The hotel was good but the parking garage is unusable

The pool was small and the water cloudy. The bath tub did not drain. There was a dirty towel left on the window sill. There was fingerprints / hand prints on the window. We called and asked for new room with working drain they gave us one. The front desk gave us a half sorry for the inconvenience. The new room was not very clean either. The a/c fan squeaked. I called to speak to management I was told he would not be there until the following day at 3pm left message as of 8pm no call back. I was also scolded by the breakfast attendant. Breakfast started at 7 am we had an early event to attend my family went to grab fruit 6:50A.M . Lights where on no one around we started to help ourselves and the attendant came out first words out of her mouth were, EXCUSE ME CAN I HELP YOU? I responded with yes we have an early event we just want to grab something and go. She looked at us and said that she needed to set up we have to leave the area. We did as well as other guests who where in the same area. Then she continued and just walked away without saying anything. Myself and the others are like is it ok to get food now ? Not very hospitable

The hotel was great. Friendly service. The room is very spacious and we loved the fact that the shower and large sink were in one bathroom and there was a separate bathroom with a toilet and sink. This is a great feature if you have more than one person. Everything was very clean and we loved the sitting area too. Our daughter used the pool and had a blast. It was clean and towels were provided. The only (slightly) negative issue was the main sink drained very slow and the TV would "glitch" from time to time. Besides that, perfect hotel!

Very quick and easy to check in/out. Nice quiet room and comfortable bed. The parking garage was a little tricky to find at first and small but there’s a public garage nearby as well.

Cool view of downtown, clean room, pool is very small, breakfast choices were good, lots of food choices nearby, was not notified that parking was extra, parking lot was very tight. Convenient location.

Beautiful & quiet rooms in the best location. Only negative is that the parking lot below the hotel is convenient but also hard to maneuver in and they charge extra. Will definitely stay here again. Great restaurants on the street and T stop is next door.

The property seems like it was recently renovated and looks good. The room was big enough for 2 adults and teenagers. Modern, clean and updated. They have onsite parking in the basement. It was a bit small and needed getting used to. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The daily included breakfast was much appreciated. It included hot/cold options. The gym/pool was on the small side. The property location was very close(walking distance) to bars, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a great experience.

The staff was exceptionally gracious. The room was a bit dated, and the parking was pricey and tight to navigate. But that’s a function of the location, right smack in downtown Mt. Lebanon, with no room for a big lot.

I generally like this hotel but beware they are not customer-friendly if something goes wrong. I paid $45 total for parking for three nights, and the first night another guest hit my car in the small garage. They have no cameras in the garage (essentially the only place on the property they have none) and thus couldn't ID who did it. They then refused to reimburse the parking fee, and refused to reimburse for my $250 insurance deductible after sending me to a third-party claims handler who was worthless. I asked for a very small and reasonable accommodation and got literally nothing, not even an apology from management. Not a great way to treat a loyal Marriott customer.

Convenient location. Parking garage is poor. Entrance is narrow and need to be careful of poles throughout.

It was hard to locate and the staff (not all) were not very friendly..the room was ok but we were there 2 nites and there was never a maid service. There wasn't a glass or ice bucket in the room or add'l roll of toilet tissue (we had to request from front desk) Disappointing for a Marriott

We have stayed at this location several times. Unfortunately, the bathroom shower was filthy, & there was blood on the mirror above the sink. There was mold & hair around the base of the shower, as well as brown gunk all over the tile in the shower. For the price, as well as what we have come to expect of Marriott, I was extremely disappointed.

The parking is very small! The rooms are ok but they clean the room only at the third day of stay, not before! For the price of the room, they should clean the rooms every day. Didn’t like that! Breakfast didn’t like it neither!

The 1st room was not clean. We moved and the 2nd was much better. The air-conditioning in the hallways and in the main dining area was broken the whole time we were there. It was very hot. The whole experience was pretty good.

Housekeeping or lack of

Facilities were clean when we arrived. The fact that there was no maid service, and we were charged a greatly inflated rate for Friday night because of a golf tournament is unacceptable. How do you have no maid service over the weekend???? When you are charging more???

The bathroom doors should be solid and not frosted glass.

Beautiful room with a great view. The staff was very kind and recommended some good restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Didn’t use the train, but the platform is right next to the hotel which would be very convenient if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room size!

The only downfall was the bed. Extremely uncomfortable!!! The hotel is beautiful, but the bed was absolutely awful! I had back pain for 3 days and had to go to a chiropractor after my stay.

Staff is very nice. Rooms were spacious. Only downside is that the two doors for bathrooms should be solid. Light shines through the frosted glass if someone gets up during night.

The property/hotel room was very clean but our room’s AC was not working properly. In fact the ENTIRE hotel was very hot with only stand alone fans to cool down the front desk, gym, Etc. We went to the front desk and they sent a “maintenance guy” who did absolutely nothing. It is a family friendly hotel and overall I rate it 3 stars.

It was a beautiful, spacious room and very clean

Last year we stayed here for 5 nights and it was fantastic. This year we were disappointed. First with the poorly cleaned room that eventually the AC that broke at 10pm. The staff offered us a new room. We moved that night one floor up and this room was better, but still had some AC issues. The AC didn’t break but we noticed it had a hard time staying at the temp 72-76. It was either 70 and below or 80 if we set it on 72. I believe the AC units were not serviced enough this year. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the maintenance is lacking. The first room seemed worn and needed help from a handy man in some spots. The breakfast was still a plus. Overall for over 200 a night we were disappointed. We heard from the staff that the hotel changed owners. Perhaps this is why things were not as good as last year. Unfortunately if changes are not made we will stay somewhere else next time.

Incredibly over priced for a mediocre hotel. The breakfast was bad even for hotel food. The rooms had a lot of noises from some mystery places. The bed was so uncomfortable we did not sleep very well and the in room amenities did not work.

None of the outlets worked on either side of the bed which was kind of a bummer since I use my cell phone as an alarm clock. The worst part of this stay was the lady who checked me in. She literally put her hand in my face, interrupted me multiple times attempting to check in. She wouldn’t let me speak until I eventually stopped letting her interrupt me and kept talking myself to let her know my RESERVATION started the day prior but I stayed home an extra day for a sick parent. I work night shift and had a housekeeper come in during my sleep - despite my door having the placard saying to not disturb - I was indeed still disturbed as she knocked REPEATEDLY on the door. Can’t say I would come to this hotel again. Not what I expected especially for the price.

Chose this hotel for its close proximity to the T. Perfect and convenient! Staff was super nice. Bed was comfy and clean.

The AM breakfast would have made things so much easier but we were severely scolded by the kitchen person that the breakfast did not start until 6:30 (it was 6:20) and the breakfast was all ready with this person was just doing final prep. No one else was around. We left disappointed and without a nice perk that is expected from hotels like this!

Property was situated in a great area of Pittsburgh/Mt. Lebanon and had everything to make our weekend great. Great staff, breakfast and parking on site.

Close to the T (subway) system! (within 200 yards of the station) took about 45 minutes to get into the city. 3 Great restaurants within a block. Area was clean and felt very safe. Hotel was clean, rooms were really nice, staff was pleasant, breakfast was good. Honestly, not one thing i would improve or change.

Food Seemed fresh. Eggs were very salty and watery. Few choices on toast. Juices could be healthier.

The breakfast was not very good. Wound up finding better coffee down the street.

I liked the pool , breakfast and stay.

Room was comfortable and plenty of towels. Breakfast was great. Location, for me was good. The hotel was in a pleasant area and close to many communities, including downtown Pittsburgh.

Stayed at this hotel for the last three nights before moving out of Mt. Lebanon. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. All the restaurants on the Washington Road are within walking distance. I love this town.
