The pool was closed and didn't seem like anything would be done about it soon. They only gave us 2 towels when 4 people were staying but just had to ask for the others. When you get off the elevator on the 3rd floor it wreaked of poop. It stunk really bad in the 3rd floor foyer and down the hall. And it was every time so it wasn't like someone had just farted or something. Overall it was fine but I was kicking myself for not checking out casino hotel prices cause they were way cheaper!

Property was nice and the room was clean. Considering all the stuff going on there, the lady at the front desk was really nice.The mattress was a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. The elevator was out of service and people were trapped in it, so we had to use the stairs as they were out of rooms on the ground floor.

Rooms were nasty! First room was dirty, never cleaned! Second room smelled like cigarette smoke (even though they claimed all rooms were non smoking). Third room was better, but the carpet and the velour couch were nasty! That room gave us the ick! We could not leave the hotel because we had no where to stay (long travel), it was super late and we were already charged. The mattress was very springy even with the thin sheets. Do not waste your money or time.

Carpet needed propercleanong especially around the edges , white powder everywhere. Bath tubs are not cleaned. Soap scum built up. Bed was ok and it was quiet during our stay.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, room was not clean, o had used shampoo bottles, hair in toilet and shower, spit up in sink, poop smeared on the toilet. It was not vacuumed and no housekeeping on site after 7pm, we were given cleaners to clean ourselves.

Check in was easy. Lobby appeared clean. Staff was friendly. I don't believe the room was properly cleaned. So tired of staying in hotels that aren't kept clean I didn't see the point of mentioning it because most places don't care. They had a brand new sectional couch that the maid did not vacuum. Each little divot in the cushion had crumbs in it on the top. So gross! The sink drains did not have covers and you could see down into the smelly black and brown gooey drain holes. The toilet did not flush properly. You had to hold it down. Not something I expect in a hotel. The refrigerator had not been emptied from the previous guest and we found beverages belonging to them. They provided a coffee pot next to a loose electrical outlet and no cream or sugar in the room. I had trouble finding somewhere to plug in my phone charger as I did not trust the lamp charger provided that would not even turn on. The outlet by the bed was Loose as well as the one in the bathroom that my plug simply fell out of. The size of the room however was nice but the recliner we had thought we were getting was broken by another guest and was not replaced in time for our stay. My husband cannot lay flat because of a spinal disease and he usually sleeps in a recliner, the reason I chose to book this room. Sadly he was not able to get much sleep so neither was I. The pillows felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Typically soft and firm are provided. Overall a decent enough place in a convenient location.

Not very good my bed had stained sheets and stained shower curtain, as well as the toilet had pervious visitors urinal markings. It just overall just a good stay, wouldn’t recommend.

The pictures were incredibly misleading! In the pictures the room looks clean and new. Our room was dirty everywhere. Hair and dirt in the shower, sink, counters, lamps, floor and carpet not vacuumed. The building was old and run down. Would never have stayed there if the pictures looked accurate! Toilet seat also falling off.

For the price, the hotel was fine. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Walls are thin and we could hear someone's TV all night long. The parking lot had a couple of unsavory looking guys hanging out at times. I wouldn't let my teenage granddaughters go to the car alone. The smell from the sewage plant was noticeable but not horrible. The trucks were pretty noisy at times. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and nice. Overall, it was a good deal and served our purpose (I was in town for doctor's appointments.) A lamp by the beds would make it much nicer. Thank you!

It was next to a truck stop but never heard trucks. The AC was good at keeping the room cool but it was loud on High. The front staff was very friendly and helpful with getting DoorDash delivered

The staff in charge of cleaning rooms did an outstanding job. Sometimes the staff in charge of the front desk were absent causing a person having to wait for quite awhile before getting assistance, however, they were helpful when present.

Awesome place to stay just close enough to town without all the traffic and noise!! The mother and daughter duo running the front desk are amazing never get more welcomed at a hotel before thanks ladies!!

The room was cold, and the heater was apparently disconnected. Only one thin blanket on the bed. Was cold all night, even wearing my warmest jacket to bed. The restaurant mentioned in ads for hotel was closed, apparently permanently. Looks like the bean counters are scraping all quality out of the hotel. The staff was overextended, but as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. They are definitely underpaid for all the extra work they are trying to do. Their service was excellent, there just wasn't anything they could do in this situation.

We arrived from Portland, it was a 10 hour drive. It was 8:45 when I walked into check into the room, but nobody was there. I seen a sign that said they’ll be back in 30. So odd because I’ve never seen a sign like that except to ring the bell when needing assistance. I stood there waiting for 5 mins before leaving to get dinner. The sign never said when they’d actually be back so we guessed after getting food down the road they’ll be back. We spent time driving to different fast food joints because it was a busy weekend so everywhere was busy. By the time we returned it was 30 mins later at 9:15pm. Nobody was still there, I told my mom so she got out walking around looking. She tapped on the counter, we called the front desk a couple times, knocked on nearby doors (not hotel rooms) and nothing. My mom found the button to ring the doorbell

My room faced the back parking lot with all the semi trucks and activity happening in back parking lot was noisy. There was always someone smoking in front of the entrance so it made it unpleasant with the smell but The front staff was very nice. The hotel was located right off the highway so it was pretty convenient.

It was close to the freeway for easy access. The floor in the room was sticky. I had to use water and kind of mop the floor myself. The continental breakfast was a real joke! Just a blueberry muffin and a bagel. The food at the restaurant was really good!

Stayed 1 night after taking 8 children to the water slides nearby. Upon check-in was informed Pool was closed which is one of the only reason I chose this hotel for the kids. Booking states they have a continental breakfast which is a lie. All they had was just coffee and a few pastries. Receptionist was very nice and it was not her fault. Dead spiders in corners of bathroom floor and room smelled like dog pee. Absolutely will not be staying here again.

The staff was nice, the non smoking hotel smelled like cigarettes all the time, the room had a crappy shower head the toilet ran until my husband fixed it, and the tv had bad reception and lines running across the top. Some channels were just static. The free breakfast was not diabetic friendly with very few options overall.
