la limpieza de la habitacion es buena, es austera pero funcional, no tenia ropero o closet, solo el espacio para uno pero abierto para colocar algunas cosas, el baño bien, igualmente austero pero funcional, el hotel no tiene elevador o al menos nosotros no vimos, asi que tuvimos que subir las maletas hasta el piso donde estaba nuestra habitacion, los empleados nos atendieron muy bien, incluso nos dieron recomendaciones para visitar y para comer, cuidado con el estacionamiento, hay pocos lugares, en general nuestra estancia fue muy buena, no es costoso y esta ubicado en una zona donde hay varios lugares para ir a comer, cerca del parque de las palapas, cerca del mercado de artesanias, sin duda volveria a hospedarme con ellos.

Es un hotel bastante regular, no ofrece las mejores instalaciones o algo de lujo pero está muy bien para el precio, si lo que buscas es solo un lugar a donde llegar a dormir y ya este hotel es perfecto. Lo único negativo es que no tiene wifi en las habitaciones

I liked the position and the swimming pool even if it could be better cleaned... I didn't like that even if I clearly asked for a towels changing they didn't change them. I had to ask for toilet paper at the reception. Old but solid structure with A/C. There is no elevator but the building has a typical and welcoming structure.

Les receptionnistes sont adorables de nuit comme de jours , la chambre impeccable toujours bien nettoye et propres , la piscine est un plus ,,,, y a pas beaucoup de bruit dans l hotel malgres qu il est a cote de la route on entend pas beaucoup de bruit , a 5 mn a pieds de la gare ADO, je recommande vivement et un grand bravo et merci aux receptionnistes femmes et hommes...

Wanted a place for a brief stay before an early morning flight. Welcome desk staff were very friendly but the hotel was not a nice place . Horrendous smell in the room & corridor, no hot water or WiFi and overall very very grimy feel. Earwigs in the bathroom.

Unfortunately the place is not what is on pictures, the rooms smell horrible. It's in a good location, but the property needs a very needed renovation, and clean up. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights, we couldn't stay one. Tried to cancel, but I haven't heard from the property nor Expedia and it's been more than a week.

Other customers was very noisy,slamming doors etc.Especially late at night when you are trying to rest.The rooms are not sound proof. If you are someone who has a low tolerance for noise while resting this is a definite no no.

I liked the position and the swimming pool even if it could be better cleaned... I didn't like that even if I clearly asked for a towels changing they didn't change them. I had to ask for toilet paper at the reception. Old but solid structure with A/C. There is no elevator but the building has a typical and welcoming structure.

Wanted a place for a brief stay before an early morning flight. Welcome desk staff were very friendly but the hotel was not a nice place . Horrendous smell in the room & corridor, no hot water or WiFi and overall very very grimy feel. Earwigs in the bathroom.

No WiFi 😔 we only stayed 1night service was great at front desk. And lost of little spots to eat around. Our bed did have a couple of stains on it. But it was an easy quick and cheap stay.
