The hotel was great and in outstanding location close to center city Milan. The included breakfast was one of the best i have ever had in 20 years of nearly weekly travel for work. The food staff were outstanding providing excellent service. The front desk person was not friendly and barely helpful when asked simple questions like where can we find parking. There are was an almost creepy person sitting in the lobby by the front desk just staring at us. If there were not 4 people in our group I might have been nervous. All 4 of the people in our group felt the same way.

We had a pleasant stay at the Regina and we would definitely recommend this hotel. We had one of the superior double rooms. The room was big and recently renovated. The bed was a proper king size. The AC was working well but seemed to struggle a little bit during the hot days. The staff was helpful. We did not try the breakfast, instead we walked to nearby places. Location was great!

Clean big room. Parking in private underground in front of hotel. AC worked perfectly. Nice touches such as free croissants, fruit and water in the lobby. Digital safe, warm bathroom floor. Close to everything in 10-15 min walking.
