Clean but very run down rooms. Smoky smell in the hall. Manager banging on the door at 10:40 a.m. before checkout, asking if I'm going to extend my stay. Area is safe but no food services in the neighborhood at night.

I book at this motel purely to save money and I get what I paid for. I am thankful the rooms have refrigerator/freezers. And wifi, and HDMI-friendly TVs. This motel is very old and run down. Some rooms have broken toilet tissue holders and are not repaired. Room 204 has a broken shower faucet. I pointed it out weeks ago and was booked in the same room later, with no repair. Some rooms have cracked toilet covers or no toilet covers. An odd thing: each room has two sets of light switches: two at the door and 3 switches at the headboard of the bed. The switches in bed were a creative way to let one turn the lights on or off from bed, and one switch will even turn off the TV. But, the TV remote does the same thing, so the TV switch is obsolete. I have found odd things in the cabinet drawers, including a plastic slinky toy and a bag of muffin mix. The rooms are obviously not thoroughly cleaned between guests. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.

The room was disgusting, dirty sheets and pillow cases, holes in the wall, broken refrigerator with rusty shelves inside, no microwave and the one place to use a microwave closed at 8. I reserved a smoking room and got a non smoking with associate telling me” you should have gotten here earlier that’s the last room we have “. Checked in at 7:15pm Friday and had to check out at 2:30am because I had death in the family and had to drive back to Philadelphia. This hotel should be on hotels.com or any other site.

Check-in should have been a clue about this hotel, it took 3 people to run a credit card The beds were made however the sheets looked like they had been slept in. The fridge had hair inside it. The toilet paper holder was broke and the shower was disgustingly dirty inside and out. There was also little bits of paper on the floor. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. Filthy dirty sticky goo everywhere. Holes in walls, falling ceiling over shower. If I could give a zero I would. Heat did not work. Extremely disgusting should be condemned.

Where do I begin? I'm very shocked that this location is in this condition. There hasn't been a Q& A inspection in a long time, I can tell. Electric socket with cut wires. Electric wires hanging out the walls bathroom floor still has glitter, which tells me it hadn't been cleaned and bed skirt stained. I would like for the owner to reach out explain WHY it's in this condition & WHEN are they fixing a much needed improvement. I DIDN'T STAY; ACTUALLY LEFT. I NEED A REFUND

Filthiest room I’ve ever been in! After a late arrival, I took a shower and got in bed to find the sheets and mattress were wet… WITH A PUDDLE OF URINE. The front desk didn’t care and said there were no other rooms available. It reeked of cigarette and weed smell. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but not this dump!

Every surface of the room was dirty, and every piece if furniture / bed covering had stains. The front office was not helpful with only one employee who could not leave the booth. There was one small towel per person and we could receive another nor get it replaced the next day. There was less than a full roll of toilet paper, and we were told we would be charged for another roll! Overall, worst motel experience we have ever had!!

My Room was supposed to be a Non-Smoking Room. Instead, the hallway and my room reeked of smoke. The Comforter on the bed was visibly dirty with stains and had 2 cigarette burns in it. When I told the front desk about the room they said I should not be complaining. They said that there was no other comparable room available and that did not have extra bedding to change my bedding out. When Expedia reached out to them about the situation they declined my refund even though the room was uninhabitable for me as a nonsmoker. The surrounding area of the hotel was sketchy as well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They get zero stars from me.

This is an honest review, not out of hatred or disrespect. The hotel is very run-down, has not been updated for decades. I believe such properties should be condemned. The room we stayed in smelled like vomit and sewage, fruit flies everywhere. Bathroom floor was dirty and the whole bathroom was not cleaned at all. Everything was very old. The fridge was filthy as well. This place is a hazard to your health. I don't understand who and why allows such violations of human decency. Staff changed the fridge, but refused to move us to a better room. One of the worst hotels in the world we were unfortunate to stay at.

We arrived only to find one of our reservations had been cancelled without informing us. They had only one available room they called an "executive suite" for almost double the room rate for the original reservation. I had no choice but to take it. It was a dump! The desk lady was sorry and tried to help, but blamed everything on the manager. We will never go to this place again.

The attendant was authentic and helped me, however, there were no rags or towels in the room; no iron on deck. The attendant brought me two rags and a hand towel, but no big towels. She did not have a key to the linen room. I mean, c'mon...at least have wash rags and towels and no iron. You get what you pay for, I see

I went to the office to tell them that they haf bed bugs and i was told that i had to wait until the manager came in to be able to move or do anything I went back a few hours later and another person was at the front desk and he yelled at me and when i told him i would call the police he yelled more and then told me their's nothing they would do and when the manager finally came she said she would return my money to the card and but ut would take 10 days and she said how does she know we didn't bring them it was the worst service i had ever had will not be going back.

Arrived at the hotel to find out our reservation was cancelled without notice. This is extremely unprofessional and should have been handled much better as opposed to us arriving late at night to find out we didn’t have a place to stay. Unacceptable.

The property was overall dirty and smelly. The location was fairly good and the room cost was good. Our room was not equipped with enough towels and wash clothes and no glasses. The lighting was poor.

Property is in a poor location and businesses nearby have bars over windows to prevent crimes. We went to our room which had no working lights in it. Front desk clerk told us to check out and her manager would call the following day to sort issue out. We checked out and went to a different property. Waited several days and was denied a refund through hotel manager and Expedia both. Terrible experience. 0/10

It was extremely run down. The location was terrible. I feared for our safety even being in the area. I am always worried about bedbugs so I inspected the beds only to find what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress. The condition of the building was deplorable. I did not stay the night. I used the restroom once and he we n I went to wash my hands, the soaps that were still wrapped were broken and had moisture inside the package. I was very disappointed that Expedia would even have such a hotel represented on their site. I was mortified.
