Ken the Manager was very nice and pleasant to speak with. The grounds and parking are very well illuminated at night. The room is painted beautifully and the bathroom fantastic. Great water pressure and shower head. The lights in the room are very abundant and placed just right. The bed was extremely comfortable and all around a very pleasant place to stay. The location is so convenient to shopping, food, fuel, and work. I will definitely stay here again . I felt very comfortable and safe. Thank you Ken.

No heat. Towels were stained. Hair on shower floor. Hairdryer was dead. Small parking lot was full and had to park on street. You get what you get for $170 per night. It would be nice if the management spent a bit extra to make the rooms a little nicer. The location of this hotel is perfect. The Cinema Bar across the street has live music every night. Famous Tito's Taco's and Johnny's Pastrami are across the street also. Beach is 10 minutes down the road. Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Downtown are all very close. Freeway on ramp is a few blocks away.

Everything was great and exceptionally clean. The only downside was the parking. It got packed pretty quickly and we had to find parking out on the main street. Regardless, I’d recommend it!

The place was dirty. the walls had scuff marks all over and there was a bit of mold on the shower. the shower also barely worked. and the bedsheets had stains on them it was a nasty place, not worth the price.

It’s conveniently located. The parking lot is very tiny and it’s first come first serve. So if she didn’t get a spot, try to find street parking. The staff was nice and helpful. I have an issue with a key and opening the door. It was clean inside except for COCKROACHES!!!

Good value in a central location. The hotel is not fancy but its in good shape, clean, safe and from what I could tell, well maintained. Management was responsive and friendly. Id stay again if Im back on that part of LA. Only regret is there is no coffee maker in the room and no dishware to use to heat water in the microwave.

Room was clean and very adequate but the walls were paper thin! Our neighbors were up and noisy at 2:30 am. At 3:30 they turned on the TV which stayed on till 6:30 am. When we were up and packing to leave I believe they decided to go to sleep. Hard to stay on task during a long day after little rest.

The check in process was simple. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were actually comfortable. My room door was a little difficult to open and the proximity of the property to the busy street made it difficult to fall asleep because of all the street noise, but that's mainly because of location and nothing to do with the property itself. If I was ever needing to stay in this area again, I would consider coming back to this property.

Needed late check in: Called front desk all day, they did not answer once. A constant loud whistling sound throughout room/property. A/C unit was very loud also. Crackheads on property everywhere, yelling and screaming. Rude staff in office.

Manager refused to do anything about people playing a loud TV all night long in the next room. Promised quiet but got everything but. Had plenty of empty rooms to separate people from each other. Going to sleep in my car.

I came in around 330p just to pick up my card key, then left. Came back around 7p and when I arrived to my room 206, the door was wide open. I asked to give me another room since who knows what could have came in and for how long the door was open for. Instead of giving an apology or offering me another room, the person at the front instead put blame on me and said that it was fine. In the bathroom it was clear someone else was there because the toilet had been used. I woke up the next morning with someone banging on my door saying that I had checked out. Along with that, I had several spider, bed bug, ticks or some kind of insect bites shown below some around my body. I don’t think this place should be offered through this site, as I have been a Hotels.com customer for over a decade. I hope something can be done for my experience, but we’ll see.

It's on a corner of a rundown neighborhood, and is a meeting place for hobos at night, who just enter the yard and drink & chat loudly until the morning. No security to stop them

I love staying at the Galaxy Inn when I visit Culver City. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and they have a refrigerator. There are many restaurants and stores you can walk to. The parking can be tricky but the staff is always helpful with this. I would highly recommend.
