Not dog friendly if you charge $75 for one small dog for 1 night. This was almost the cost of the room. I understand some people are awful with their dogs but I have a small non allergenic well groomed toy poodle who doesn’t park and is well house trained. $75.00 really. At least give desk personal the option of waving or reducing fees based on when they see the pets.

I don't know how I missed that this was a pet property. The hallway and room smelled strongly of pet odor--definitely not clean-smelling. The carpet in the room had many dark stains. There was a lot of obvious disrepair to the facility, which was surprising because it's not that old. Really too bad, because the employees were nice, and the facility is designed beautifully, but, again, it was dirty and in disrepair. I'm leaving the review because I want to hope the feedback will encourage cleaning the place up. Hilton's reputation deserves it.

This was our 6th time staying at this property. We like it because it’s quiet, clean and comfortable. The room is very spacious and has a kitchen. We like that we can walk around the property easily and it’s a short walk to have a meal. We would highly recommend and we will be returning as well. 😊

I stay with Hilton because of my job and traveling so much but this time around wasn't a very good experience. Our room was very dirty, the walls has stains and food all over, both of the beds had hairs on the pillows and bed, the floor had hair and food crumbs, the plates and cups had dust all over them, the bathroom had mold and mildew on the shower track. The single chair is disgusting. Just overall felt very dirty. I'm not sure if this room just hadn't been used in a while. All 3 mornings we tried to go down for breakfast and almost all the food was gone and no coffee so that was a bummer and we used the pool a couple times and on one occasion there was zero towels so we had to ask for some.

The front lobby was great and the corridors on the first and third floors (those were the only two floors we were on). The front desk stated that the third floor had recently been renovated. The first night our tv didn’t work and when we called the front desk they sent someone with a new remote. They were not able to fix it and said that they would be back. No one ever showed back up. The following morning let the front desk know and they said that they would get someone up there to fix it while we were gone. Came back after a long day at a tournament to find the tv on but could not adjust the volume to hear the show. Our room had not been cleaned or new towels, tissues, to or coffee packs refilled. Had to go down to the front desk to get towels and they weren’t able to provide TP or tissues. When checking out this morning let them know about the tv issue, they told us that the room next to us was getting all of the room controls and request from our remote. The staff in the mornings were great, however the staff in the evening acted like they didn’t want to be there or that we were bothering them to get things that they didn’t seem like a big deal. We have never had this type of experience with a Hilton hotel before, but it will make us look around for more options next time.

We loved our stay! My daughter and I were in town for a concert and this location was super easy to get to and from Mountain America Center. Comfortable, clean, great breakfast (variety of hot items each day). It was nice having extra space in our suite, plus full fridge and kitchenette. We will stay here again!

Overall the room and everything was really nice, the kitchenette, the space, the free breakfast was much nicer than your usual stale muffins and dry cereal. My only complaint was the bathroom door, it was a very heavy sliding door and it no longer connected to the latch and didn't close all the way.

The bed was terrible. It was a poor quality bed that hurt to sleep on. It was very uncomfortable. I woke up 3 to 4 times per night due to the extreme sore backs from the bed. We will move to another hotel chain to better beds. The hotel was great and so was the staff. The bed was terrible.

The room was nice, but the couch was really uncomfortable, and the springs were hurting my back. There were 5 of us, so the other 4 used the beds. The workout room was okay, and the location of the hotel is convenient - not too far from Idaho Falls. The host was friendly, and overall the stay was nice.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Check in was welcoming, friendly accomodating. The room is spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. When we asked for an extra chair, we got that in minutes. The area is quiet, plenty of parking. The fitness center is one of the best we have encountered in all of our trips - the machines are properly maintained, clean and work properly. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful with a large variety of choices. There is good, hot coffee available 24/7. I would definitely recommend staying here and will surely come back when in the area.

Staff are fantastic! A solid day of travel with the kids and they got us taken care of right away. They got the kids some milk and apples. Little stuff like that goes a long way to a smooth, fun trip.

The staff was friendly. The amenities were great! Our room was spacious. We loved having a kitchen area in our room with the full size fridge. The breakfast was amazing! Lots of options and more than I would think would be there for a continental breakfast. My kiddo was having a hard time sleeping and at 3am the service desk person gave us milk to help them sleep. Loved it here. Would recommend 100%

I went to check in at 3 pm and the lady told me my room wasn't ready couldn't get in room until 3:35, and the next morning I went and asked for a receipt at 7:45am and the worker checked me out without my permission, I couldn't use my key cards. I had to call the business and have them let he back in. 😳

This is a new place in the middle of a lot of construction and a bit out of downtown. The suites were very well-designed, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was also really good. Overall we were really impressed with what we got for the price.

This place doesn’t live up to the Hampton Inn standards that I am used to. I go out of my way to stay at Hampton Inn because they always have a reasonable price for a clean simple room and a great breakfast. The breakfast here was horrible and served by rude people. When I asked if the potato’s would be refilled I got the stink eye and no response at all. The juice machine was just “not working,” the tea water and coffee was room temperature, the yogurt fridge was really sad looking and one hour into breakfast most things were just gone. You can’t say breakfast runs for 3 hours then can you? The carpets in the whole place were just yucky but really none of that would matter if my family, which came to Hampton Inn after 3 weeks of camping, could just get a decent breakfast.
