We arrived at Cancun Airport late in the evening and booked this because it was nearby before we headed down to Riveria Maya the next morning. The location is remote, on a dirt road in a residential neighborhood. Arriving at the hotel at 11:00 there was no food service. The staff were excellent and the facilities very clean.

Great property, the location cannot be better. Just a couple of things... One in front of the hotel and behind there are two bars with live music until 3am mostly everyday, hotel provide ear plugs but if you have light sleep you might find issues. Also the internet works better on the ground level of the hotel, I stayed in the third floor and internet connection was not great.

We booked this hotel because we thought it was close to the airport, however after crossing all the dirt roads to get there it would take the same time as going to cancun hotel zone. Staff is friendly. There was no on site parking, we had to leave the car in the dirt road in front of the hotel, luckily nothing happened. Breakfast was home made, it was nice. Staff at breakfast was nice. The shower was a torcher chamber. We could never manage to keep it at a right temperature. It was always too hot or always too cold. Was not worth the $95, but it's not too bad. Would stay there for $45 a night no problem.

This small hotel is minutes from the airport and located in a resodential area where all tesidences are enclosed by high cinder block walls and razor barbed wire. The facility appears brand new, spacios, clean and very comfortable. The resturant is clean and adequately staffed and very friendly. The pool and deck are clean and well maintained. However, as wonderful as all of the described above was, of the 9 days I reserved and paid for I had to leave after 4 days becausewifi and internet service disappeared and my dentist office could not contact me to let me know when they wanted me to come in for the next 5 days so I could not remain there and the manager refused to refund 5 days of my money. Therefore I have to recommend not scheduling a stay at this hotel

The property is located off the main road onto some sketchy bumpy roads. I asked the attendant if I could walk to a convenience store 10 min away and he said it wasn't safe. The food menu is very limited and extremely expensive by mexican standards. Other than that the property itself was nice and clean as seen in the photos. Service was very good as well.

The property is in the middle of nowhere, it was hard to locate and has literally nothing around. It felt unsafe because there were barbed wire fences around. 7/11 is about a 40 minute walk which is on the main road. The restaurant is open from 7am-8pm we had noway to get food when we arrived we ordered Dominoes and the pizza was terrible. The shower was pretty poor and the bathroom stunk like sewer water. The staff were not friendly and they minded their own business we needed to push for whatever we wanted. I am pushing for a refund as this property is not what was described.

El hotel está súper cómodo, muy limpio y el personal es muy amable. Ofrecen desayuno gratis muy delicioso. Lo único que no me gusto fue que dicen que esta a 11 minutos del aeropuerto de Cancún pero esta como a 20 minutos de distancia y para llegar el camino es muy confuso.

We loved our stay here. Immaculately clean, the staff were wonderful, room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. Be warned, I think you need a car to stay here if you are going to spend more than a night. It's pretty far from everything. If you don't mind driving this place is perfect. I wish I was back there now. Miss it already.

The staff is AMAZING!! Very hospitable and welcoming. Property is beautiful amongst all the trees. Difficult to find especially if coming in at night. Need more signage with reflective lettering. Lovely, large rooms. A fridge in the room would also be great.

It was surprisingly nice once you past through the large steel door into the property also the kitchen staff were amazing,my only complaints are the echo ing sounds of other guests in the hallway and the super hard bed

Hotel is in a very quiet area. As soon as you go through the gate it shows very nice. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, good shower. In house restaurant with good food that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. Don’t get shocked when you go off the main road, driving to the hotel. Bad roads, not very nice areas, but worth it once you arrive at the hotel. Downside is that you have to take a taxi to go somewhere. Wouldn’t recommend a walk outside the gate. We would go again 👍

Hotel is at a secluded area. The rooms are spacious and the design are very detailed. The bathroom very nice. The staff are very nice! Stayed for 2 nights and its close to the airport. Only thing the location of the hotel and the road towards it is very sketchy.
