Room had mold or just really dirty in the bathroom. Did not have couch but 2 chairs for kiddo to lay on like advertised. Breakfast was bare minimum, and no dining room as typed sign said under renovations. Front desk staff on phone very loud with whatever they were listening to/watching.

Property has/is being remodeled but still not in great condition. Bathroom door wouldn't close, suitcase could not go in bedroom due to size, lots of mold. Definitely repairs needed, not just fresh paint over the issues Staff is wonderful always

This is an older property but the beds are comfortable and clean and the staff are so friendly. There wasn't a lot to their continental breakfast: quiche, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. I will say however that they had an amazing amount of toppings available for the oatmeal and yogurt. There was also fresh coffee, tea bags, hot water and all the fixings. We only stayed for a night but because each room is a suite you could always cook up your own meals if you're staying longer. Our door stuck pretty bad so I had to put my shoulder into it to open it but my husband could open it ok. All in all I think it's a good place, especially if you plan on staying for a while.

My A/C in my room did not work at all. It was so hot in my room I had to open the window. My shower curtain had mildew on it. The first time I opened the closet door the handle came off and i wasn’t being rough with the door knob. I’m also very certain that they gave me the wrong room.

Found a hair in my bed when I turned down bedsheets and left hair on bathroom vanity in clear view. Called front desk and was given all new bed sheets -- I just slept on top of bed with blanket - did not change sheets. And was told to speak with front desk when checking out. Upon doing so, I was offered Mariott points but was told that was all that employees could do. I'm not a Mariott member so guess I'll try to speak to manager in next few days to request monetary compensation........very disappointed.

When I first arrive, it was a young man that checked me in. I did not get his name, but he was very professional. The next morning, when I went down to breakfast, it was a young lady. (I know she work on Tuesday and was off on Wednesday). I called her to breakfast lady) I did not get her name, but she was very friendly and made me feel so welcome. Yes, just because of these two staff members, I will return in the future. Only one issue the shower control did not work properly.

When I went to check in the facility Maintenace man handed me my key because front desk manager wasn’t onsite. He told me he was only handing out keys. I didn’t sign anything and I requested for a cancellation once the front desk manager finally showed up. The hotel doesn’t match the online pictures. The place look like it has turned into a long stay MOTEL. I didn't stay And asked for a refund and the manager was extremely rude to me when I told her I felt unsafe.

We checked in on Thursday afternoon and I left my husband to go see my daughter in the hospital. While my husband was in the room napping someone used a key and entered our room. When I went to the front desk they said it wasn’t true. My husband was a cop for 30 years and had no reason to lie. They didn’t care. I told them I was leaving the property immediately and they refused Expedia’s request for any refund, and charged me both nights. This hotel is not safe, and the first thing you see at the desk is their multi-screen security cameras. They said nothing has ever happened like this before so therefore it didn’t happen. We decided to stay elsewhere and I’m a little surprised a hotel would be so unconcerned about a guest safety issue. Would never allow anyone I know to stay there. Be careful!

Never in my life have I showed up to a hotel reservation only to be told it was cancelled because it was overbooked until this trip. After arriving at 11pm with 2 tired kids and some confusion from the staff, they booked me for a one night stay at another hotel even though I had pre-paid for a 3 night stay. I did get my money back from hotels.com but that was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a pre-booked pre-paid hotel.

So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly.

The customer service was amazing. The young lady at the front desk was sweet and helpful. She was truly pleasant. The bed was beyond amazing. I was able to sleep, get rest. The hotel was quiet and in a good location. I ate next door at the Texas Steak house which was full though the area was still quite. Breakfast was not all that I expected. 😕 I had a couple premade burritos, some fruit, and bottled water. It was ok though not what I was hoping for.

It was fine. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The property was clean and rooms were clean, but there was a musty smell, which is to be expected in Louisiana. It is a bit older property, That being said, it had well stocked kitchens, big rooms, and a breakfast and coffee bar.
