Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants and parking. The pool was never busy, the gym was adequate and the breakfast, happy hour and staff were excellent.

We attended a concert at Woodlands Pavilion. There was a free shuttle that picked up often in front. As we were told it would stop running after the concert so we walked back. It was about a mile so not bad. We could have taken an Uber back as well. The hotel was clean, room was huge, breakfast was wonderful. The pool was so nice with an amazing view of the lake! The happy hour food was the only thing that was lacking. Drinks were good. The Valet was very friendly and smiled all the time! I would definitely chose this hotel again.

PROS: We enjoyed our stay overall. It was clean, smelled good, adequate amenities,and a decent breakfast with enough choices. Good location near the pavilion and shopping centers. CONS: The pool was quite small and heated in the already Texas heat. Expedia advertises self-parking there for 12 dollars, hilton app had it for 20, and then I got charged 22. 😒 They were quite expensive, so all these extra dollars add up.

We had a great time and will stay again the next time we are in Houston. The location right next to the lake was perfect for enjoying the sunset by the pool. Breakfast was amazing everyday and we enjoyed the gym.

Air conditioning not working in the Fitness Center Asked twice to have it turned on/repaired. Apparently internet went out on televisions- the first day there. Not fixed. Not big deals to us, but may be to others. Everyone was kind and friendly. Rooms were very clean.

We love staying at Hughes Landing, however, we will be considering other options in the future. This hotel is a little pricey for the quality of and amenities. Our shower stall was full of mold. Our bathroom sink had almost no water pressure. Very difficult to wash hands or even brush teeth. Air conditioning kept turning off during the night. Valet parking price was outrageous. It’s really a shame to leave the location.

If you have kids that like to play any game system or want to stream using wifi, do not book this hotel. It does not support the gaming systems any longer. They do not tell you in advance. Big disappointment.

Parking is $22 a night. In case you don’t notice it like I didn’t. Nice hotel, problem was the ac is soooooooooooo loud you cannot sleep. It’s constant. Like one of those bathroom vent fans but louder. Everything else was as expected for an Embassy.

Front desk, manager's reception, and breakfast all had moments where you are looking for whoever is supposed to be working and couldn't find anyone mixed with unbelievably slow service once found. The grounds were immaculate and the rooms and beds were very comfortable, which saved the experience, for sure.

This one night stay has made me a Hilton fan literally overnight. I have had good Hilton experiences before but this time they went above and beyond. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary with a stay cation and a nice dinner and the hotel was the best part. Shout out to Ann who upgraded our room and left a nice card and special surprise in the bedroom. It was old school customer service and it felt like they understood the importance of making it to 20 years. Book it you wont regret it.

Loved the stay but the parking left a sour note and Vicky at the front desk extremely rude when ask about. We paid 22 dollars on our bill and then to exit charged additional 35 dollars total 57 to park for one night. When ask about Vicki said I would have to call “ Hughes Landing parking”. This should have been explained upfront!

Appreciated the early check-in so I could rest after my red eye flight. Modern facility with updated amenities. Great parking garage, customer service top notch. Room was very clean and quiet with beautiful view of the lake. Perfect place to stay when in town for a concert.

I’ve always liked staying at Embassy Suites because of the breakfast and the free happy hour, but the bar tender gave us a hard time because our passes said 3 free drinks per guest, and she said it was only 2 even though it was clearly printed and we had just been handed them at check in. She honored it but with unnecessary attitude. I would not have paid extra for a balcony room if I knew it was literally one foot wide with no possible way to sit out there along with the sliding door being a major tripping hazard. The hotel itself was nice and the room was clean and everything was up to standard

My stay was good until breakfast this morning. The hotel breakfast selection is any egg cooked your way. You request the selection by first speaking with a server. I like my eggs poached. When I told the server taken the order that’s my request,she replied that’s fifteen minutes, and I replied it’s only 3-5 minutes. Then my husband requested an omelet. The omelette arrived, and my husband finished it. My order never came. I went to inquire about the eggs. Thirty minutes had past. I informed the hotel manager that it was unsatisfactory service. If it’s an issue to cook the poached eggs then this option should be removed. A customer who pays for service should not be punished for requesting a service

Breakfast was amazing with a chef station for omelets and lots of other yummy food. Daily happy hour drink included was an extra bonus, as well. Very walkable to great restaurants and paths for exploring. Would stay here again and again.

We love the location. It was walking distance to shopping, grocery store and a variety of restaurants. The Woodlands area offers a free shuttle to more shopping and restaurants. We experienced not so flexible customer service from the front desk. One the second day, we discovered a family with at least 3 children and a barking dog was standing next to us. We called the front desk to make them aware of the noise. He was told we could not move to another room. They would come up and speak with our next door neighbors. Several hours passed and the dog was still barking. We made a video from our room with sounds of the dog barking. We went down to the front desk and played the video for the front desk person. After listening, she checked her system and changed our room. In addition, the bar was short of staff. Happy hour is from 5:00-7:00 pm. During happy hour, we waited in line for an hour for our drinks. The snacks were gone @ 5:30. While waiting in line for our drinks, the bartender had to stop and refill the snacks. One person attending the bar is unacceptable!
