Great location, close to a lot of shops. Very quiet, soundproof rooms. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice but very hot inside the room, and the key cards didn’t work when trying to access the pool.We also had issues with getting towels, was told there weren’t any clean ones so we couldn’t take baths. Had to air dry, then run to Walmart to buy drying towels

Location was convenient for a stay just outside of PIttsburgh - it was easy to get in & out of the city. We checked in the day of the global Microsoft outage, and the hotel faced some challenges with overbooking but managed it well. One thing I was surprised about, and did not see it noted anywhere, is that the pool is used for swimming lessons. It was not available to hotel guests on the Saturday morning of our stay. I would have had disappointed kids, if I had been counting on a swim prior to check out. Overall, a good stay for our family of 5.

Cannot use pool. Do not stay at this Hilton if you plan on using the pool. They rent it out to British Swim School on Tuesdays 9-12:00 and 4-8:00; Thursdays 4- 8:00; Fridays 4-7:00; and Saturdays 9- 12:00. I spoke to the General Manager and was not offered any compensation.

Great hotel for our family! We had two young adult children with us, so having 3 beds was great. Nice to have a kitchen. Pool water was a bit funky, so not sure what was up with that. Outside tables and grills were available, which was nice to have that option. Hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and shopping in the Robinson Twp area.

Clean building with friendly staff. Well sound proofed. Nice location. The fireplaces both inside and outside were broken. The main door to pool would not open, had to walk outside to get into pool. Pull out sofa mattress was not very clean and worn down. However would likely stay there again.

Paying nearly $175 for a one night stay and waking up to find that there is no hot water in the shower made this a very disappointing stay. And having one elevator of two that won’t go to the 1st floor was very frustrating. A clean bed and a hot shower should be the bare minimum that any hotel should ensure are available to guests and this hotel failed that basic level of service. No discount offered, just some token Hilton Honors points.

Room carpet and sofa was dirty, dishwasher was broken and full of dirty dishes. Had no shuttle driver for airport pickup. Could not access pool from inside, had to enter pool from an exterior door which was very cold.

The room was filthy. The bottles in the shower- empty. The bed- missing a sheet- no blanket- instead- a mattress cover. The pull out bed had no sheets or blankets, thankfully we at least knew those were clean. When we asked the front desk for more towels- instead of offering to bring them to us- they told us they were in the dryer and to come back in 45 minutes. The corner of the kitchen had popcorn kernels on the floor. The dishes were dirty. Just felt very gross when we left.

Our room was not clean! We had to clean iy ourselves..there was still trash in all of the cans as well as dirty towels and dishes...we had to request more dish soap and trash bags to chnage them out and clean the dishes..i will never stay at that location again. I love homewood suits but this one was not a good experience at all.

Our stay was a last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The rest of the room was very clean and spacious. Definitely worth the price and would stay again.

The lobby, breakfast area, pool area, and fitness center were all very nice and in good condition. However, the rooms and the furnishings are a different story. The carpet in our room was covered in stains. One stain looked like a pet had pee'd on it. Another stain was sticky and looked like gum was stuck in the carpet. The furniture, particularly the sofa and desk chair were ripped and falling apart. The sofa was also covered in stains. I notified the front desk and the general manager of the conditions and they were very kind and apologetic. They were honest and agreed that the hotel needs to be updated. We, unfortunately ,were not the only customers to complain about our room. We were respectful in the feedback we gave the employees and they were respectful in how they responded and treated us. However, this hotel badly needs new furnishings and carpets.

I never leave a review but thought we should in this case because we specifically booked this hotel due to its 9.2/10 rating. The exterior and common areas of the hotel were ok and of average cleanliness. Our room on the other hand was filthy and disgusting. Shower was full of hair when we arrived, floors were stained in filthy, couch was filthy. We couldn’t let our 10 month old down on the ground because his hands and knees were covered in black dirt after being on the floor of our room the first time. Had we have been staying for more than 2 more nights we would have found a different hotel to stay at. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel do to the filth of our room, bathroom.

Very nice hotel. Clean and spacious room that we booked. King bedroom with a separate living/kitchen area. Only negative I can say is the couch bed/mattress is very thin and springy. It would be nice to see hotels get better couch or spare beds. I’ve stayed at some that have upgraded recently. Staff was very friendly.

I spent six nights here to attend professional meetings, and the suite was WONDERFUL! VERY spacious with a full kitchen, a HUGE bathroom (handicap access), and a comfortable living room-bedroom. It was a GREAT place, especially since it was much cheaper than a hotel in downtown Pittsburgh.

I liked staying here because the shuttle service. Spending the night to goto the airport for early morning flights is convenient. However, the shuttle was supposed to arrive at 4am to get us to the airport for a 6am flight. It was past 4am and the driver still hadn’t showed and staff could not reach them. I was forced to drive to the airport, waste time parking and then walk the long distance to get to security. I chose the shuttle because I’m disabled and don’t have the privilege of running through the airport if I’m late. Not only did I have to pay for parking but I nearly missed my flight due to poor communication and an untimely driver. I’m upset that I paid to stay at this hotel so that I could park my car for free during my trip but then I had to drive myself to the airport, pay for parking and pay for the hotel. I was very disappointed!

The staff at the front desk were extremely nice. They were very helpful to accommodating us as well. The hotel room was very clean. Even though the breakfast area was very busy in the morning (it was a weekend stay with a Pirates Game) the staff kept the food available. Very nice stay and would highly recommended!

My second stay at the property to be exact. It's location is great! Really close to plenty of shopping and dining options, close to the airport if that is required. Not exactly close to the sites in Pittsburgh but the price has been perfect and getting in and around Pittsburgh is something to get used to. Still, not bad at all. I've been very satisfied and other than maybe an airbnb type thing in the future, this is my go to.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We chose it based on location (which was fine) and the availability of a bar and manager’s reception. On Expedia, it said that the manager’s reception was “select days.” I assumed the select days would be on the weekend… it was only on Wednesdays. Next, the hotel had a bar, but it was not open on Saturdays. The hotel staff told me that they purposely didn’t stock towels in the pool room because people steal them and used “too many.” Instead, guests had to ask for them at the front desk whenever we went to the pool. An inconvenience that could’ve been communicated before we went to the pool. Entrance to the pool was super odd, too. You could only access it by going outside. We were definitely not impressed.

The breakfast was terrible the only hot items they had was eggs and sausage gravy. They didn’t even have biscuits for the gravy. The pool was dirty and someone yelled all morning both mornings I stayed. And there was kids running around the third floor all day so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. And I most definitely won’t be back
