We called before we booked as we live only 15 miles away . We wanted to know if the pool and hot bub were open . We were to yes to both. After booking and checking in we notice hot tub was roped off with caution tape . When ask , desk man said it would be up and ready 2 in hours. The hot tub was the ONLY REASON WE WERE PAYING FOR A HOTEL . $90.00 IS EXPENSIVE FOR JUST TOBUSE A HOT TUB. After 3 and a half hour wait it was not open . It was only at 88° . It would be 10 PM before it was hot enough . Pool and spa close at 10 PM ! THEY OPEN UP AT 9 I THINK IN MORNING BUT CHECK OUT IS 11:00 . They made us put $100 on hold at checkin though room was already paid for . We told them we wanted our money back . They took hold off the credit card but seriously doubt we will het money back for the room though he said we would . Then he also said Hot tub was up and operational. We got to this hotel once a year for probably 10 years but yesterday was our last trip . It will never happen again. Dishonest, deceptive to their customers!

The suite was roomy, but a little dingy and dirty. There is no onsite restaurant or breakfast offered, which is inconvenient. The pool had a visible algae bloom and the front office staffed said the chlorine level was acceptable. A quick trip to Walmart and the purchase of a water test proved otherwise. Overall, I will not be staying in this hotel in the future.

Sheets weren't clean. Not sure but looked like bed bugs - black specks near the foot of the bed. Mattress was uncomfortable. Handicap shower leaked water across the bathroom floor, into the bedroom area all the way to the opposite wall due to lack of proper slope at the base.

We requested a room on the 1st floor and were assigned a room on the 2nd floor and told that there is an elevator. The room had a wall that had been repaired with Hardiboard and now texturing over the board. The room smelled musty and we could not view our car, which is why we wanted a 1st floor room.

We had a one night stay, guess it was ok for the price. Beds were VERY hard, room could have used a more thorough cleaning, and there was no breakfast except for coffee but they did not even have decaf so we had nothing. Vending machine was cash only so we could not use that either. Nice that it was non smoking but the cigarette butts were all over the ground outside. Staff was pleasant enough.

Check in was smooth. The front desk guy was super friendly. Took a bit to find where he said to park to enter but otherwise no probs. Area seems a little sketchy but not too bad. Very impressed when we were leaving and a whole Kroger shopping cart was in the second floor landing. Husband and kid said pool was nice until a group of kiddos came in and started splashing and being loud, like kids do. I’ve definitely slept on worse beds but these weren’t the most comfy either. They were harder than my liking. One suggestion would be a bedside table by every bed side. We used a rolling chair for an extra bed table. If there was breakfast as advertised, we never found out as we had to leave early our whole stay for tournaments. I Would for sure stay again.

VetteCity Hotel was a decent place to stay. Staff was friendly, pool and hot tub was nice. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable. For that reason alone, we would probably stay elsewhere when in the area again. But everything else was fine.

We got to our hotel at 9:50 pm and was told we could not get in the hot tub past 10 pm. Then we ask what times does it open in the AM and was told 10 AM, knowing we had to check -out at 11 AM. So we never got to use the hot tub and with having 4 back surgeries it would have been nice before bed to at least get in for 30 min. They would not bend the rules. We had to park around back in the dark. “We” as in two ladies only. The hallway to our room was dark. Hard to see. Front desk associates were nice. Room was clean no bed bugs,,yes we checked! More than likely will not be back.

Was just an overnight. Weve stayed at this location numerous times under different names. For the price its excellent. The improvements over the 12 years weve stayed are phenomenal. The pics on the website are not reminiscent of the rooms. The descriptions as in the meals also not 100% accurate. The stay was pleasant and the staff very helpful and friendly

I left right after blood on floor in first room second room smelled like pure roach spray. When I requested a refund they said I need to call hotel.com so I guess on both sides I am eating the cost of the room.

The hotel was good. Only had a couple issues. First one was that the floor by the window in our room was soaking wet. I'm not sure if this was from the AC unit above us or all the rain or both you could see on the outside where they tried to seal it. Second issue was that online it said that there was free breakfast however, there was no breakfast at all.

The pool was nice, but the hot tub did not work! There is no breakfast. I also had to track down someone to get a bag for the trash and towels on our 2nd day even though I asked for room service to clean the room! Not to mention I had to take out my own trash.
