Fire alarm went off twice during my stay. Parking was terrible. Front desk clerk seemed anmoyed by my questions about my room and stay as a first time customer. Room was clean and decent. Other than mentioned above, i have no other issues.

This was below average for a 3 star hotel. Strange interactions at the front desk checking in (the person could not answer basic hotel questions). Insufficient towels in the rooms, and no place to hang towels (!!??) Very noisy air conditioners. Shabby room interiors and not well maintained. Loud closing doors. Very inconvenient road access to the hotel, and almost inadequate parking spaces. Unfortunately, I will think twice about booking a Marriott hotel again.

A Wonderful staff! Such a clean hotel... And ALL of the exercise equipment was new, functional, working and so so clean. Loved the location as well- Will always choose this Courtyard when in town!! Great job to this Courtyard team!

The evening front desk staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, there was hair everywhere, the construction made the hotel very difficult to access, and there were several dirty towels in our room. It also needed some work done because the grout in the bathroom was moldy.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was never a shortage of restaurants and bars nearby for a great time. However, the pillows on the bed were terrible along with the AC. I set the thermostat on 65 when I got to the room. The temperature reached 65° a full 29 hours later.

Bar closed at 945 on Friday and Saturday which is odd. There was 20 or more of us and we had to go to the gas station to get drinks. Breakfast person was not very customer focused and rude to folks. I left and just went somewhere else. If you are in the service industry you should be more customer centric.

Our room was nice but the sink didn’t drain in the bathroom, we asked for a lower level room and the staff put us on the top floor. My husband has a severe fear of elevators, which is why we asked. The area around the property was quite sketchy.

Road construction, road to hotel was closed from highway. Not the fault of the Courtyard but a ‘heads up’ would have been nice since the construction has been ongoing a couple of years and is going to continue for possibly 2 more years.

Horrible bartender service, attended everyone with great service and attitude besides me. Told me bar was closed 15 minutes before closing time, so i walked away and then seen drinks being served to the other people there. She even gave them drinks to go.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Marriot in Kemah. Really clean, and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our short walk to the nearby pizza and wings restaurant. The bar offered great service, and the patio was a great way to relax. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

We were at the Kemah Boardwalk, and made the last minute decision to find a room so that we didn't have to be on the road late. I reserved the room online. At check in time, I had minimal interaction with the staff, but the woman who checked us in was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable for the four of us. I have stayed in many hotels, and typically, the ones that are a bit pricier per night always have *some* type of breakfast, however this location charges $10.00 per person for breakfast which I thought was odd and out of the ordinary for a "better" hotel. Long story short, if you're looking for a family friendly place near the Kemah Boardwalk, there are PLENTY of far cheaper options, that also include light snacks all the way to a full meal included in the price.
