Beautiful large room with kitchen, lovely amenities. Wonderful vacation spot. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Friendly and helpful staff.

3 stories and no elevator. Cold showers. Took 20 minutes to get warm water. Tv kept going out

We loved how well stocked our suite was… it had everything needed, right from dish soap to laundry detergent. The pool was fabulous… grounds were beautiful. The only thing that I would say made me give 4 stars was that the restaurant closed at 7 and I was hoping for more options at the restaurant.

There was not enough parking at building 6. Numerous handicapped spots open but no regular spots. The shower water takes at least 7 minutes to come out hot. What a waste of water in a state that needs all the water they can get. I asked 2 other guests and they said the water in their rooms was the same.

Staff was great. Our building had no elevators.

Room was great. Very quiet. Very nice staff. Only complaints were the dryers took forever to dry a small load and the shower took a long time to warm up. Loved the convenience of having all dishes and utensils even BBQ utensils available. Great play ground and the kids loved the splash pad.

Most of the rooms have been updated and the public grounds are very well maintained. Look for the cactus garden in back. It is a surprise and thoroughly unique. The new paddle board courts are very well used. The basketball court looks new as well. The public barbeque grills are cleaned daily. The kitchen is well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower is large and has a unique fixture. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

We stayed in one of recent renovated units and that was very nice. Appliances, finishes, beds, furniture, including the fold out sofa very nice and the unit was kept very clean. Loved the shower. And the unit must be well insulated, as it was very quiet and the resort was sold out!! Parking was a bit difficult and never was able to park near our unit.

Great stay except they only have 2 water heaters for the whole property. You waste a lot of water bc it takes 5 mins to heat up.

Stayed for four days and didnt have my room cleaned once. No restaurants on property except for a pool bar. No convenience store. It's clean, staff are friendly, but it is a pretty bare bones experience.

We stayed at this property about 10 years ago and really enjoyed it. The property is now looking tired and is very much in need of an update. The couch in our room had holes in it. The floor was filthy. It took almost 10 minutes to get hot water.I called and they came and cleaned the floor for us. They also said they are aware of the water issue and working on it, as well as, planning an update for the property. The staff was mostly friendly and communicative. I would call to confirm updates have been done before booking this property. .

Property was beautiful! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Only minor issue was the room we stayed in wasn’t cleaned very well but overall the stay was great!

Because it's a time-share, they don't clean well. They even have a sign saying the Maricopa county doesn’t require them to clean the dishware. And so they don't. Plus, they texted and knocked on our door at 7am to remind us to go to their sales pitch nuisance. Woke us out of a deep sleep.

They clean the room every 3 days

Whereas the staff was excellent the property was old and much in need of repairs. The water pressure was so bad that I'm sure the dishwasher was not able to perform. The floors were dirty upon my arrival but the hotel welcome was exemplary, and they took care of it right away! At times it got quite loud too with foreign speaking people roaming the halls.The staff did the best they could with what they had to work with, but I would not stay there again.

Lock on door did not lock Safety latch not properly secure Huge safety risk as you could kick door & anyone could get in Staff mention no pet & RV when there are pets & oversized vehicles every single time including smokers Handle on tub leaks bad Vent for a/c filthy Vent in bathroom filthy Handles door knobs microwave dishwasher filthy including bathroom sink Pool area always filthy from food & drinks Kids are always in big pool never in kid pool makes it really inconvenient for those not wanting to swim with kids screaming & squirting water guns Pool water murky Holes in tile & grout in pool area No sign of instructions in room on how to work a/c thermostat's also most are missing batteries or indicates batteries are low Visible mold growth in shower area around corners of tile Shower heads are very low in pressure & not all rooms have exact same shower heads Hole on dry wall near shower head Very low pressure when turning on hot water in bathroom & kitchen Noticed an increase from $250 hold for incidentals to $300 Zero security in & around property regulating policy regarding no smoking no pets no RV’s or any other sleeper vehicals Couch cushions are filthy &/or pilling or falling apart Surface level of cleanliness &/or rooms are not cleaned Overall property needs to do better on safety in/& around property as well as poor management on safety concerns that have been presented on more than one occasion in more than 1 room each stay

Had a lovely time and would stay again. Rooms were a little dated but very clean. All of the staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. Everyone made us feel at home.

Nice text messages, friendly staff. Bathroom had a moldy ceiling and shower needs to be replaced. Takes a long time to get warm water. Area is bleak and without sidewalks for walking or running. Staff inside little cafe also very nice.

The room was exceptionally spacious and the pool was awesome

Shower pressure sucks. Probably needs filters behind the heads cleaned. Or change heads. Pillows and mattress are too soft for anyone over 40, trust me most people would say that. Tv doesn’t have smart features, doesn’t cast. Needs a newer tv. Only half of the hot tub barely works. Great neighborhood.

I thought the room was beautiful. The bed was OK to sleep in but the bathroom & shower were just like I am use too. Nice shower with good shower soap, shampoo & conditioner. I think I had fun in there just showering. The one down fall was the A/C unit was loud and could not hear the TV when it kicked on. Although the air was cool and comfortable it was loud which made it hard to sleep.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The one bedroom condo was bigger than our apartment, was updated nicely and had a wonderful balcony for sipping coffee in the morning. Spent our time by the pool which was amazing! Only negative—there were no additional towels available by the pool. The only ones provided you had to bring and reuse from the room.

I was asked “when is the baby due” upon check in by a staff member, I am not currently pregnant and found this both very offensive and hurtful. I was then asked why my husband and I were staying with them, I told them it was because my husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic early the following morning. What I said seemed to be completely disregarded as I was being pressured to attend a presentation to get another free night or a gift card. I expressed once again I would be unable to attend as I needed to bring my husband to the hospital the following morning, at the same time at the presentation, for his surgery. I was signed up for the presentation anyway and a $40 hold was placed on my card.

Nice place but check in was laborious. After checking at front desk was steered to another desk to listen to pitches for the vacation club membership. Said not interested three times. I did not like that when all I wanted to do was to find a comfortable place to wait until the room was ready. No on site vending though the small poolside restaurant is fine and has friendly staff. Personnel overall were pleasant and professional.

The staff is excellent!!! They are attentive, relatable, friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this Hilton property to everyone.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The balcony is nice and the staff is friendly. It is a “vacation club” so they are pushy about setting you up with an appointment to buy a time share

Right when you walk in the front desk staff, greeted you and are super friendly. Made check in and out stress free. Sent daily texts to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

A beautiful property and enjoyable stay. The pool was outstanding, with a poolside bar to add to the fun. It was just the experience we came to Phoenix for. It made our first time to the area one to remember! Before we checked in, we weren't aware that we would be confronted by a bit of a high pressure salesperson trying to entice us to a presentation the next morning regarding a vacation rental (basically a time share). We made it clear we weren't interested, even as they offered to pay us just to attend the sales meeting. That was a bit annoying, but we held our ground and they let us go. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

I booked and pre paid for 2 rooms. They only had a reservation for 1 room. It took 30 minutes to check in for the room they could find. It took an hour for the second room that they had to create. First room was not cleaned well. Have plastic bags in the bathroom from previous guests. Second room had a bad smell and multiple broken or damaged items. They are cheaply redone apartments. They had no other rooms available for the entire stay and never had anyone come check or try to clean the smell while I was there, they also never offered a discount, food voucher, late check out, etc for the problems. Check out is early at 10am which is inconvenient. I expect a lot more from the name Hilton, especially when it is advertised as a 4-Star Resort.

Our stay was wonderful. We originally had a third floor room. My wife recently had knee surgery and it was near impossible for her to walk up three flights of stairs (no elevators). We requested a ground level room. The staff worked diligently and after the first night, they were able to arrange a ground level room for us which made the remaining stay just perfect.

Appreciated the amenities of the handicapped room! Enjoyed the pool. Location was great for our doctor visits to Mayo Clinic Hospital.

The facility is very clean, but it takes a bit of time for hot water to come out of the shower. There is a restaurant, but it's small and has limited opening hours, making it quite difficult to eat at the hotel. Moreover, there are no restaurants within walking distance, so it's advisable to bring your own food when staying here.

Great pool, sport courts and decent pool side restaurant. Good for families and reunions. This is not a walkable property to any area for food or entertainment and you end up being dependent on a car.

This hotel was so close to the ball field. There was breakfast in the morning and we found it quiet and relaxing. Lots of food options in the neighbourhood.

Had a 2nd floor 1 bedroom unit. Had a large living room and nice kitchen. Bathroom was very large with large tub. Nice patio. The pools were very nice. Diet Coke was only $2.18 so priced great. Great N Scottsdale location just south of the 101. I'd recommend.

cafe is great. pool fine open early and late is good. drinks and food all day. breakfast thurs-sunday is wonderful.

arking was alittle stuggle. coming back from a dinner aftet 9 pm when the gate is already closed and not finding any sports available to park, might be frustrating. We had t park on the other side of the resort, it gave us 5 min walk. We do not mind that much but some peope might find this as a big problem. no breakfast served in the property is also a bit of a issue. Everything else is perfect.

Disappointed in no restaurant other thsn the pool cantina. Not even a vending machine on the property

The food at the "pool patio" bar was excellent. All of the workers at the property were very friendly.

The room was great. Dining options, not so much!
