Outside of below average Wyndham hotel property. Airport hotel without any shuttle. Cost us $50 for Uber to and from the airport. Add that on to the cost of your hotel room.

It was ok. Not real convenient and misleading to folks that aren’t from here. We assumed this would be on Pittsburgh proper and it wasn’t. It is in need of major restoration including the road leading to it. Very odd and to itself. The pool was horrible. Very dirty. They could have at least covered it for the off season.

The rooms and staff were great. Old hotel. Trying to update. Road to go in was horrible. Needs upkeep. In payment complimentary breakfast. No cook. Kitchen closed due to zero staff. Paid for what was promised. Did not fulfill. On a positive note... The Staff that was there was kind and very helpful.

The place needs some serious maintenance. They had the bar area, but it wasn’t open. The breakfast was all cold no hot products. The overpass for parking was falling apart at the ceiling. The swimming pool was closed and looked like there was no maintenance around it or cleanup for months. No service from the airport. Very disappointed. I picked Wyndham due to its reputation for its name of having a quality product.

This hotel is in shambles. The elevator didn’t work. The room smelled like faint vomit and overpowering air freshener. TV didn’t work. Many tiles were missing inside the bathroom. Still water on the floor next to the toilet.

The room is clean. But it was in desperate need of work. Ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working and had mold in it. When we went to check out, I had a holler to get somebody to come to the desk because I needed a receipt. It was in the cart for me to take my luggage from my room to the lower floor. When I said something to the clerk, he goes well people must’ve had it in their room. Had a sign for pool but no pool.

Staff was Really nice and accommodating. But the room I was given was dusty, lamps had stains on it and there was hair on the toilet seat and the toilet seat was broken. I requested for another room and the second room also had pubic hairs around the toilet seat. The cleaning staff was really nice and cleaned it for me. But I was disgusted at the fact that both rooms Ive been in had pubic hairs around the toilet seat and it was filthy.

The outside of the property looked dumpy, the inside forget it best part was the halls besides the smell of rotten garbage. No pools, no hot tubs, showers are outdated and very small the drain was so plugged with hair and who knows what that you stood in your own dirty water. No working ice machine, no vending machine but very very tiny over priced store! Very very outdated and gross!! Never staying again!

The whole property was dirty, smelled like pot and cigarettes. My room had fingerprints on all the surfaces, trash in the trash cans, and smelled like a whole bottle of fabreeze was sprayed instead of actually cleaning it. There was food and trash on the carpet in the hallway. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk and no one answered the phone.

This place definitely needs updated. It’s very old and musty. The shower was unsafe. Super slippery and narrow. The shower head was so low I had to bend awkwardly to rinse my hair out. And they have a shower curtain on that makes it impossible to not get water everywhere (hence the mustiness). Plus the bar and restaurant weren’t open and there’s nothing else around it. The walls and door are so thin you can hear the person next door using the bathroom, and the a/c unit is insanely loud when it kicks on.

So, this location was very disappointing. Simple maintenance is lacking and the property is very dark inside. It feels sketchy. First thing I noticed was the hole in the carport ceiling. The staff at check in was not friendly. The room was dark and dated. There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom that was covered with some sort of plate. The mattress felt old and was creaked. The AC was Very noisy, along with all of the road noise from SR 376. Went to the ice machine and it was not working, had the front off, but looked like it had been that way for a while. Breakfast, though free, was a few pastries, juice, coffee, and some cereals. Though that sounds sufficient, the sum of the items barely covered the end of the counter and again, the room was Very dark. It is off the beaten path, which can be nice, but in this case I worried that my car my be broken into during the night and I felt a little concerned for my safety. Don't let the website photos fool you.

Convenient for airport and a great price but didn’t like the check in announcing my room number out loud when I’m traveling alone. Room key didn’t work and had to go back down again and had to announce my room number again! Rooms a great size bedding clean and comfortable. Bathrooms tiny. Perfect for an overnight convenience stay.

My room looked wonderful, newly refurbished and there was ongoing renovation happening on the lower floors. Although the decor was lovely, certain aspects of the room were impractical (for example, very dim mood lighting in the bathroom, which made it nearly impossible to use the bathroom mirror). I felt like I had stepped into a hotel in the process of being turned into a boutique hotel to fulfill a new owner's vision, but still mid-transformation.

I paid on Expedia and checked in through the text message link 6 hours before we arrived. We drove far so we did not get to the hotel until midnight (which I put 11:30 check in time on the notes when I checked in online). They told me they had no rooms available and gave my room away. Once I told the front desk clerk I had already paid, he somehow had a room available. Poor management and planning.

I'd like to start this off by saying the hotel has already graciously offered to refund my stay. Our stay was a bit strange. The property is currently under construction, so there is a bit of chaos (which is understandable). But, there was an issue with staffing where we were left without a single employee a the hotel for hours. It would have been fine, but my card no longer worked to get into the room and there was no breakfast. A few of us had to wait for two hours until the police could get a hold of the manager to come in and re-issue keys. All just a bit chaotic!

I arrived to find the property dilapidated and the road neglected, potholes everywhere. As I pulled up to the hotel I could see that the structure was very dated. I entered the lobby to find it empty, and there were several reservations lying on the front desk with keycards attached to them. Each reservation had a guest name on it, but I didn’t see mine. There was a sign on the desk that stated that the employee was away but would return shortly. While I’m waiting for the front desk personnel to return, another guest entered the lobby from the hall and informed me that no one has been at the front desk for 5 hours and that guests were “checking themselves in” by grabbing a random reservation and keycards and staying in that room. I was also informed by the other guest that several people were taking advantage of the hotel having no personnel on site and taking things from behind the desk and out of the rooms. The other guest told me to just take a random room assignment and stay the night, but I elected to cancel my reservation and stay somewhere else. I attempted to contact Wyndham but was unable to reach anyone. I contacted Expedia (who I booked through) and they relocated me to a different hotel and paid the difference. Great service from Expedia. Terrible service by Wyndham.

We didn’t make it early for arrival like I thought we got in early am, there was no one @ the front desk no bell to ring or anything so I stood there then when the man came to the desk it was if I had interrupted him in some way, asked can I help you ? I said I need to check in & he said excuse me? So I said it louder. & that we didn’t make it when expected because downtown was packed.

Staff was excellent, stayed 5 days, housekeeping not once came to the room, made the beds, took out trash, put clean towels in. Evan small things like coffee, cream and sugar never refilled. Asked the housekeeper on the floor and she stated, and I quote" NO SPEAK ENGLISH"! Room had no toilet paper, lights did not work, and the TV was so dark when on, might as well not have it on. Will NOT stay there again.

Did not expect the hotel to be in the middle of an industrial park. And it was very far off away from everything. We had 4 in our group and there was only enough for 3. The cold water in the bathroom did not work at all causing myself to burn my hand and you could not even get a drink from it. There is one light that works and the outlets in the room either don’t work or plugs fell out. The interior of the lobby ceiling was falling down due to what looked to be leaks.

Honestly, the outside of the hotel was a little sketchy. The road coming in was very poorly maintained, and the exterior of the building was clear need of repairs, had a pool in the back that had clearly been closed down for years. But the things that mattered to me were affordability, cleanliness, and comfort, and this hotel was perfect for what I was looking for the. The room was very clean, the king bed in our room very comfortable. There was a yummy breakfast available to us when we were departing in the morning. The hotel was pretty clean and was very nicely remodeled inside exterior just needs a facelift, but For the price you can’t beat it.

After checking into the room we kept it moving to our planned day, only to discover after returning to the room to take it down that the room had NO WASHCLOTHS!! Front desk responded by saying they will bring some to your room “ The next day”! Really! Continental breakfast was a joke! Please serve some hot foods!! Oatmeal, simple waffles etc. Terrible experience!!’

There was no breakfast even though it's mentioned that breakfast is included. Expedia review is also wrong as it's mentioned that breakfast is good. There was no breakfast at all. Only coffee was available. Staff directed us to buy breakfast from some place nearby.
