Everything was great except for the pool. The palm trees keep shedding those little flower-like items in the pool. From afar it looks like bugs, as you get closer it’s the flowers, but it was A LOT.

Quiet, clean and a free wine tasting from a local winery on site when we checked in! Free breakfast was perfect to get the day started. We had a 5am balloon ride and Uber got us where we needed to be with a 4:40am pick up

Our room was only cleaned our last 2 days there. We contacted the front desk and did not get much help or explanation as to why. I have stayed at many Hamptons and this was a subpar stay at best. Very disappointed.

The place was dirty. Next to a homeless shelter and the pool smelled like pee. Our bathtub would clog up and you would half to shut off the water so it would go down. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

First off, I want to say that the front desk staff were very kind and approachable this review has nothing to do with them, as they were helpful and professional. That said, I feel like I essentially paid nearly $750 just for being in Napa, not for the quality of the stay. The first room we were given was not thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom. After bringing this to the front desk’s attention, the gentleman there quickly arranged a new room for us, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. It seemed like the bathroom had either just been used or hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was hair all over the floor and shower area. At that point, we realized this was the standard we’d have to accept. I even ended up going to a nearby store to buy bathroom cleaner so I could clean it myself. Then there was the bed, mediocre at best. The sheets weren’t what was advertised, and the mattress was quite uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was far below what my partner and I are used to, but we stayed at the Hampton because most other hotels were fully booked. I just wish the property lived up to the expectations set by its online and TV advertisements. My advice to future guests: ask to see the room before handing over your credit card.

I had booked a 6 day stay and housekeeping did not show up for 3 consecutive days so I was forced to reuse towels that had thought would be changed every second day Breakfast was inconsistent, one morning the egg were atrocious and on a different morning I asked for syrup for waffles and I was told there was no more?

The bed was dirty. It smelled like cumin. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping change the bed. The bed was changed, but they put on the same comforter that was smelly. It had a really strong smell. I went to the front desk for a second time and the clerk told me she had to get a new comforter from STORAGE. Prior to that another guest brought back their comforter as well and said it was full of dog hair. That means that beds are not fully changed in between guests! My group was sitting in the lobby are and there was a mouse running around. I informed the clerk again, but didn’t really care. I don’t think I will stay there again.

Our room was comfortable however the TV is in an awkward location for watching tv in bed ( you have to turn your head to see it/ not ideal). We also had noisy people above us and next door ( slamming the door numerous times and walking heavy waking me up at 4 am). But this was no fault of the Hotel and I choose not to say anything. Breakfast was very nice and filling. I would stay again !!

Our stay was great. One thing I can say though is that the doors to the room has a big gap from the floor. You can see light shine through at night and hear conversations from the hallway.

It was extremely noisy. At midnight, there was loud music coming from somewhere, and I could hear every movement of the people in the room above me. If you’re staying here, be sure to bring strong earplugs. Even that may not he enough.

It was an ok stay. Needed a place to stay for an early hot air balloon ride. Not the most comfortable bed and the walls were thin. Didn't appreciate the additional fee for parking. Waffles were great. Eggs were not.

Rude staff. Place was under construction put is a room next to that. What was supposed to a nice get away was totally ruined by the unprofessionslism of the staff. Supervisor cañled to follow up only because i said i was posting a bad review!!!

I had booked this property for two days and after a day, I received a phone call while at a music event that my items were going to be moved out of the room because I was supposed to check out that day, which was incorrect. I had to call the hotel back and talk to them about my situation which they insisted I was to be checked out that day and not the following day and I had given them my information and they told me that they were going to call me back which they never did. I had to call back and speak to someone else of which they confirmed I was due to check out the following day as originally booked Why no one bother to call me back and let me know that everything was OK and put me at ease instead of leaving me stressed out for most of my music event, which was uncalled for. I will not be booking at this hotel again. Also, the next day before I was due to leave at 11 cleaning staff was already knocking at my door at 10:45 and she was upset that I was not vacated.

The breakfast area was crowded. They weren’t filling in some of the things like 2% milk, coffee, eggs, etc. there was nowhere to sit down and the other thing I didn’t like was the TV in our room wasn’t working and I went downstairs and I told the receptionist and she just gave me a remote control and some new batteries and I still told her it’s not working and she said there’s nothing she can do. I feel like overall the front desk area. They were not helpful at all.

Booked two rooms and when we were there for check in, only one room was available and they stated they are waiting for update from their cleaning team. We didn’t make it a big deal and waited in one room. However, the room was not ready for hours and all we got was a lame excuses every time we inquired. Management needs to do better job to make sure room is ready when it’s supposed to be , no excuses.

The hotel is 20yds from a homeless shelter where people sleep, eat, shower, pee and poop where they can. I felt unsafe and was forced to pay parking fee not previously disclosed at the time of booking. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located right in the middle of town by a shopping center with lots of chain restaurants and also unique eateries of Napa. Easy access to the main road that takes you thru all the different wineries and towns. Breakfast choices were great, they changed up the menu everyday.

Came to this location for the second time for a wine exam- the staff is always so friendly and helpful, and they genuinely have one of the best continental breakfasts I've seen available in the United States. Looking forward to my next visit!

Charged us a parking fee despite being in an area with free parking all around the hotel. Also the hotel’s parking lot was not full at all. The breakfast was skimpy. They only served two out of the three main hot items per day…eggs and potatoes on day one and then eggs and sausage the next day. The juice was 95% water and they only offered light coffee. They displayed items in the Hilton Honors welcome gift at the front desk but then only gave us water and an old cookie from the previous afternoon, wrapped in Saran Wrap. It felt like the hotel was going broke and trying to cut corners despite charging us full price. This Gold Hilton Honors member was not pleased.
