Great service starting from check-in, all staff were very fluent in English and all very friendly. The parking was quite nearby (200m walking) and priced very reasonably for that area in Milan. The area was actually less busy because it wan't next to the shopping malls, hoever, it was only a 600m walk to Monte Napoleone and other busy shopping areas, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again if was to visit this area in Milan, only downside perhaps is that during lunch time, lots of people from surrounding offices will come out for lunch so all small restaurants and sandwich shops are quite busy around noon time.

Right in the center of Milano in a perfect walkable area this boutique property offers very spacious, comfortable suites. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and being in the center of the city definitely makes up for the lack of room service. This has been my fave place to stay in Milano for years now and I’ ve never had a bad experience.

Die Unterkunft erfüllte in unserem Fall ihren Zweck, indem sie in der nähe der Shoppingmeile war. Leider lässt die Einrichtung sowie die Luxusatributtion zu wünschen übrig. Hier ist warum: Frühstück = Ein Tray mit zwei Supermarkt Croissants, billiger Confitüre das bereits beim Check-in im Zimmer steht. Neben an eine hochwertige Nespresso Maschine, die aber so schmutzig war, dass wir deshalb keinen Kaffe getrunken haben. Die angeblichen Molton Brown Pflegeprodukte, wurden in unserem Zimmer wie es scheint verdünt. Eines unserer Handtücher hatte zwei Löcher im Durchmesser von einem 5 Franken Münzenstück. Da fragt man sich weshalb die Unterkunft solche Tücher noch einsetzt. Überall an den Wänden hatte es Stellen wo sich der Verputz löste und im Bad hatte es so viele Kalkflecken das man am besten gar nicht erst genauer hinsah. Das ganze wurde dann abgerundet als wir beim Auschecken unsere Koffer zur aufbewahrung da liesen und die Mitarbeiterin ein Zimmer aufmachte wo frische Handtücher Stapelweise unverpackt auf Regalen lagen und die Koffer von anderen Gästen bereits diesen Raum gut ausfüllten und die frischen Handtücher berürten. Deshalb können wir leider keine andere Bewertung als diese abgeben, weil die Unterkunft nicht dem entspricht wie es sich positioniert.

The location of the property is amazing, very conveniently located near metro and shopping and dining options. Cleanliness was almost great, except for an open bottle of sparking wine in the mini fridge. Facilities were not great as far as air conditioning and sound/noise. They said there was a national directive that they couldn’t turn air conditioning on until after May though untrue for other hotels we stayed at on our trip. The HVAC only had a heat option but no fan, so we had to open the windows for air circulation, but when windows opened it was very noisy outside.

This hotel is super clean and very spacious. The interior is updated, bed comfortable, walk in shower that had great water pressure. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating It is easy walking to the shopping district and the Duomo. Room refrigerator wasn't turned on until the second day after housekeeping. The AC did not work, the room was hot and only cooled with the windows open. This was fine until the 5am street cleaning. Other than that the staff are wonderful and the heated towel rack was a pleasant surprise. Very nice place to stay.

The Montenapoleone was in a great area near enough to The Duomo and shopping ton easily walk in 10 to 15 mins but not so close that you feel trapped in the tourist congestion. The staff wad friendy and spoke English well and the suite was huge and well appointed. Truly the largest accomdation I've experienced in Europe. The only hiccup was a day long wifi outtage, which was an inconvenience but when in Milan i would definitely stay again.

The room was incredibly large compared to any standard room we have stayed in and definitely by most European standards. Very modern and clean. Loved the complementary water and Nespresso coffee maker! Also steps from all kinds of shopping and the duomo. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The service is top notch. Front desk staffs greeted me every time I walked in and out the hotel. They even emailed me and in advance to ask either I want sofa bed made. I booked business room. The room is very big for the price. I walked up to duomo several time per day. It was an easy walk and surrounded with many restaurants. I love my stay here.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca del cuadrante de la moda y el Duomo. La atención desde que llegas es excelente. Anthony, quién nos recibió fue muy amable y nos sugirió lugares donde cenar. La habitación es amplia con buenas amenidades. Además de secadora de pelo hay plancha de alisado. Tienes agua, galletas y café sin costo en tu habitación a diario. Excelente hotel que recomendamos con gusto.

The service from the moment we arrived until we left was beyond superb! Isabella and the other front desk step went above and beyond to make you comfortable including walking you to your room and showing you how to open door and showing you amenities. If I could rate this hotel with more than 5 stars I would definitely do so!

The front manager and other staff apologized to me and said they will provide 200% service so I didn’t ask refund rest of the nights. But when we were back to the hotel at night. They didn’t clean up the room at all and even no free water no towels whole night. Shocked again. We left at 3:30 pm that day and cleaning service finished 2 pm. I didn’t know and even they didn’t ask if anything we need when we are out. Just mentioned that they will provide if we ask the water….. I was really wondering where was 200% better service. My mom said it was not worth to stay compare with the price and seriously ruined our good mood for travel. There was no restaurant for breakfast and coffee machine water part also so dirty. I will not stay there again

This hotel is super clean and very spacious. The interior is updated, bed comfortable, walk in shower that had great water pressure. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating It is easy walking to the shopping district and the Duomo. Die Unterkunft erfüllte in unserem Fall ihren Zweck, indem sie in der nähe der Shoppingmeile war. Leider lässt die Einrichtung sowie die Luxusatributtion zu wünschen übrig. Hier ist warum: Frühstück = Ein Tray mit zwei Supermarkt Croissants, billiger Confitüre das bereits beim Check-in im Zimmer steht. Neben an eine hochwertige Nespresso Maschine, die aber so schmutzig war, dass wir deshalb keinen Kaffe getrunken haben. Die angeblichen Molton Brown Pflegeprodukte, wurden in unserem Zimmer wie es scheint verdünt. Eines unserer Handtücher hatte zwei Löcher im Durchmesser von einem 5 Franken Münzenstück. Da fragt man sich weshalb die Unterkunft solche Tücher noch einsetzt. Überall an den Wänden hatte es Stellen wo sich der Verputz löste und im Bad hatte es so viele Kalkflecken das man am besten gar nicht erst genauer hinsah. Das ganze wurde dann abgerundet als wir beim Auschecken unsere Koffer zur aufbewahrung da liesen und die Mitarbeiterin ein Zimmer aufmachte wo frische Handtücher Stapelweise unverpackt auf Regalen lagen und die Koffer von anderen Gästen bereits diesen Raum gut ausfüllten und die frischen Handtücher berürten. Deshalb können wir leider keine andere Bewertung als diese abgeben, weil die Unterkunft nicht dem entspricht wie es sich positioniert.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca del cuadrante de la moda y el Duomo. La atención desde que llegas es excelente. Anthony, quién nos recibió fue muy amable y nos sugirió lugares donde cenar. La habitación es amplia con buenas amenidades. Además de secadora de pelo hay plancha de alisado. Tienes agua, galletas y café sin costo en tu habitación a diario. Excelente hotel que recomendamos con gusto.

I liked the simplicity of the property, the staff were amazing and very helpful! I will definitely stay there when I go back to Milan!! It is in the heart of Milan, the Duomo was a couple of minutes walk and we had a supermarket right next to the hotel. Plus you get all snacks and non-alcoholic drink for free!

Right in the center of Milano in a perfect walkable area this boutique property offers very spacious, comfortable suites. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and being in the center of the city definitely makes up for the lack of room service. This has been my fave place to stay in Milano for years now and I’ ve never had a bad experience.

The room was incredibly large compared to any standard room we have stayed in and definitely by most European standards. Very modern and clean. Loved the complementary water and Nespresso coffee maker! Also steps from all kinds of shopping and the duomo. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We were greeted by Yana, a delightful young lady who spoke excellent English and explained the functions of the hotel She also recommended lovely restaurants in the close vicinity on our arrival. Location is perfect and just around the corner from San Babila metro stop which is on the Blue line and only 7 stops from Linate airport. This hotel is also very close to all major attractions and shops and restaurants It doesn’t serve breakfast but lots of places nearby…. A Nespresso machine in the room with additional croissants etc
