First off 99% of the staff barely spoke English. The food was salty and not good options- authentic island dishes would have been a better choice. Drinks were awful and if you asked for one, it either never came or took a very long time to be served. Also, I felt like I was treated differently by some staff members because I’m a person of color. My best part of the hotel stay was a facial at the spa by Julia. I also had a butler who helped me book my dinner reservations. Would I visit this resort again? I would have to say, no.

Yanet welcomed us like royals! The experience was just exquisite, the room was beautiful and clean, the food was delicious especially Vespa Italian restaurant. The drinks were delicious and evening activities very entertaining!
