We booked My Place for an affordable overnight and this property worked out just fine. it was clean and quiet and the employees were very nice and helpful. The bed was a queen, but it was fine, the bathroom was nice and big and clean, there’s basically a full kitchen as well, no meals provided, but they sell snacks in the lobby. I would probably go back for an affordable overnight stay

We rented the My Place Hotel to be near our granddaughter's apartment, but she was busy with things so we didn't get to get together before her wedding the next day. All in all, it was a very pleasant place to stay (except for the noisy refrigerator). Having a pet friendly hotel was great so we didn't have to have someone come in and care for them.

We spent one night here and were so pleased. This new property was very clean, very comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The large parking lot was a bonus, and the proximity to the riverside park was great. All dining options are just a very short drive away. And the price was great too!

There was not a specific area designated for pets around the hotel …and the main reason i chose the hotel was because it was “pet friendly”.Also, i was charged an extra 60 for my dogs, which i was not expecting to pay , as i had pre paid for the hotel and did not anticipate pet fees to be excluded as my reservation stated two adults and two pets.

Old urine stains on our bed on the comforter and sheets. Disgusting and they didn’t seem too concerned. Offered us another room but not an apology or free stay. Rediculous will never stay there again

We were pleasantly impressed with this hotel. It’s very clean and tidy not only including the furniture/bedding but also the bathroom was very clean. We stayed for only one night but are very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays in Wenatchee. It’s also in a very nice and beautiful location!

I have been to so many hotels but this one tops them all. Everything was spotless. Bathrooms were clean and shiny. Hotel corridors and rooms had clean, fresh smell. We were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay here again. Nice, clean hotel and friendly staff - what’s not to like!

Good price, right next to train tracks but could hardly hear train from our room, it did not wake us up. The kitchen is nice but unfortunately has no cookware, dishes or utensils like other hotels in the area.

The hotel felt new and the room was clean. The kitchenette is great and if we had stayed longer, we would have appreciated it more. Window has very thin glass so we had the pleasure of hearing street racing, a train passing through and diesel trucks firing up and idling. The walls are a bit thin too - the next room’s morning ablutions could clearly be heard.

We had double queen with recliner room. Check in was a breeze. Staff very nice, courteous, and accommodating. Easy walk to river walk, eateries, and local bar and grills.

Brand new property so everything was fresh and modern. My room was more of a long term stay room. It had a full size refrigerator, cook top, toaster, microwave and sink. But there were no dishes, pans or silverware. Comfortable bed, clean and fresh bathroom. I would probably stay here again.

Very pleased with this location. No frills, not a status symbol but perfect while staying in Wenatchee for a few nights. Room was extremely clean and had a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, range, kitchen sink, and built in overhead microwave. Desk, dresser, recliner chair, big tv, very nice bathroom. Great place for either overnight or extended stay. Basically a studio apartment. The previous night I stayed at another hotel (Springhill) which was more “luxurious” yet had missing drywall and cracked and glued shower, and was more than half the price per night. I travel often for work and have stayed at 100’s of hotels across the country and this is one of the nicer ones.

Only issue with the area was that there’s a train right beside it that goes by so at night it can wake you up but otherwise it was very pleasant to stay here! Will definitely be booking again

The hotel itself was in a great location and was very clean. The front desk ran my card and the nightly room fee was charged 4x and then when I complained they told me it would be taken up to the manager. When I checked out, there was still four pending charges and all they could tell me was if it hasn’t dropped off by next Friday then to give them a call. The customer service was very poor. For that reason alone, we won’t stay here again.

This is my first time booking this hotel due to the good ratings. But I regret selecting this one over best western because it is rigid rule and no humane customer service. We encountered snow storm when traveling to the area from California and got the weather alert the road is closed and road condition is not safe to travel. Contacted the property at the first time in the morning to cancel and waive the fees when checking the weather. However the property did not waive the feel because it is over Friday. The thing is how many of us can control extreme weather and natural risk? This is the time when customer service really shows the value. Not wanting compare with how other property understands the customer concerns first and put the customer safety at the priority over the profit, But contacting the hotel several days to communite ending with "sticking to the rules". I do not blame the behaviour, But Just feel very disappointed with their service and would not recommend it to friends and families. A good customer service did not only show when things go right, But shine more when things go wrong. I would definitely contact if I knew snow storm blocks the road a day before, But how likely can anyone do that? A very bad experience overall.

The hotel itself seemed fairly new and was very clean and well maintained. But the service left a lot to be desired. Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 2. We asked if the room was ready — in fact she said they had “plenty of rooms”. She then proceeded to tell me that we would need to pay $25 to check in early. WTH? I then asked if we could leave our bags and she said no. I’ve never encountered that — ever. Then we were hounded an hour before checkout to ask when we planned to leave. What ever happened to putting the guest first? Obviously not MyPlace.

Terrible experience. Room wasn’t ready at 3pm when we checked in. Waited for a long time to have someone inspect it. Room next door was so loud…there’s no insulation between rooms. Last night, fire alarm woke us up at 3am…they couldn’t figure out how to turn it off for about 10-15 minutes…then it came back on briefly about 15 minutes later just when we had finally settled after evacuating downstairs the first time. Not a great experience. Room was fine. Clean and had a small kitchen.

This was close to town only drawback is the train tracks. Luckily I had earplugs from anothwr hotel. The train can block the street and access you have to go a block to get access.

We were quite happy with the price and location that was close to the river walk trail, and walking distance to nice restaurants and the mall, room was very clean and had a full size refrigerator, two burner stove top, toaster and microwave No breakfast but they had food delivery, and microwave food, ice cream, toaster food and drinks etc. For breakfast it’s 1 mile walk to Smitty’s and 3/4 mile to Dennys

First and last at My Place. Clean and new but the advertised Queen bed is not a queen bed. Its much narrower than your typical queen. Its a very simple hotel. No breakfast but you can buy what should be a free breakfast of microwave food for $8 Dissatisfied for sure

I liked the fact it was convenient to places in the area. It was modern, things looked new, clean. A little impersonal and lacking character. I liked the fact it was dog friendly. Very close to excellent restaurants and bars. I did not like the fact that breakfast was a prepackaged burrito or sandwich.

I stayed here for the Apple blossom festival and run. I didn't know this but the Finnish line was by the hotel. So convenient. Also staff let us to late check out so we could shower after the race. Clean room. Coffee all day. Friendly staff. Will come back.
