The staff was very helpful; and courteous. The facility is starting to show some wear but for the location it perfect. Parking can be an issue as its valet and the lot is not connected to the property.

Room was relatively clean but chair was worn and had visible stains. Furniture was austere and cheap looking. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and there was a slight smell of sewer gasses. I would not stay here again.

Great location in Pittsburgh with a lot of food and things to do in the area. It says there is onsite parking available but I think you have to be extremely lucky to actually not have to pay, it's all street parking. We finally gave up and used the valet service which was fine. It was quiet at night and we didn't have any problems.
