Only stayed for one night before flying out, but would have loved to stay longer if we were visiting Cancun! Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast on the patio by the pool was so nice and the property is beautiful. Bed was comfortable with a nice sized room and large bathroom!

Glad we had YurInn arrange airport pick up for us . Made our arrival so much easier . Lovely room with private bath and access to great patio and private yard. YurInn helped us order Mexican dinner for delivery and she provided us with nice cold beer. Light breaky was provided in the morning. A perfect spot for our one night stay.

Very quiet place, with a beautiful garden and pool and barbecue area. Very comfortable beds and well-equipped and stocked bathrooms. In general, all the facilities are very well designed and excellent maintenance. Last but not least is the personalized attention that Yuri and her husband provide.

Beautiful oasis in a somewhat difficult to navigate location. Attentive host, clean room with beautiful pool, terrace and yard.

Amazing hosts. Very nice and accommodating. The surrounding area is SKETCHY. I should have done my due diligence in scoping it out beforehand but just know that if you stay here you will NOT be walking around the neighborhood. The hotel is actually a large house with a heavy metal gate in the front and high walls surrounding the property. Kinda like a fortress. You need to get them to open the gate to let you in or out. The property is very nice though.

Great Stay! Very welcoming and conveniently located 15 mins away from the airport. Yuri made sure to be extremely attentive to all of our needs. The room was very clean and well stock with all of the necessities you may need from the basics such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. But also lots of reading material and various entertainment platforms on the television. The outside pool & patio were amazing. Very relaxing and definitely a place to stay at if you need something near by to get you to your flight in time. Yuri makes sure to coordinate the taxi service for her guest to ensure they get the best service possible. As well as providing menus and placing the food order for you to also ensure you get the best! Over all 10/10 5 estrellas!!!! Will definitely be back if I am near the area.

Yuri and Nathan’s home is really beautiful, well kept and they are very thoughtful hosts. The home is immaculate; communication was prompt and they made me feel like I was home. I’m already looking forward to coming back and I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Yuri und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist nah vom Flughafen und gut zu erreichen. Nachts war es auch ruhig. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: dia Matratze war durchgelegen. Der Boden im Zimmer war etwas schmutzig, das haben wir beim barfuß gehen unter unseren Füßen gesehen. Das kontinentale Frühstück war sehr einfach: vier Toast, eine kleine Schale Marmelade, Butter, Obst und Tee. Zwei Eier hatten wir für 5 $ extra bestellen können.

Molto accogliente, curato, pulito, personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato la prima notte al nostro arrivo a Cancun, dall'hotel dista circa 10 minuti in macchina, scelta ideale vicino all'aeroporto ma fuori dalla strada principale,in zona tranquilla, immerso in un bel giardino. La nostra camera era a piano terra affacciata sulla veranda con accesso diretto alla piscina. La stanza spaziosa, pulita, curata nei dettagli, letto con materasso alto e comodo. Il bagno grande e pulito. Piscina pulita, e' possibile fare una nuotata e rilassarsi. Colazione buona, servita fuori sui tavoli fronte piscina. Gentilissimi, sorridenti e molto disponibili i padroni di casa: ci hanno aiutato, dato informazioni con whatsapp su ogni richiesta. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'auto noleggio e ci hanno aiutato a risolverli immediatamente. Grazie , tornerei sicuramente, soprattutto per l'accoglienza e la gentilezza ricevuta.

I highly recommend staying here! The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating and the property was fantastic. Great amenities, clean, pool, comfy bed with a big screen tv. Loved it!

This was a beautiful quiet place to stay!! The room was excellent, very clean and spacious.. Nathan was very nice to install Monday night football on our tv in our room so we could watch our home team!! Yuti was very sweet too! Made us feel very welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer!! The host and hostess were very communicative, they responded promptly to our questions and gave us advice on airport taxi and restaurants, the villa was gorgeous and we felt very welcomed, the pool and garden are simply exceptional, we highly recommend this property , we booked it because it was close to the airport for our flight the next day WiFi excellent as well

My stay here was the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of town. Yuri was super attentive and responsive, and the breakfast provided was simple and lovely. I spent my entire day at the house working remotely, and relaxing. Wifi was great, and there's even an adorable cat on premise. There isn't much to walk to in the area, but I got food delivered with no issues. 13 min drive to CUN airport, would recommended a stay here if you need some solitude and peace.

15 min from airport. Hosts excellent and most helpfull !! Most comfortable beds in Mexico. We will stay here again for sure! Probably longer than one night next time.

We did not staying here. We arrived at a different time I told the owners and no one was there. So if you book here you need to let the owners know for sure when you will be arriving. I know it’s a bed and breakfast but it’s not like most where there is staff there at all times. So we walked to find internet to get a Uber, which was not close.

Great stay near airport, I arrived very late and the owner stayed up to greet me!

Needed a place last minute and came across this place and was pleasantly surprised at what a nice place it was. The owners were both so helpful and accommodating friendly and seem to really care a lot about each of their guests. The property is well-maintained and the pool is beautiful and the backyard dining area is very relaxing. They serve you breakfast and provide you with additional options for dining. Everything is close by. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner per their recommendation. I have five Airbnb properties and I was very impressed with how they run their place. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing to stay close to the airport or just to relax away from the busy hot hotel zone?

Yuri and her husband make you feel like family while giving you your space and quiet. Beautiful garden and pool and very clean/comfy living quarters. Yuri is proactive if there is something you need and we were able to get an Uber to the airport for half what we would have paid for a taxi. Great place to stay before our trip home

I especially thank you for helping arrange taxis both in and out of the airport. Even during a city wide taxi strike you were able to find us a ride all the way to Valladolid. This is a very peaceful to stay near the Cancun Airport. Yuri is very accessible and flexible.

Room was very nice and staff very pleasant. However, getting there was a nightmare. Needed directions; gps was not helpful. Roads were almost impassable; no sign on property. Breakfast included was continental; first time ever at a B&B where breakfast was not 'full'.

Would stay again. Spent 1 night. I haven't stayed at many Bed n Breakfasts accommodations, but I can't imagine they get much better than this one! Very nice people. Taxi ride was 18min from Cancun Airport.

Very friendly, clean and comfortable. So close to the airport. Since it is in the country I would recommend arriving in the daytime. Might be hard to find in the dark.

Good for an overnight stay. Owner very helpful and arranged a delivery of food when we arrived late due to traffic. The hotel/house has nice grounds and pool but is more like a very good b&b rather than a traditional hotel. It is situated in a residential area at the end of an unmade road. As we arrived by car in the dark and departed early I am unable to say what transport options there are if you didn’t have a car.

This is an amazing place to stay: lovely property and gracious, helpful homeowner/hosts. As it is a bit off the beaten track, however, if you are not driving a car, you need to arrange for transportation. Yuri and Nathan will help you set up a ride to and from the Cancun airport

So very pleased with our overnight stay before our flight home to Canada. Everything was great! A lovely home that feels secure and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool as well as a very good supper and breakfast prepared by the hosts during our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and very helpful with details like booking a taxi to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay at Yurinn. After booking, Yuri reached out to us on WhatsApp right away to let us know what to expect. She and Nathan will go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. We got in a little late and they helped us order food and served it to us by the pool. They even stored our leftovers and served them to us for lunch the next day. This is our first time in Mexico and we were blown away by how kind and helpful they were. As far as the food, the continental breakfast consists of juice, coffee, fruit, and toast with butter/jam. You can get eggs or an omelet for a small upcharge. I recomend the omelet with everything. You can also ask to have them cook dinner for you as well (for $15 per person) which was amazing the two nights we had it We had chicken with poblano peppers and rice one night and fajitas with tortillas the second night. Our room was beautiful and the door opened right out to the pool where we could sit for meals. We could have gone swimming also but just never got around to it. The closet space was great and the bathroom was modern. The shower takes a little while to heat up but it is sufficient. The internet was fast enough so that we could stream some television shows on our firestick. The house is off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle, and is well secured with a tall wall and a gate surrounding the compound. Yuri and Nathan did a great job and treat you like old friends. We would stay there again.
