The floors were sticky, moldy cheese left in the microwave, bathroom was filthy, two queen beds stuck in a tiny room, no remote for tv. Outside smelled like marijuana, pool had green water with junk in the pool. Homeless man sleeping outside of one the rooms. Overall it was very filthy. We did not stay!!!

Stayed here for a few months and it was decent. Staff is nice and accommodating. Motel was being updated (roof, parking lot, swimming pool, some of the rooms). Easy to book the room weekly and renew the rental each week. It’s a Motel 6. Cheap, accommodating rooms, daily housekeeping, pleasant staff. Would stay again.

While this hotel is conveniently located and the associate at the front desk was friendly, she informed me at checkin that there is no water pressure and no hot water in the building. While she said she would be able to cancel my booking and issue a refund, this is a major hassle as we attempt to find an alternative where we can shower after a long day of travel.

The property is in rough shape. I think it may be under construction as some of the rooms were opened with nothing inside. In our room, the smoke detector was not hooked up and was on a shelf. The lights by the bed had no light bulbs and they looked broken. The bathroom door had major water damage and would not close or open without pushing and pulling with both hands. If you tried to pull the doorknob on the bathroom door, you could see the door separating. We were not sure if it was the area or the hotel but there was a strong smell of urine outside. The next morning we did not smell it though. There were also what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillows. The front desk staff was very nice though. If we would not have been driving for so long, we would have left to find another hotel.

They are cool with animals, but overall, paint was peeling off the walls, drug deals in the parking lot, ac didn't work, smoke detector hanging from a thread a foot off the ceiling. Not good.

Mattress were extremely old and stained. The tv did not have any signal, remote control was missing back batteries fell out. Floor was sticky and walls were dirty. Police showed up within 5 minutes of checking in to the room next door to us. Furniture and fixtures need replacing!

On arrival…People dumpster diving in trash bin, no security around, check in front office Staff member did not care. Room was filthy, stains all over walls, broken toilet handle, stained/dirty toilet, chipped bath tub stained counters, cheap bedding, dirty floors, room faucet sprayed everywhere. Pool looked like a green swamp. Courtyard not maintained, dog poop everywhere including concrete steps to second floor, broken stair handles. Needs to be shut down.

Room was dirty. Sheets stained, shower filthy, sink backed up and virtually unusable, but the final straw was the roaches. Couldn’t have my kids sleep in these conditions, we didn’t even stay here one night & had to go elsewhere.

My family and I were traveling to New Mexico and had booked this room in advance based off of the pictures and advertising for the motel and this is one of the most gross place I have ever stayed. We showed up late do to our flight and there was no one there. We finally called and a guy and girl came out from behind a closed door. She left and he checked us and and she left. We went to our room opened the door it smelt of pee really bad, blood on the door dam of the bathroom, and the beding had stains all over then and the room didnt look cleaned. We went and got a different room, that one was better then the first one, but right into the room we fined a cockroatch on the dresser. It was one of the worst nights we had. We woke up after only 5hr of sleep and got the heck out of there. I dont usually leave reviews, but felt this needed to be shared. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL SCARY, DIRTY, AND CREEPY!

I have a really bad experience, room are infected with cockroaches, badly. I was in the room and decided to reserve another hotel and move immediately. Don’t waste your money in this hotel. Telling you with anticipation in tha way you can take my recommendations. Don’t waste your money.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The room was tiny, everything, including the bed, was old and stained. My husband had to fix the toilet himself for it to flush. Gross! Don’t stay there!

Check in was good and then everything fell apart. there was no remote in our room. The young man who checked us in, was outside having a cigarette break, I asked for another bath towel and wash cloth and also a remote control. He told me that he would bring them to our room, he never did. The bed was terrible, impossible to sleep on can't ever explain who lumpy & broken it was. Bulbs were out. there was no extra lock on the door. I found a goat head in the sheets. The room was so beat up it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. sheets were stained. Some of the floor tiles were loose and caused some tripping. The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it, if not then it the smell was coming in from outside. the bathtub looked like it was had burned several marks with cigarettes Check out, there was no bell to get someone to help. Next to one side of the bed, there was a fridge being used as an end table. The fridge dept kicking on and off every few minutes. When the room was booked, they only had a couple of rooms left. We didn't move to another room because were probably would have been up on the second floor and being seniors that would have been too hard for us. The air conditioner was so noisy. there was good water pressure in the shower.

The first room we went to still had trash in room and bed was pulled away from the walls. Moved to second room and floor is tore up and uneven. Light above sink was very dim. No hot water in shower!

The room did not at all look like the picture on the site. It had comfortable beds but other than that it was run down. 3 different lights didn’t work. The fire alarm was taken off the ceiling. It worked for us bc we were only sleeping there but don’t trust the pic!

We booked a queen size bed, but when we got in the room we found a double bed mattress on a queen frame. The walls were very thin. We could hear a couple talking in the next room. It was extremely noisy outside till late.

Tv didn't work the shower head was leaking, the towels looked dingy there was cigarette burns all over the furniture, the bed was lumpy and not comfortable, the smoke detector was hanging, the light fixtures looked like they were about to fall off with bulbs that didn't work, there were holes in the curtains which were barely hanging on, no remote and it smelled not clean, there was brown stains on the comforter and the we had a hard time flushing toilet.

Our stay was good except for foot and street traffic most of the night. I returned the room key at 8am 3/29/25 and asked that the $50 deposit be credited to my credit card, unfortunately the clerk did not know how to do that. I called this morning to remind them but the manger as off. Please refund deposit

First called motel and no answer multiple times upon arrival. We get there and another couple outside of office waiting for employee to help them and no where to be found. I asked how long they had been waiting she 15 minutes. We we all waited phone was ringing no answer still and then about 10 minutes finally employee comes walking in. She checked us in we head to find room and steps upstairs are unsafe some cement and others plywood halfway broken. We walk in to room smells weird it was stuffing in there .. walk in to restroom the linoleum was peeling off the surface. I check the beds pillows all stained through the inside ! My card had already been ran for two nights and graduation weekend everything was full! Will not ever be back.

The microwave was dirty and the fridge was leaking water. There was gunk and mold on the floor so I placed a towel down to catch the water. After checking out I received another receipt showing a $5 additional charge. When I called the hotel I was told the charge was for a stained towel. I explained the towel was placed under a dirty moldy fridge on the floor to catch the water and he told me I would be charged regardless. The hotel had not even washed the towel yet to see if it was actually stained they charged for the discoloration on the towel. When I informed their employee Shane I would be leaving a poor review he threatened me and said I would be banned from ALL hotels in Lubbock Texas if I left a bad review.

I've been here for over a week and each morning its a different employee who comes and cleans the room and each has been outstanding. I love being in the presence of such dedicated employees. Hats off to the employee trainer and Management for obviously taking the time to instill corporation Values into each employee.

Very shady people driving in and out and walking around the property. Had to carry my knife and pepper spray just in case. Swimming pool looks like its been empty for years. Beds were disgusting, and the towels in the bathroom were dirty. Sink didn't work properly, and we could hear the loud tv next door. AT 1:00AM. I wish I could get my money back. Worst experience eve. Please fill free to contact me with any questions. You need to take this hotel out of your website.

It was really cheap so... The key didn't work, got another and that didn't work either. The door was so weak and loose that I could have just shoved it open without a key anyway. Eventually they moved me to a different room. lots of activity ALL night outside my door: cars coming and going etc. Not sure what goes on here exactly but its seedy.

Well first off no hot water,the first room they tried to put me in didn't even have a running shower.I brought it to the motels attention and they had a oh- well attitude.besides all that the location was great,and I'm greatful to have had a vacant room to stay in.

Felt very unsafe at this property. People loitering around property all night. Kept waking up because you could hear people talking and making noise outside, coming and going literally all through the night. No shampoo, just 3 bars of soap. The towels were falling apart and extremely cheap. Bed cover had holes and stains. Floor wasn't swept or moped. Bathtub/shower was stained and grossly discolored. I left early because i was disgusted i felt extremely unsafe.

I liked the fact the property was easily accessible via I27. As for the amenities etc..Expedia had us unprepared for a sudden 25$ deposit..I was forced to pay the deposit because Expedia only offered a nonrefundable version..further..we were given a room with no fridge.. microwave..towels trashcan carbon monoxide detector etc..when this was brought to managements attention...I was told that if I wanted a microwave/I had to upgrade to a microwave room .fridge room etc..management was rude..aggressive..and o

Our room was in complete disrepair. It looked like a tornado passed through the room. We felt unsafe for ourselves and our vehicle. We were tired and we're going to try to make it work even if only for a quick nap. Then the a/c started running water on the floor. We couldn't have rested worrying about our vehicle being vandalized so we left.

This property should be delisted for your website. It not safe people and kids loud and running until 2 am. Adults loud at 5 am. I did not get any sleep because of loud talking and people running around. Long term tenants living there with doors open and pets. Condition of motel is run down. I did not feel safe staying there. I will not be staying there again when I visit again. Too many long term tenants more of an apartment than a motel.

This is the worst place to stay no breakfast like was told the molding around edge of wall was laying in the floor bathroom light was in shower and falling out no hot water on one side of bed when u set down ur butt hit the floor and I swear the mattress was from 1969 when I was born you couldn't shut bathroom door as part of it was hanging loose electric outlets wouldn't hold a charger as they was falling out of wall this place needs to be codemned and torn down before it collapsed on someone

The room was disgusting. It was a smoking room but, no ashtrays, no garbage can. Very little toilet tissue. No hot water, no television, no hair dryer, no coffe in room. Floor had missing tiles.
