The out-of-hours automated check in was brilliant when I arrived after midnight. There was also remote assistance to speak to straight away. The room was great, & the staff were super friendly, polite & helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars on the facilities was just because the shower door was a little difficult to shut, & it didn’t get fixed during our short stay over a weekend. The reason I gave 4 stars for location was because it wasn’t like there was a beautiful view or anything, but it was convenient for access to the university & places to eat / visit etc.

The stuff was amazing and really supportive. We arrived quite early and they let us check-in ahead the time. Is a walkable distance from Dumo (around 20 min), they have a shop downstairs for snack and water and they are always there for any question. Small really nice restaurants at about 10 min as well. Stongly recommend to stay there!

The hotel is nice and simple. No crazy thrills but very nice and helpful staff and good breakfast bar. We chose it because of it's proximity to Santa Maria delle Grazie (the Last Super) which was just a short walk as well as the DaVinci museum around the corner. They provide parking at a parking garage (slight discount to park there if you are staying there) and the garage is only 400 meters away, so very walkable. We drove because we were moving all over and needed the flexibility but I think getting there from the central train station would be easy with a taxi, bus or trolley. It would be a 3 mile walk through town which if you have your luggage, would not be ideal to walk there. We read some reviews that there was a smell from the bathrooms. It was slightly at first (not bad), but we ran water in the sink, bidet and shower to make sure the p traps were full and that seemed to stop it and we really did not notice anything. Our room was on the facing street and we really did not have issues with noise. It's a sleepy neighborhood with many locals taking kids to school and people going to work, so it was not busy at all with tourists. Would recommend if you are taking a tour starting from Piazza di Santa Maria delle Grazi.

A good option at a fair price. Easy to find, and walkable from the metro station and easy to get to central areas of Milan for business or as a tourist. Breakfast was good, the staff was helpful, free WiFi, and useful snacks/drinks were available at vending machines. Rooms are a good size with everything you need and very clean. Had everything you need. There is an automated check in machine outside. When you arrive, you think you have to use it as there are no signs to indicate you can go in, and there is a reception desk. The machine is only for nighttime arrival. Better signage would make a difference; we saw others make the same mistake. The facilities are good but it would be better if more care of maintenance was taken. The curtains were damaged and looked like they had oil stains. They needed replacing, and the paintwork needed touching up from luggage marks. Just a little more care with ongoing maintenance would bring this hotel up to a five-star review.

I’ll start off with the good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The town centre is about a 20/25 minute walk, the walk is very nice. Now the not so great. The room initially looked clean, but the shower was alittle moldy, I had forgot to buy shampoo, the shampoo that was there was open (room for contamination). And the bathroom smelt of sewage. The bed was comfortable but it was difficult to sleep when there is a whistling fridge in your room which I was not able to open and put my bottles of water in. There was a back door (fire exit) that was always open to the building with no cameras, definitely a security risk.

Our room was super clean and smells good. The Staffs were very friendly and accomodating (specially Claudio and Maria in reception area) also big thanks to the staff who cleaned our room on our 2nd day. The location was also perfect- few minutes away from Airport and attractions (Santa Maria della Grazie, Arco della Pace and Duomo) We will definitely book again at B&B S’ Ambrogio when we get back in Milan. This hotel is a true value for money.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in dem Hotel. Bahn und Bus ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Mailänder Dom ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstücksbuffet ist top! Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Room was clean, balcony was HUGE and had a great view. Snack bar downstairs was well stocked with beer, wine, water and snacks. I liked the keypad entry because I didn't have to worry about losing a key or locking myself out of the room. Area was quiet but not a long walk to major tourist sites.

Great place to stay. Very clean spacious rooms. I went in March with the temp at around 60F at night. They have a centralized heating and cooling unit so you cannot switch it to cool in the spring and I assume the same for the summer. I just slept with the windows open and it was great!

The room we were assigned was located on the first floor next to the elevator, front desk and near a busy street. We were not able to adjust our room temp after several attempts from staff. The room was hot and stuffy with no air flow. The bed and pillows were poor quality so given all the above factors little sleep was had.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr lauten Umgebung und dazu kommt, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und man jeden Tritt und jede Tür hört. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch wie eine bessere Jugendherberge eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen.

Walking into our very comfortable and efficiently designed room, I was overwhelmed by the view from our balcony. To enjoy the details of the church across the street and watch the church bells ringing in the tower was an unexpected delight. I have photos of our view at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast was worth adding to the experience and prepared us for our days exploring the wonders of the city, many of which were just around the corner. The staff always greeted us warmly and accommodated our special requests. Excellent service.

All the staff was wonderful. We stayed only one night and we had a museum tour the next afternoon and they allowed us to leave our luggage there until were good and ready to pick them us. Also their breakfast was fantastic and very reasonable price.

The window couldn’t be opened, but the main issue was with Air conditioner. It is controlled from the reception area. I told the reception staffs multiple times each day during our 4 day stay that the air conditioner is not working in our room, they said they will send someone each time, but nobody came and they didn’t turn on the air conditioner, even though they charged for it (included in the room charge). Terrible service!

Approccio piuttosto dozzinale alla cura del cliente. Asciugamani lasciati per terra per essere cambiati che mi ritrovo appesi. Letto rifatto in maniera frettolosa. Confusione alla concierge alle 6:30 del mattino senza che nessuno del personale intervenga. .

The hotel is a block away from the metro/underground station and has another larger train station nearby. It is also next to the DaVinci Museum of Sciences which was way larger and more impressive than we were expecting. The museum is definitely worth an afternoon! The room is clean and modern.

Kind of far from the main attractions but it was a great hotel. You need to take the metro to get to it from the train station. It’s a 20 minute uber from the train station not in rush hour.

The room was very comfortable. You had the option of buying the breakfast was very good, lots of choice for everyone! There were a few restaurants for breakfast and lunch but if you wanted supper at the ones close you either needed a reservation or go early. It was a very nice area, walkable to all the sites.

Stayed June 2024 for a second time. Quiet area close to shops and amenities, only 5 minutes to nearest metro station. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet, also the available breakfast option is excellent and well worth it. All major sites and shopping are within a reasonable walking distance.

Excellent stay- clean good size room with plenty of amenities. Continental breakfast was a great value add-on. Location was great, close to metro yet plenty to do within walking distance. The reception gave a fantastic dinner recommendation for Babel a local favourite…dinner was amazing thanks!!!
