Needs a big upgrade. Exterior paint peeled and fading. Rooms are peeling paint and porcelain in the tub flaking off, bathroom door rotting. Pool area is falling apart railings are loose and coming off, chlorine added to pool at 9 am for 10 am opening. Breakfast at combined neighbour hotel was fine but lack of seating.

Misleading . Showed a tall round building . When checking in we were told our hotel was in the backside and its lobby was being renovated. But the tall building was checking us in and would provide breakfast. When we got to our room the property was not what we expected. The pool was green and dirty. The bathroom had badly discolored grout and looked grimy. Room was ok beds were good

The property is currently a bit rundown. Window lock and door locks were broken. Luckily we were on the second floor. The pool is totally falling apart, cracking/chipping and going pond green as the filter wasn’t running. The lobby was shut down due to renovation so we had to go to a next door hotel to check in. Only positive highlight was the location as you’re literally right across the road from the falls.

Our room was not clean when we arrived. The sheets were clean, but the rest was pretty gross. I found a receipt and hair band on the floor, looked under the bed and saw dust bunnies and other matter. The toilet was dirty and moldy, shower/tub haven't been scrubbed in a long time. The back of the bathroom door had a used towel hanging on it, and there were finger prints and what i can only assume was poo. The floors made my kids feet black, there was hair in the bathroom, the sink had a bad smell and gnats. There were ants, assorted flying bugs, and a cockroach in the room. I told the front desk about the bugs and they said they're aware of a box elder problem. I thought i should bring the smashed roach to the front desk, but the ants had already carried it away! The pool was murky with lots of floating matter, regularly out of pool towels, and the railing going into the pool moved side to side. There were barking dogs sticking their heads out of open doors from other rooms, and dog poop outside. People were smoking directly outside of our room and it came in through the mildew covered ac unit.

Office was closed but the staff next door was friendly and courteous. Needed to have the pool area unlocked and had to ask for towels for later that day. Parking lot needs work. Very rough. Suggest using a different cleaning product. Smelled a bit musty in the rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. The park across the street a plus and able to se the falls.

The hotel is going through a remodel of Lobby. You had to check in to the hotel next door. The room is nothing to write home about. the bathroom was not to my likeness but for the price is was good to go.

It was close to the falls. The pool seemed clean, but there were broken windows in the building by the pool. Wall paper is peeling in rooms, old cracked tubs with tape over it. Dirty walls and floors haven’t been washed for who knows how long. There was no closet Tod to hang our clothes on. Doors were dirty.

Though the staff was super friendly the quality of the room was poor. We could hear people on all sides of us. The bathroom was less than desirable to use. Seriously thought I’d fall off the toilet. Lots of weird noises coming from the room itself.

Read the reviews after booking before arriving in 2 hours. Reviews were correct. Dirty. Window sills full of bugs and spider webs. Floor absolutely filthy. How do I know that? Cleaned a path with a wet hand towel to have a path to the restroom and it was “black”! Corporate office cut cleaning staff to nothing recently, they cannot keep up with number of rooms. Shame on corporate for not caring about an important thing like cleanliness only turnover.

The room smelled as soon as we opened the door. Major ant problem in the bathroom, after I checked out and mentioned it they said they knew about it. Spiders and webs in almost every corner of the room. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Hard to review: The staff was great - rooms are fresh and recently remodeled with a big TV. The outside is horrible, dated and filthy. No hotel can control who stays there or hangs out in the parking lot but you should lock your car or park across the street at a better place.

Bath tub didnt drain. After a quick shower the water was above your ankles. Loud music from the event build west of the pool till 11pm. I asked the receptionist if we could have a room on the first floor and she told me no. Went back to the front desk 15 minutes later to get a duplicate room key. Different lady helping another customer offered a first floor room to them....

The room was recently renovated, which was nice except for they never replaced the bathtub, which was stained and dirty looking. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink at all.

The Bedding was nice and clean and the furniture was newer. However the room itself needs major upgrades. The water pressure was horrible if someone else was using the shower in another room my water would go cold . If people walk by you can hear everything. The floor was dirty . I took my shoes off and my feet got super dirty.

Property was terrible. 1st room given to us, door did not work. 2nd room= door bolt broken, mold in bathroom, towels smelled like smoke, tv voice was not in sync and noise from upper unit kept us awake. Room was noisy. We were able to hear every movement of the guests in the room above us. We came 45 minutes before they closed breakfast to the breakfast room and lots items in the shelves already were run out. Staff did not care to refill them.

The room was very clean but looking from the outside it did not look clean or safe. The nights were very loud with people walking in and out of rooms. Our toilet also started randomly running in the night and did not stop.

They helped me with early check in 5stars! But I called the lobby for a bathroom/toilet problem and was on hold for 8mins called again and was on hold for another 4 mins. Maintenance showed up 3 hrs after the second call. This was a TOILET problem.

Staff was great, property on the other hand was beat. Wall paper in my room was peeled back, dust/dirt all over the floor, mild stain on my bed, some of the rags had stains as well. Bathtub was stained with what would appear to be rust marks in it. Wouldn’t stay here again. Pictures and rooms do not match

At 11:15 we were woke up by extra load talking, doors banging and children running around halls. After an hour i called front desk. He came up eventually they quiet down. I didnt feel these were guests but the help?? Also check in was confusing after email. We kept looking for comfort inn. Would of been better to let us find quality inn and then explain being taken over by comfort in The breakfast was excellent

Needs a big upgrade. Exterior paint peeled and fading. Rooms are peeling paint and porcelain in the tub flaking off, bathroom door rotting. Pool area is falling apart railings are loose and coming off, chlorine added to pool at 9 am for 10 am opening. Breakfast at combined neighbour hotel was fine but lack of seating.

No checkin at the Comfort Inn, had to go to the Suites. Breakfast not till 7 when you want to be on the road by 7. There is a live band on site that is noisy. The room wasn’t overly clean. Not as advertised.

Room was noisy. We were able to hear every movement of the guests in the room above us. We came 45 minutes before they closed breakfast to the breakfast room and lots items in the shelves already were run out. Staff did not care to refill them.

At 11:15 we were woke up by extra load talking, doors banging and children running around halls. After an hour i called front desk. He came up eventually they quiet down. I didnt feel these were guests but the help?? Also check in was confusing after email. We kept looking for comfort inn. Would of been better to let us find quality inn and then explain being taken over by comfort in The breakfast was excellent

Upon arrival had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to check me in the bathtub was disgusting it was hot even with ac onat 5 am water started dripping above toilet still waiting to get deposit back stayed in room 168

Though the staff was super friendly the quality of the room was poor. We could hear people on all sides of us. The bathroom was less than desirable to use. Seriously thought I’d fall off the toilet. Lots of weird noises coming from the room itself.
