had a late arrival into town. Shuttle was no longer available, and the receptionist suggested using airporrt taxi. We arrived quickly, and got a good night sleep. Shower was hot. Breafast was satisfying 😀

A huge room that was perfect! The Front Desk gal was super helpful in scheduling and coordinating our shuttle transfer from the car rental facility the hotel the first night, and to the airport at 0545 the next day. Great service and location to CLE couldn't be better.

It appears to be a business office converted to an airport hotel. Minimal staff, difficult to find anyone at front desk. or for assistance of any kind. Worst part was that on arrival we saw a sign that said we were not allowed to leave our car in the hotel lot when we traveled. Of course this is the reason that we booked the hotel. this restriction was not disclosed prior to our arrival. As a result we had to pay for parking at the airport which was much less convenient as well as more expensive.

Great property by the airport. Wish there was an option to leave car and shuttle to the airport, but understand limited space. One of the best/clean hotel gyms I have been to. Wish there as more food/restaurants closer to hotel.

Even though this property offers shuttle to the airport, they do not allow you to park your car during your trip. I also have scoured the fine print on Expedia and the Hotel’s own website, and this information is not available. The “no park/fly” rule was posted at the check-in desk. By the time we checked-in, it was too late to cancel the room for a refund.

Pickup from the airport was horrible. It took 1.5 hours to be picked up. The van does not say Orbit. The driver blamed us. She said she drove by and we weren’t there. But we were there the whole. Really disappointed with shuttle. Hotel service was good.

Spacious rooms with modern updates and areas to work. It was very clean. The restaurants are off the property, but the hotel was good about providing transportation to and from the restaurants. I had to be at the airport at 5am. I do wish hotels that provide breakfast would accomodate the early morning travelers.

Cool property near across the street from the NASA facility. It looks non-descript on the outside but is nice and new looking on the inside. We booked a room with two queen beds and received what looked more like a suite with a separate bedroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fitness room is decent with pairs of dumbbells from 20-50 pounds, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, a spin bike, and a treadmill. Good value overall. Would definitely stay there again.

I was told at check-in that the airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes 24/7. I was asked to reserve a time, and I chose 6am. Was told to arrive 5 minutes early. When I arrived at the desk for checkout, I inquired about the shuttle, and was told that the next available was at 6:45am, as the shuttle was off property, and filled with church goers. I was told that the check-in clerk must not have consulted the schedule. It sounds like some more training is needed. I ended up taking a ride share.

The hotel has a cute, mid century modern style and is convenient to the airport and priced well. Our bathroom was very dirty, especially the shower which looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while. The floors are laminate (no rugs) so it’s not very cozy and I don’t think the floors were that clean either. The wine vending machine was broken.

Great stay as always. This is my go-to hotel when flying in and out of CLE. Rooms are spotless, service great. You can see the planes coming and going from your window. Rental car return is 5 minutes away!

This is a "space-themed" hotel with fun decor giving a 60s art deco vibe and rooms with modern fixtures. Sadly the housekeeping staff neglected to fully clean and stock our bathroom - the base of the toilet was pretty gross and hand soap and other supplies were empty. The attendant at the lobby desk amended this situation in the absence of housekeeping staff, so that was appreciated. Breakfast was just ok (lukewarm powdered eggs) - not what we expected given the good reviews that drew us to this property.

Liked the convenient location to the airport, clean room, friendly staff and airport shuttle. Also enjoyed the NASA themed decor and prints throughout the hotel. While the room was clean and comfortable, the lighting in the bathroom was poor. More light was needed at the sink area to make it easier to see what you're doing. Also, the shower curtain had a tendency to blow into the shower causing it to cling to your legs. The small lip on the shower floor didn't keep water in the shower area very well.

Clean room , great value. One big issue was the rooms and hallway have an echo , and for some reason the last two or three times I stayed there , somebody seems to be working in the wee hours of the morning. Lots of doors slamming and pounding noises. Exacerbated by the acoustics. Hard to sleep

Room had what you needed but the way the bed is situated i had to climb over my husband to get out of bed because the tv was in the way. They need to shift the furniture to make it easier for people.

I loved this retro old building with big windows and great views of airport. It was really nice. There were only a few key things that bumped this down a star for me: hvac unit clicked very loudly two times every time it turned on in the room. This happened fairly frequently overnight as the room was big and tended to feel cold and I overheard others saying the same. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. And the pancake machine was out of order when we went down for breakfast. Other than these 3 or 4 significant things, the room was clean and modern. I really liked the look and concept of the place.

The front desk was extremely rude when I asked if they had Diet Coke they told me they’ll look when they have time she was sitting behind the desk doing nothing. Three people are outside, waiting for the van that she had to order prior to 5 AM. she never did. There was nothing impressive about the hotel at all.

It was nice to be ao close to the airport. The rooms are so noisy. This is an old NASA research center, so there is very little insulation between the rooms. You can hear anyone that is talking as the walk down the hallways. The air conditioner is so loud and makes loud clicking noises before it turns on. I heard 2 other people complain to the front desk about it. The staff wasn't friendly at all. When we checked in we told the front desk we needed a shuttle to the airport the morning we were leaving. This was the main reason we stayed in this hotel. She told us to come back the following day to schedule it. We did and she told us it was full and she didnt have room for us. When we explained that they wouldn't let us reserve it when we checked in, she could have cared less. She gave us the name of a taxi driver and said call him. Of course at out expense.

The airport shuttle driver is a gem. He picked me up at 10 PM and got me there right away. The breakfast is also really excellent. Customer service is amazing.

The woman who checked me in couldn't have been nicer! She helped get me settled for an early check in and helped me navigate the shuttle from the airport as well. I liked the retro bone of my room. Would choose to stay here again.

The team was very friendly and truly welcomed the opportunity to help you. Whether it was Shauna on the Shuttle from the airport or Wilma at the front desk, the courtesy and provided a "welcome home" feeling. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and nicely appointed with some funky retro touches like the phone and clock styling. To be clear, the amenities like the flatscreen TV are new, just giving a cool vibe. The shower was spacious and plenty of toiletries.

Whether it was Shauna on the Shuttle from the airport or Wilma at the front desk, the courtesy and provided a "welcome home" feeling. I was told at check-in that the airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes 24/7. I was asked to reserve a time, and I chose 6am. Was told to arrive 5 minutes early. When I arrived at the desk for checkout, I inquired about the shuttle, and was told that the next available was at 6:45am, as the shuttle was off property, and filled with church goers. I was told that the check-in clerk must not have consulted the schedule. It sounds like some more training is needed. I ended up taking a ride share.

Very clean, quiet property, close to the airport. Staff were accommodating but did not seem particularly happy to be working there. Decent property but should have stayed downtown for a downtown event, very difficult to get back to the hotel afterward (took almost 2 hours to get an uber).

Clean, affordable place to sleep. We stayed here one night before a early morning flight. Our only issue was that it really isn’t well marked, we drove past it once turned around went back and still had trouble finding it. Probably easier in the daylight but still not much signage.

This is a great place, surprised by the plain exterior. Clean and large room, plenty adequate for Tai-Chi. Quick, thick windows with amazing views of the airport and NASA.

This hotel is very unique. It is a converted office building, and has that feel. It doesn't feel like a hotel in the halls, elevator and lobby. But the rooms are really nice and comfortable. Incredibly easy access to the airport. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone

The staff were so nice and the parking was super easy. It’s located on a quiet road off near the airport and NASA center. It will definitely be my go to when visiting Cleveland in the future.

The hotel is unique. The front office gave us the history of the building which was very cool. Breakfast, however, was not great. We arrived down with over an hour remaining and there was very little food left. The attendant said that the people that had been down early ate too much and they had no more food available. Not an acceptable excuse when there was still over an hour left.

Loved the history of this hotel with the NASA connection. Great breakfast in the morning with usual choices, along with hot items of eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast & pancakes. Muffins, Pop-tarts and other items if u needed a quick grab & go. Free water. Right across the street from the airport, but no noise.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at The Orbit Hotel. This is our 7th time staying there, and we were greeted by Edward at the front desk. He immediately remembered us and was genuinely happy to see us back. Because of the impending storm, we made an additional night’s reservation, and Edward made it easy for us to roll over the first night into the second without changing rooms. He also made sure we got fresh towels. The rooms are so comfortable and CLEAN! We love the bed (even though the TV has placement is a little awkward) and the large room and lounging area. The bathroom is great and the shower is always hot. Our particular room needs a little help with the shower door but everything was in working order. We love watching the planes take off and land from the airport, and the sound isn’t bothersome. The hotel staff is very nice - the nighttime front desk clerk, housekeeping staff, and the breakfast attendant. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and kept stocked with hot items. This hotel is excellent and a bargain for what you get. We will be back again and again.

All in all it was a nice hotel, fun and quirky. Hotel staff were absolutely not prepared for the tornado warning and storm that hit the hotel, as well as the subsequent 12 hours of no/limited power. I get that things happen, but don’t tell people to get into elevators during a tornado beating storm
