We stayes for the Pittsburgh Cannafest nice close to where we were vending and hotel had heated pool which was nice. Kinda weird your hotel key card didn't open the pool or fitness center had to ask front desk to open it otherwise overall great stay.

Although the indoor pool was a bit small, it was quite warm! The room was clean, but smelled a little funny. The breakfast was mediocre. The kids liked the waffles. The coffee was not good. It tasted like instant coffee. The staff was helpful!

Clean and comfortable room. Conveniently located near downtown and no parking fees. Good breakfast, great customer service. Pool area was nice but the pool itself is a bit small. Other than that, we had a great stay and would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn to attend a concert at PNC park. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they allow a ride share company to offer rides to and from certain events. We felt safe and didn’t have to worry about driving or trying to find parking for event. We will be back!

The staff was great and very responsive. However, the property was run down. Furniture banged up and upholstery had cigarette burns. The first room smelled like perfume used to cover up the smell of smoke. 2nd room was fine. Nothing around the hotel and it is located on a very busy road.

The sink in our bathroom was cracked, there was mold in the tub, and some mystery substance on the carpeting near the wall. The furniture was outdated and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. There were skateboarders leaning on my car who were slow to move off of and from around my vehicle, which I did not appreciate. The area the hotel is in is sort of run down, but the pool area was enjoyable. I did find it odd that room keys don’t give you access to the pool or the fitness center. You have to find an employee to let you in. The elevator as also questionable. It was a convenient distance from downtown, though, and was relatively quiet considering we were right next to the elevator.

We called ahead to make them aware that we would be arriving late. When we got there around 1045pm, we were checked in promptly. The lobby had a smell. We selected a room with a fold out sofa for our kids. During check in, they gave us blood stained sheets. Our room was very dirty. The carpet have MANY huge dark stains. The shower was dirty and had hair in it. It was very outdated. Trash under mattress and on the floor. We called hotels.com and was told to try to resolve directly with the hotel staff. They had nothing to offer and would not refund us our money. We were literally there for minutes!

Inside very dated bedding poor condition -torn, stained, scary elevator, fumes from pool chlorine too strong, sofa bed is filthy with trash underneath and mattress poor quality and very old and painful to sleep on. Breakfast was good, helped me feel a little better.

The place was actually quite nice. Unfortunately we were in room 116, next to the pool and gym. There was incredible noise until the pool closed 9pm. It started again about 5 minutes before breakfast started with family groups running to the breakfast area past our room. This would have been fine if the elephant upstairs had not had a fit of wakefulness between 2-3am! My recommendation is stay here, on an upper floor.

We’ve stayed at lots of Comfort Suites. Quality has really declined while costs have gone up. Breakfast was poor in comparison to other hotels with less expensive cost to stay. No coffee was available. Room smelled bad. Water temperature was hard to keep managed as was AC temp. We were either freezing or roasting. Staff was nice. Appreciated the touch up service. Unfortunately, this hotel is well below quality for the cost.

Conveniently situated near interstate, not too far from airport and city. Staff is polite, discreet . Tiles and bathroom equipment is new. Furnitures are old/worn. Breakfast is so so, not worth it.

Housekeeping entered our room without knocking at 940 the day of check out when check out was at 11. I was woke up out of my sleep panicked by who was in our room. Our room had no heat, no ed our room and they told me it will work. Our room was so cold that we had to sleep in sweats all night. Mind you this was a second room we tried. They had no assistance for us. When I called to ask for a manager they said they would not help. The house keeper laughed in my face when I asked why she came into our room while we was sleeping. We had a fo not disturb sign up . I can't believe I spent so much money to be violated like that.. I wanted someone to just say sorry and instead they laughed. It not funny though.

There was an explosion at a factory less than a half a mile from my house that forced my wife and I into a hotel for a couple days. We were given the all clear to go back home and the hotel would not refund our night the other unneeded night,this was a serious issue. Two people lost their life. Several more injured Unknown pollutions were put into the air that forced us out of our homes, and these people still would not refund our money that we couldn’t afford to spend, but had to property was run down. Staff didn’t seem to care. Elevator was so loud when stopping I honestly made my family get out and we walked up the last flight and use the stairs the rest of the time. The barbecue grill they advertise outside, was rusted and decayed. even when taking out the refund issue from the equation, I honestly don’t see how this hotel has such high ratings. I’ve never left a review. I don’t believe for Expedia ever but I took the time because I wanted people to know the condition of this property is horrendous and so is the compassion of the people running it

The hotel was nice and clean with lots of amenities, including complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but for the location. Decent part of town but somewhat difficult to get to and from when traveling downtown. Roads were confusing. Can only make a right turn out of parking lot and go south. For the same reason you can only arrive from coming north.

Good property to lay your head down. Clean and staff very friendly. Downsides - right off the highway and need to make a quick turn after coming around the bend. Traffic doesn’t really slow down behind you to accommodate your entry to the property safely. Not good signage that you’re approaching. Off a highway , so no walking and not much around. A driving location

Only issue we had was breakfast. Coffee is just water and overall the selection of food is not good. I dunno why every place has resorted to bagged reheat eggs but they are bad. They are slimmy and gross. I'd rather that not be an option. No milk for cereal. Otherwise cleanest facility I've seen in a long time. Great care is taken to make the place as nice as it is. You guys rock. Just fix the breakfast.

The lobby are was nice, ample seating and a sleek modern design. I was very disappointed in the breakfast options as well as the coffee situation... as there was no coffee. The hot meal options, scrambled eggs & sausage were sad. Neith looked cooked properly. There was little option besides breads(ie muffins, bagels, etc).

Stayed here two nights for a Steelers game. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The parking lot is well lit at night.

The breakfast choices could be better. Bananas were rotted and one was cracked open. One day they had spray “I can’t believe it’s not butter spray “ but no real butter for your waffle, bagel or toast!!! The next day they had no yogurt! Only 1 choice of milk! 2%. Not everyone drinks 2%. Was disappointed in the breakfast.
